Do not just write, fax, or post a message saying
"xxx is good, or bad" or "xxx ripped me off"

We prefer complete details about the sources.

Please do not forget to mention their Web address, what can be ordered, their prices, procedures, and delivery times. Try to comment on their customer service. Mention where they are located and any other information you think is important.
We do not want your personal information, please do not give it to us and do not post it on the message boards or chatrooms...

Be detailed, and please avoid initials, (NP, PB, OP´s, and so on), it leads to errors and many times we do not know what members are talking about...
