I used apainsolution last week or so and was VERY impressed.
Quite frankly, out of all the OP's I have experimented with in the past, this place has the BEST customer service of all!!
I consulted with a lady doctor who was VERY personable and sympathetic. She had a wonderful personality. (they even got me in for a same-day consult)
You have your choice between Woody's and Kay Pharmacy (I hear they advertise TDI on their website, however, they do not use them any longer). I thought I would give Kay Pharmacy a try. Well, that did not work out well - I would not choose them again. I paid for overnight, but my prescription did not arrive. I contacted customer service, and they bent over backwards to help. I DID receive my prescription the next day.
I spoke and corresponded via e-mail to both Frank (?) and Callie in customer service. They not only returned my e-mails within half an hour, but were extremely honest with me. They even answer their phones. They kept me posted as to exactly what was going on with the pharmacy, what had happened (and believe me, they were NOT happy that I did not receive my meds overnight). I was NOT left hanging, I was NOT lied to, and I was NOT promised a call back that I never received!
Really, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of customer service that I received. It was outstanding and I would higly recommend them.
Let's just hope they can continue their good business sense and keep up the great customer service...

I am thoroughly disgusted with this outfit right now.
I recommended a friend to them and for some reason when I do that they get screwed so I will not recommend anyone for any reason again.
breakdown=
1.) friend was told that they don't like to prescribe xanax and that friend could have valium instead....o.k. a little silly but no biggy.
2.) friend called to overnight refill on wed. 6/09 and was told cut-off for pharmacy was 2pm E.S.T.---no biggy. it was after 2 so CS @ apainsolution said they would call it in anyway and it should go out thurs. and arrive fri. well , friend wanted tracking # and called apainsoluton to get it, was told by CS "don't worry about it, it'll be there " and CS was very short and would not give friend pharmacy #. fri--no delivery. friend calls aps and says nothing came. CS acts confused and says "it was called in 2 days ago hmmm.. let me see " gets another CS on the phone who tells friend to call R***** who should be able to straighten out situation. R***** knows nothing and gives friend phone # for pharmacy.(it was pulling teeth to get this #) friend calls pharmacy and they know nothing , name of friend not on file. friend calls aps and says R***** and pharmacy know nothing and friend is extremely polite even though sat. delivery will have to be paid for unless they want their meds. on tues. and they have already asked for tracking number and blah blah blah . CS doesn't even apologize , nothing in even the slightest direction of "sorry for the inconvenience". just "well, i'll have to call it in again and it'll be there tomorrow." friend calls pharmacy to get tracking # and is told by thick accented person "woman with list go home" "she have tracking list, I cannot give to you" WTF? sat. (today) nothing . friend was supposed to go fishing with me . the nicest day so far this year and friend sits home all day long waiting for this package that was promised again and again to arrive.
Friend will be completely out of meds until tues. (IF it even comes then) I feel so bad and would give friend my meds if it could help but they are meds that I don't even take. Once again I recommended a gigantic pain in the a**.
I don't know if I'm sadder or madder.....

CS was nice ,doctor was barely knowledgeable. The only go to 90 even with very strug recods. @ refils included. The get 2.5 Stars for CS and fast turnaround, same day consult. Can't understand te 90 limit, no componding either. Will up date with med prices. They don't use Woddy's but the other pharmacy on the site. . IF I get my order as promised for a fair price they wil get my vote. Will let you al know in the morning.

My experience with this pharmacy was excellent. I got immediate answers to any questions that I had and I got my meds in 2 days. It's a bit pricey, but the results were great.
I give it 5 Stars.

I wanted to say that I really liked using www.apainsolution.com as my ROP but then when i tried to reconsult i was told "my records were not good enough" And, today I see flashing on this board "No records no problem- one of our doctors will assist you with choice of medication" Well, buyer beware of that one! They always answered emails fast and their IM service was fantastic So,if you have great records go for them!! I have found another ROP that I love just as well but i need to post that in it's correct spot!!

I believe that they (APainSolution, not the pharmacy) are on West coast time (at least that is what I have read hear before...) so maybe try a little closer to noon to call APainSolution.
Which pharmacy are you using??? I know that Accumed fills for alot of OCS', so they are probably really busy these days. But I don't believe they (neither APS or their pharmacy) is shut down right now, from what I have seen here and on other boards...hope you get your situation resolved soon...

Their pharmacy is in Tampa. The problems I have had with them is I have told them and PAID FOR repeatedly SATURDAY delivery. Later after everything is closed and of course it is a Friday I find out they have sent it for MONDAY delivery! For some odd reason I then go thru pure hell to get money back for the difference!
