I know they changed their web site address for their customers but I do not see anyone posting about them anymore, is there a reason why? I always like to check how their shipping times are

Well, I believe I read that they notified Admin to take their ad off as they were not accepting new patients. They definitely are not. I can't seem to find any patients who wish to discuss times. Seems like they don't exist or are being very cautious so as to not compromise anything. Once it was dicovered that the DEA was quoting the board, it seems like a lot of people are not putting up info about their OP unless it is part of a bigger issue, such as a number of people having shipping delays. If you are a customer, I would call the number they had posted at one point and ask them. If not, then it is too late ot become one, and evaluations are irrelevant I hope I don't come across as flippant, I don't mean to be at all. All I know is that I asked for a consult a while ago and they were not giving them at the time and I moved on.

According to MNW they are currently shipping about a week and a half behind. He said the pharmacy is only allowed to order one order of meds a month and once they are gone everybody else has to wait until they play catch up at the beginning of the next month. I guess the pharmacy has gotten their monthly order in now and is currently playing catch up.

I am so fed up with not getting my re-fills on time!!I am out of meds and have been waiting 1-week for my re-fill I am not going to re-consult with MNW this is my last re-fill with them.I need a company that will ship out re-fills on time everytime! Do you think that it is asking too much?
I think MNW is a great service because my MOM uses them and they never are late getting her refills out and they have great prices compared to a lot of these other OCS's. I think it comes out to about $269 for a consult + meds + shipping which is a lot better then paying $350 for your first fill plus I think refills with MNW come out to about $163 for 120 count of the Lorcet 10/650. My mom has been with them for over a year and she has never had a delay in getting her refill or any delays getting her re-consults done. So I don't know why your having so much trouble maybe it's because my mom gets the Lorcet 10/650 and it seems a lot of people don't like those so there always in stock. Maybe you should try getting a different med that isn't so popular. So in conclusion I don't think there is anything wrong with there service I think there actually top notch service. I may even switch to them after my refills are out. Peace out Hommeez!!
Well, had my consult on 1/28, CC charged on 1/29, and still waiting for meds on 2/9. They told me when they set up the consult that it would take about 4 days. I agree that MNW is a very good service, but there seems to be a real inventory problem. Switching off of the 10/325s might not be a bad idea...
Same Boat as Presto. Last refill 1/28, now it is 2/11 and no movement, plus they are not returning calls. Looks like it could be a long haul. Was also told 4 days at first, then 1.5 weeks. Tomorrow is 2 weeks. Finally, VM says 1.5 week time line for delay. I guess it depends on your order what the delay actually is.
I spoke to them the other day. The delay is 1.5 - 2.0 weeks. Pharm can oly get so much meds per month and they can only fill so many a day. They said orders would go out daily on a first come first serve basis. I put mine in on the 8th I was told the 18th or 19th. Hey at least they're honest. If you leave them a messege they will call back. They seem to be very good about this. They have returned everyone of my phone calls.

Sonik just to give you a heads up, it is probably going to be longer than that because I know orders from the 30th still haven't shipped and tomorrow is already the 15th with a 3 day weekend coming up. I hope for your sake it does ship next week but I don't think I would hold my breath. Good Luck !!
Nope, nothing yet. Ordered 1/28. I tried to change the order to something else but they said they could not. They can only ship so much per day, and my guess is that there were a lot of orders ahead of mine on 1/28. Come Tuesday, it will be 3 weeks! Advice: Put in for something less popular on your next consultation.
Im trying to get info on my order as well. I called them this morning, usually they call back. I will let you know. I ordered on the 8th. I sure hope its not 3 weeks...
Hopefully they have not run out or lost their Pharm again....

My order went in on Jan 30th, and still nothing!! I understand that they only have so many meds, so why did they start taking new patients again?? It seems to me they should have held off until we were all receiving ours in a timely matter. Ive always been understanding of them, thinking they were doing their best to keep customers satisfied, believing they really cared about their patients, and doing everything in their power to get our meds to us quickly. But, sadly, i've realized that its just about the money to them. New customers = $$$$.
Hi, My order went in 2/5. Like many of you when I call I get a call back within a few days. Not so this time. I called both PP and admin numbers ...got the voice mail, left a message just asking for a general time frame (I'm going to be gone from 2/27-3/3 and needed to give them a different delivery address). It has been well over a week and no return calls. I also agree with the person who expressed concern about them taking new people. Gee...what if those folks are being served first. I mean a company would't do a new consult and then not get them their meds for weeks..right off the bat..right???? Of course I have no way of knowing for sure and the part of me that has always had good service from them is just feeling disappointed. Thanks for listening. Chapstick
What concerns me is the last time they had a delay like this (last aug. sept) It was due to a loss in pharmacy. I didn't find that out for three weeks though. They were telling everyone that the pharm was delayed, they ran out of meds, etc,etc..
I guess we'll just have to see....

Ok. Here the latest. I just got the excuse of the day. The delay has gone from 1.5 weeks to 2 weeks... Which I translate into they have run out of 10/325. Which meens that my 2/8 refill will probably not be delivered until 3/8 ( all this deduction based on past experience.
Time to move on I guess..

I think that is pretty much in line with what they have told me from the begining, except the delay has gone to two full weeks now. Looks like some people at the 2.5 week mark are getting shipments.
I just wish they had told me the delay was due to the med type from the beginning -- I just did a re-consult, so I could have asked the Dr. to change, but once the consult is done, they can't.
And it would help them to be realistic on the delay so people aren't wondering and calling them. I'd rather just know when it is really going to be...
Bertanger what is the latest with your order? I see that some people who ordered the 28th got their orders last Thursday so I am hoping that you have got yours. I ordered on the 30th and am trying to figure out exactly where they are and what date they may possibly be on. It is about 5:15 est on Monday and so far I don't see a tracking number or any updated info on my acct.
If anybody ordered the 29th can you let us know so we can get an idea of the date they are currently on. Thanks in advance and as soon as mine ships I will do the same.
