If you find an improper post the best you can do is to "Notify" the moderators. Let the moderators know
Do not reply to improper posts, and do not quote improper posts...
Let the moderators handle it!
There is a button, or link, to Notify the moderators on every post.

If a post, or poster, offends you. Ignore and notify the mods.

I think a Starlight thread is the right place to talk about orders placed received and also to ask questions.

You are not supposed to tell people how to post. All we want you to do is to use the NotifyModerator link when you notice and improper post. Do not post telling others how to post or not to post.
