I had the same experience as LabLady2, Starting in May, TrustedMeds shipped once, never arrived, they shipped again, never arrived. Then they refunded my money. I felt extremely fortunate that they refunded, most IOP's, in my experience, do not. I have read somewhere that NY Customs is overwhelmed with the number of pharmacy packages, and are just tossing them instead of sending seizure letters. I sure hope it is something like this and not my local Post Office, I would not like it if I could not trust the locals. I have also seen feedback that shipments from India are arriving now from February orders, That could very possibly be the IOP or maybe (pure conjecture) NY Customs is releasing packages after holding them for a couple of months.

I agree with this and think that everyone should be careful to never order more than what would be a normal three months supply in a single order.

I received 1st 3 orders in 1 state, had to sign, 2nd state, was put in mailbox, no signature, I am now in a 3rd state, we'll see what happens. But the good news is 4 for 4 with no problems, hopefully it will be 5 for 5.
Lost over 200.00 with 1 different IOP, and rec. 3 siezure letters about that order, which was shipped supposedly 5 times (was in 2nd state).
I hope they don't "put your name" in a database, and any package that goes through customs gets throughly inspected.
If that is the case I may be out of luck again.

Well I didn't get the second package yet, I have been in contact with TM and they have been very responsive, as of Friday the 18th they are reshipping it for free. So we shall see when it arrives. I still would recommend them at this point.

I ordered in early December '06, and heard from trustmeds one time. This is what they sent:

It has been 3 weeks since they have contacted me. I have sent inquirys several times with no answer. My Visa has been charged by trustmeds. Anyone got any suggestions?
Update!!! trustmeds contacted me as I was generating this reply. Looks like they are comming through. This is part of the message I just received:

I placed an order (don't have the order number because I deleted all my e-mails after receiving a seizure letter from the U.S. Customs) with a transaction date of 11/06/2006. My credit card was billed under the merchant name IP-MEDPRO-RX COM ??????????. My order was for 200 tablets of Alpralozam.
The letter I received from U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a reference number of ??-???-?????.
Could you please resend the order that the U.S. Customs seized? You can check with the U.S. Postal Service to ascertain that I did not sign for a package that was seized by the U.S. Customs.

I received two letters from U.S. Customs regarding the seizure of an order I placed with "TheTrustedmeds.com." I called and spoke with Mark a couple of weeks ago who promised me that TheTrustedmeds would refund my credit card. I left a message for Mark requesting the last four digits of the credit card that was supposed to be refunded. To date, Mark has not called me back. I called again Friday after work and again spoke with Mark. He assured me that he had the charges reversed and would send me the confirmation number (which he already should have had). So obviously Mark lied to me."

I had told Mark that I was concerned about the last sentence contained on the first page of each seizure letter from Customs: "Please note that future attempts to import controlled substances may result in personal penalties or criminal prosecution."
Mark told me not to worry about the sentence and that he knew of one "customer" that had received "fifty" of these letters from Customs. The charges were never reversed on my credit card as promised by Mark from TheTrustedmeds. I recommend avoid ordering from this company. Your order will probably be seized by Customs and TheTrustedmeds will just give you the run around/lie to you about reimbursing you for your loss.
