The problems they experiences in recents months seem to be resolved. We remove the warning for this site. They have been very good in the past, had problems, resolved them, and we are getting good feedback again...
One of our most trusted members reported "Original order 1/31/02 - Dispatched 2/13/02 - Seized JFK 3/13/02 - Rec'd letter 4/15/02 - Sent info to Medscorp 4/18/02 - Re-Dispatched-FREE-4/29/02 - Rec'd 5/20/02" and we see similar posts on the boards.

Lately the reports are not good. We are getting many complains and request for mediation. The problem can be resumed as members not getting their orders, being asked by Medscorp to wait 60 days, and then get an offer from Medscorpt to ship a new order at half price. Avoid this site and try to get a refund from Paypal is jus had problems. Paypal will refund you if there is money in the Merdscorp account!

What do members write?
"I never recieved the order and since they ask you to wait a full 60 working days there is no possibility of disputing the charge..."

What is Medscorp sayng?
Medscorp politely anwers delaying a solution and offering to re ship at half price.
We inquired too and they told us that only a small number of the many orders they receive are in trouble...

Payment is via Paypal, WU. or cash. They do not accept credit cards. :-(

JULY 31. We asked them several questions about their products, service, and business and they responded:

Our product listing is very similar and this is because we have found this to be the best way of listing, I am 100% if you ask or check for your self and compare with others, you will find this to be the easiest and best way to list the inventory.

We have been working almost one year to get the right contact for the pharmaceuticals and the easy-to-use website , we did also close for a moment as we did get so much traffic that our cart could not handle it, much more then we expected from the start, any how this has all been fixed.

We also offer free reshipment in case of seizure ( when seizure notification is presented ) We also have the features to se "product inserts" online what tells you the usage of the product. A inventory with more then 600 products , and guaranteed in stock when order is placed.

We are getting mixed reports, many complains, and many requests for mediation. A lot of members report their order have not arrived after 60 day while, no seizure letters, and Medscorp offering polite answers to delay a solution wich in all cases is just "we will send a new order at half price!!!"
Nov to Feb Summary
Reports coming and post on board are generaly good indicating Mescorpo to be reliable.

Nov 25. "I've given up also. 4 orders and over $500 and nothing. They say they could have been seized or lost in the mail...." (Same person posted in Sept 30 "I received my package from MEDSCORP today! They shipped the 18th so it took 11 days and 24 days from ordering to receiving.")
Nov 22. "Just to let you know , today I received my fifth order from medscorp , I'am very happy with their services so far..."
Nov 21. "I ordered a pretty good size order from these guys on 11/8 then got e mail stating it was shipped 11/9 and I received it Tuesday the 21st"
Nov 15. "order 10/17/01..shipped 10/29/01...rcvd. 11/14/01...all intact. i am two for two from medscorp...".
Nov 9. "order 10/17, shipped 10/22, received as ordered 11/8. No problems, good packaging..."
Nov 6. "Received today an order placed on Oct. 19th..."

Oct 4. "I got my order send to NY in about three weeks. They never send me confirmation of shipment so I was shocked when it arrived...
Sept 9. "...I have used the twice in the last month so far average of 14 day turn around and both received.."
