What ever you do stay away away from these ppl,and Dr.G.No answer from these jokers, does anyone know a better ds service that does not use DR G? Man I guess I knew this could happen,but well this sucks. "lol" really,I have to laugh you know what else can you do except hurt,and hurt and "bitchh" and hurt and "bitchh" and hurt well you get the story of a person in pain, and these guys know it. that's why they do not care what so ever. I have thier money know need to help them anymore hahahahahah. Well one more time

PS if anyone could pm a place that has decent cs I would appreciate it.

If anyone has a different number for CCC or DR.G I would be so grateful for any help

they sent me the wrong ds paper it is for someone else and mine was for more than this person so I bet that person just went wow get it filled but now no one will call me I just do not know what to do been at this for 2 days now anyone know of a better place that will take me since I am a member of CCC

dam this sucks

You know what else that worries me on all this what if the other person fills my ds. I know where I live you cannot do that you have to be the one or have givin permission what will I do then.If they would just contact me :o(

In my state you have too be the person on the ds to fill it. I just do not know what to do. I have tried everything. I guess I am SOL CCC,and DR G has been a no show on this. What should I do with this ds.Worst of all I cannot go any where else because of a active ds that I do not have :o( I am totally screwed If I had insurance I would go to local place but well you know.I guess I am in pain for a whole month I just do not know how I am going to deal with this. Thanks for everyone listening to me you people are so nice :o)

denden....There should be a Phone# on the Script for the Pharmacy to use to Verify the Script.

Call the # during business hours and explain your problem.

It seems simple to me....Are you saying that no one answers the Phone?...The Script can't be Verified?

Also Have you tried to contact CCC by Fax Phone and Email?

I think CCC must be closed down there voice mail box has been full for 4 days now darn it this sucks you know I am half tempted to make a road trip down there its the principle of the thing how many more of us have to be ripped off :o(

Sorry to hear what you are going through with the DS mix up.
Though I've never dealt with them, it sounds like a simple shipping mix up (put wrong scripts in wrong envelopes).
They are human after all...

Maybe they want to get it right and will be calling so that they can get the script reissued. As long as you aren't charged twice, I would definitely answer the phone when they call....especially since you haven't had any other contact, it may be your only option.
However, don't take it out on the Doc...he doesn't ship directly to you, ya know?

Seems to me that the Doc should call you!! .....He is just as Responsible as CCC for that Script! Why the Heck can't he call you back!!! ...Seems Pretty Sleezy on his part!!JMHO

Steve, he said they scheduled a consult for him today...so the doctor will be calling him. I would definitely watch for double billing though!

I'm wondering how they are handling the other patient who got denden's script? wonder if they got it corrected or are getting the run around too.

I didn't think verifying the script was your problem at this point since you got someone else's script.

I don't care if you go after doc or not. All I was saying is the doctor didn't screw up, CCC did. Nothing more.

Well looks like another weekend and nothing I am tired of being nice its to too get mid evil on them :o) I wish I was that kind of person Well I guess I am out of 200 dollars and someone who's name I should post has filled my DS well I have learned a lesson here CCC Stay away from them and DR G at all cost this is just my opinion though

I'm glad I was able to help a little. I might recommend not PM'ing or constantly contacting as often. We are used to it, but some companies might not respond simply because you may be calling or emailing over and over again.

Hopefully, by me sending a message to the Doctor, it may help a little. If I wouldn't have contacted him, he probably wouldn't have had a clue. He doesn't read the boards much anymore, so he wouldn't have known you were having a problem.
We used to watch the boards a lot more then we are currently, but with the business growing and growing, it's getting difficult.

That was VERY NICE of you to help out denden, Jeff, but why do you feel the need to post your Private Messages to him on the public board?

"Toot-tooting" the ol' horn, I guess-which is really unnecessary. <<sigh>> But not surprising.

denden, I do hope your situation gets resolved ASAP. I can hear the frustration come through in your posts. The lack of communication by CCC with you is awful. I hope others read your post before making a decision about using this DS company. There are certainly more responsive DS companies out there.

It wasn't a PM=Private Message.

He posted it about 5 posts up. I guess you simply made your post regarding my post without reading the rest of the Thread. I am no way involved with the mess that CCC has helped to create. It helps to make people think that all Direct Script companies act this way. I haven't really looked further into it, but I seriously doubt if anything has been done yet to help.
This is one of the reasons why we check this board (Drug Buyers) so often.
If one of our clients had a problem and they were posting about us this way, we certainly would want to know about it.

If this would have happened with us, we would have simply had denden1010 return the other Prescription to us and we would have had him issued a new one. The entire process would already be over and denden1010 would have his Prescription filled and his medication in hand.
