Solution If you have a recurring subscription you can cancel rebills at any time at http://www.segpay.com
Just visit Segpay and follow the instructions... follow the link called "Cancel Membership"

The rebills will be cancelled, you will not be billed again, but your subscription will not expire till the last day your subscription is paid for.

You can also make the request using our ticket system, pick the VIP Members department, provide us with your info, and make the request.
Note we do not provide 24/7 support and may take a couple of days, or longer if you contact us on a weekend, to see your request
