This site, and others like edocsin.com, are being run by a new breed of crook. A very persistent kind that will stop at nothing.

Using many identities, and tricks, they fool everyone... we were fool too into listing them again...
They just offer what we all like to hear and take advantage of the situation.
Jeff, Brian, and who knows how many other names... they are just crooks taking advantage of billing services, doctors, pharmacies, and customers...

Nothing related to this sites can be trusted to be true...

The site is back in business under new ownership.
The new owners claim to be a group of doctors who purchase the site from Brian.
We have had a lot of contact with the new owner  who claims to have purchased Care-rx without knowing the many troubles they experienced. We have serious concern due to past history but like to think they are here to offer a good service. They claim they are very serious and that the licenses and reputation of the group of doctors is at stake.
We have negotiated, they offered, a nice $25 OFF DISCOUNT for our VIP Members. They are hoping to serve our members and say they will do all they can to please. It is hard not to think that this is still Brian with a new name but they insist they are no longer associated with Brian Wainstein (the registration for the Care-rx.com domain continues to list Wainstein, Brian as the registrant)

Another concern is that they prefer to accept Paypal. As you know Paypal doesn ot offer the same protection fro buyers as paying by credit card directly. We suggest you wait for more news and feedback. Do not rush into this. If they are reliable they will be in business for a long time. WAIT A WEEK OR TWO for feedback and more news.

In any case, we want to give them the chance to prove themselves. Please help us with your feedback.

We understand that today they served several of our members and we will be watching closely for their feedback and results.

We still advise caution on this and think members have to proceed with caution but we underatand many members will want to try their services and want to closely monito the situation hoping for the best.

The site owner, Brian Wainstein, has a criminal record and has been "somehow realated" to the "Bulgarians" that operated crooked operations like Medicusa.com (see black list)

He is also in South Africa, forced out of USA by INS...

Mr. Wainstein seems to be planning a comeback.
We opened a forum for questions and anwers. After all the strange things we saw on the boards we thought it would be interesting. Many of our members said he was avoiding key question about his "past" and just promoting his next venture.
We suggest you avoid all matters related with Care-rx...
Lets not talk about them anymore. Too many lies, and strange things for safety. The industry is difficult when everything is fine. No need for added trouble.

We are very sorry about discussing this site for so long. This was a first and we have been, like most members attracted to the story...
The doctor and pharmacy they used seem to escape all this bad news.

APRIL 26.
Site closed.
They were open for just a few days. A thousand or more registered for their service.  A few dozens, hundreds perhaps, consulted, and received their medications. A great scandal and all kinds of rumors ended up with the closure of the site.
One of the partners seems to have a criminal record, and when this was discovered no one wanted to be associated with them...
The pharmacy that was filling the prescriptions says that they  will take care of refills of the few prescription they accepted before all trouble starte...
