do I pay for my order?
You must follow the instructions provided by the seller.
In most cases a visit to the site provided by the seller will answer this
question.
What do I do if the instructions
provided by the seller are not clear?
Ask the seller for more information. If the seller can not clearly tell
you how to order, consider it a bad sign, and a big warning, and do not order.

Cash
No need to comment on this. If you send cash you do it at your own risk. You
will have no way to recover it if it gets lost, does not reach the seller, or
the seller does not ship your order.
How do I send cash?
Do not send cash. Most fraud victims are the ones sending cash!
If you do (but please do not do it)... make sure it can not be noticed from the outside of the envelope or
anyone that sees it may decide to take it. Send it by registered mail, DHL, or
FedEx, so you will at least be able to know if it was received or not.
A few countries like U.K and other European countries allow you to send cash by
mail and will even allow you to insure it. Even in these cases sending cash to
pay for your order is not recommended.

Cards
Credit cards are the safest way to pay for your order. You can always request a
charge reversal and the seller needs to meet some strict requirements to accept
credit cards. In most cases just mentioning to the seller you will request a
charge reversal with solve matters as sellers do not want their accounts closed.
Can I request a charge back if my order is
not delivered?
Yes. The credit card company is on your side and you are protected against fraud.
How do I request a charge back or charge
reversal?
Call your credit card company and ask for instructions.
Please, can you give me some hints on how to request a charge reversal?
Most credit card companies will give you a charge back if you ask, if you tell
them your order has not been received, and you comment that the seller
does not care to solve the problem.
In brief, contact the seller for a solution, if he can not provide one just
contact your credit card company, ask for instructions, and make your request.
It is the buyer who is protected, sellers really do not have any protection. So
if you want a refund, and request it properly, you will get it.
What can I do if my card is charged too much?
Contact the seller and request a refund.
If they do not respond promptly contact your credit card company to request a
correction or to file a fraud report if that seems to be the case.

How much does it cost to send
a money order?
This depends on who sells it to you. Banks tend to charge more. Grocery stores
charge less.
Some charge a flat fee and others a percentage. The price is usually from $.50
to $5
Can I buy a money order online?
Yes, there are many services selling money orders online, you can do a search on
Yahoo for money orders and you will find a few. One of the main players is
SendMoneyOrder.Com that allows you
to purchase money orders using credit cards, e-checks, and Paypal.
Can someone tell me how you can tell if a Money Order has
been cashed?
The receipt has a number on it. Check with the place that you purchased it from.
They can trace it but do not like doing it
and it will take some time.
What if you purchased your
MO from a drug store or something similar, can you trace that type as well?
All money orders can be traced, but it is not easy to find a
grocery store willing to to do what is needed to find out if your order has been
cashed or not. Ask the person that sold you the money order. They will be more
willing to help if you tell them it got lost rather than that you just want to
know if it was cashed.
Can I go to the people that sold me the money
order and request a refund because I did not receive what I paid for?
No. Money orders are like cash. But you should file a complaint so that the
person can not receive any more money orders. When using services like
SendMoneyOrder.Com and WesternUnion.Com a number of complaints will result in
accounts being closed.
Can I get a refund if my money order gets
lost or is not cashed?
Yes. Look for instructions on the back of your receipt or at the site where you
purchased the money order. In most cases you will have to wait at least 30 days
before you can make a request.
There may be a penalty fee and you will not be able to recover the fee paid.

What is Paypal?
Paypal is a service that allows Paypal registered members to send money /
payment to any e-mail address.
How much does it cost to send money via
Paypal?
It costs nothing. Sending a payment is free.
How do I send a Paypal payment?
You must first open an account with Paypal.
Then you need to know the e-mail address where you will send the payment
Then just log to your Paypal account and follow instructions at Paypal.
Many sellers have Paypal built into their order system and you will be forwarded
to Paypal for payment after you place the order.

Can I get my money back if the seller does
not deliver?
In some cases yes, but in most cases of fraud you will not be able to get
your money back
How can I get my money back from Paypal?
Paypal is just an intermediary in your payment, they are not responsible for
what the seller does, but they do offer a fraud protection guarantee and you may
recover funds if you claim fraud. You will only be able to get the money back if
Paypal can get the money from the seller.
If I pay by Paypal and my order is not
delivered... will I get my money back?
Yes, Maybe, and No.
Yes if Paypal determines you were a victim of fraud and if the person
you sent money to has money in their account. Paypal will not refund you from
Paypal money. They will refund you from the money in the account of the person
you claim took your money in a fraudulent way. If there is no money in that
account you will get a message like: "we determined the transaction was
fraudulent but since there are no funds in their account we are sorry to say we
can not refund you".

Western Union
What is Western Union?
It is a service that allows you to send money instantly to anyone, anywhere.
How much does it cost to use Western Union?
It is an expensive way to send money. They charge a fee plus a percentage of the
money sent.
How do I send a payment using Westen Union?
Visit any of their 1000`s of agents and follow the seller instructions. You can
find the agent closest to you at their Web. As a rule the seller will want you
to e-mail a tracking number and your order after the payment is made.
Is there an Online Western Union?
Yes but it is not the same and requires the seller to have an account with
Western Union.
Again ask seller for instructions.
Can I get my money back if the seller does not deliver my order?
No. Western Union is like cash. You should file a fraud report so that Western
Union may block payments to that seller.
Can I get my money back if my Western Union
payment is not collected?
Yes. Ask Western Union for instructions.

Delivery Times
How long does it take to receive my order from U.S pharmacies?
This depends on a number of things, how you pay, the type of shipping you
pay for, and so on. You should be able to get information about delivery times
from the seller. As a rule U.S. sites are very fast in their deliveries. Good
sites tend to send orders out within 48 hours and you should receive them a few
days later unless you pay for courrier service which is faster. That is from the
time your order is accepted and paid for.
How long does it take to receive my order
from foreign pharmacies?
This depends on a number of things, how you pay, where the seller is
located, the type of shipping you pay for, and so on. You should be able to get
information about delivery times from the seller.
As a rules deliveries are taking three weeks to reach the customer from the time
the order is placed and paid. A few good companies deliver in less time and most
will take longer.
If you pay by check expect a delay of at least ten days for your check to reach
the seller and at least another 10 days for the check to clear.
Why are some foreign sites
asking me to wait a certain time before contacting them about my order?
Again the answers can be many.
A good reason from an honest source would be to avoid getting swamped with
questions about delivery status that takes to much time to answer.
A bad reason from a crook might be to keep you from taking any action till it is
too late. But it is never to late to file a fraud report with Paypal or to
request a charge reversal from your credit card company.

Should I send a SASE envelope with my order?
Only if requested by the seller.
If you order by mail it may be a good idea to include a SASE, or a shipping
label.
Again it is not needed unless requested. Most important is that you provide
clear instructions and that all details like credit card info, order, and your
shipping address are correct.
Do not send SASE envelopes to sellers in other countries, the stamps from one
country are not good in another.
