Since my old OCS shut down (UWM) I found this place on DB and decided to give them a try, I sent my records in Monday, received a consult Wednesday and Thursday received a tracking number in an email and stating I will receive my Script via DHL on Monday, so far I am very happy.
PS- My only concern is I have never used a Direct Script before and am very nervous about taking a script from out of state to my pharmacy (which is Rite Aid) anyone know a pharmacy that will take an out of state script without asking any questions? Please PM me or just respond on here please. Thank you very much, any input will help!

Thank you everone for your responses. I am EXTREMELY happy with the customer service and the way the process went with this new DS-OCS and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone who has lost their old OCS due to recent [censored] going on!

As a VIP member here at DB.com, I am very pleased with what I've read regarding this service. I'm going to contact them today and will let all of you know how things go--and, based on what others have said, I'm confident this organization will offer the compassion and respect so lacking from other fly-by-night groups.

Has anybody else had a hard time getting through on the phone to them? I have a customer service issue that I have been dealing with for about a month now and they use to always answer the phone. Now it has been the machine every time I call this week. Figures, when they owe me money they don't answer, isn't that how it always is?

After my first consultation with 1consultdirect.net. Everything was fine; the PA was very thorough, I was one the phone w/ her for about 30 minutes or so, so I felt she took her time and was very knowledgeable, and even had some insight that I did not hear from other Dr's.
All in all I am very pleased with this service. The friendly staff, etc.
Only other issue I had was getting it verified; they left a message for the DR. to call back (frustrating when you have to wait like that especially after hearing the numbers of patients on average need call-backs for verification. I was afraid it would take a while.
Glad to report after phoning their Cust. CS place again (they are great at answering phones/emails promptly) he took down the numbers, and told me he would do what he could to it for me to clean it up said he could look into it.
Bottom Line: Those whom have seen my many posts may know I rarely plug an OCS or whatever. But w/ some of the problems that has come all to often in this industry, we have become almost complacent, almost as it we expect so-so marginal service at best due to the nature of the business the number of Scams that come and go and even the ones that seem up and up tend to close doors or even get greedy and resort to unscrupulous business practices.
We certainly would not put up with a normal business whom does a real business generally on the up & up.
1ConsultDirect, certainly hasn't during anything groundbreaking in their approach to business, though on the other hand they seem to do the little things right.
Kudo's to 1consultdirect. Hopefully honest business models such as yours can do very well as we all know, and (if like me) wondered why they couldn't operate a bit more on the up and up, etc....Well you get the picture enough mumbling from me this late at night.
Kudo's to 1consultdirect...Keep up the good work!
