Hi. I'm new here as a poster (but have used the forum for reference for a couple years), and may have posted my post on onlinesolution4u in the wrong thread. So here is essentially a repeat.

I've been a regular customer of Raj's for some time now and never had any problems beyond modest delivery delays. His communication was always good.

However, this time was very bad. I ordered Provigil and Xanax on 7/20 and it arrived 8/16. Xanax complete, but twenty tablets from the Provigil order were missing, along with the free pills that were supposed to compensate for Western Union fees. I wrote to Raj and he wrote back explaining that the order had been shipped in two envelopes and the second would arrive shortly.

Because of positive history, I trusted him and placed a new order on 8/25 for something else. That order arrived promptly and was complete. But I still didn't have the twenty missing tablets + W.U. free pills.

Since then I've written to Raj a number of times. He confused the missing order with the new (8/25) order and that took a while to straighten out. On 9/7 he wrote that he would ship out a replacement order "soon."

I asked for confirmation that the replacement was shipped (and asked again....several times) and he never replied. And the pills have not arrived.

So, unfortunately, I wound up with a really bad taste in my mouth and lost about $30.00. I've lost all trust in him and am putting him on my personal blacklist.

I will reorder from the other Raj at IndianMeds4u.

I should have known better, didn't read all of these reviews and placed an order on 9/5 for his ambien. Confused his site with indianmeds whom I've ordered from before with good results.

How long should I give it before I nag for a generic reply or throw in the towel?

Could have been worse. Unfortunately it's time to order anxiety meds now. Who's been on the up and up?

I have had several orders from him come through just fine, but this time it is very late and I've received nothing. Getting worried. It has been nearly four weeks since the shipping notice. No LLs either.
I am trying some other IOPs now and apparently it should not take more than a couple weeks in transit. I just need help and need a place that is reliable. I don't think Raj is a bad person, but something over there is delaying orders and causing a lot of interference. I am so disappointed, as this package would mean pain relief AND sleep, which I have not had for more than a month...

I am still hoping, but at this point I would recommend trying another IOP. It is just too hard to have these symptoms, be in need of meds, and have to wait/hope like this and be disappointed. I have decided not to pester him about it, since I doubt it will help (complaint emails seem to only cause friction with Raj), and he is more likely to help you if you are polite with him... I think that's how I kept getting all my previous orders.

Will update here if the order does arrive...

Well, My first order with Raj at OS4U started out great. I ordered in late June and had the first half of my order in just 12 days. I thought....all right I found a good one. Well, after many cordial exchanges on his customer care system with him continually asking me to be patient. Then he said he would reship. Then he asked if I could provide an alternet address. Guess what. After just over 3 months, my remaining portion of the original order arrived regular mail today. In short, Raj did fullfil his end of the bargan.....just not in a very timely manner, Also, I am very happy with his product...zan and val.

Oh....I almost forgot his packaging is excellent. No breakage and very discrete. I also found that cordial and mannerly communications seem to be responded to much more quickly and positively. To anyone else waiting, don't give up and DO NOT STOP COMMUNICATING. Sooner or later they will get the clue that you won't go away untill satisfied. GOOD LUCK to all.

First order went great. My second order has been a disaster. He responds with very nice emails but after receiving nothing for 3 months I just gave up. I lost a few hundred bucks and learned my lesson. How the heck does he still have 4 Stars???

Yeah, I am starting to wonder if he is a selective scammer of unusual type? For some reason, I don't get a malicious/scamming type of vibe from him. He actually does answer emails politely and even re-ships, which seems strange for a scammer.
My order was for just over $200, and it is now nearly five weeks in transit with no sign of it. Mine used to start arriving in 11-15 days, so there is definitely something up.

I am with the previous poster about the negative emails. They really do not help and do not get your order situation resolved. The way I figure, if he has actually scammed you and not sent the order, then an aggressive email will just make him annoyed and not want to send the order. If he HAS sent the order and it has gotten lost somehow (maybe not him, but someone on his end is stealing stuff?), an aggressive email will *really* get you nowhere. The best chance for getting an order is to be polite, non-combative, and give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it will bring out his conscience and he will either send the order, or at least he will be more willing to work with you. For sure, 99% of the non-receivers come at him with total aggression, so anything different may get his attention. (?) It's a shame we have to grovel for what is already paid for and what we are entitled to, but I think any new tactic is worth trying, over the other methods that seem to be proven failures. (ie, once he gets annoyed with you, it's all over.)

It's quite obvious that the OS4U Raj has made his money and is now playing with people who decided to order from his once reputable IOP in the last few months.

I've recieved blister packs from India that didn't have the RRP blacked out with a marker pen and I can tell you that 90 Clonazepam pills costs about $5 in India.

Raj must be laughing at any new customers who order from him.

I have been a long time customer of Raj's and I know he's not dishonest. I made an order in mid-July, received package 1 of 2 exactly 4 weeks later, and received package 2 yesterday. He's since then claimed to have reshipped twice, once requiring a signature, so we'll see if they get here, or if what I got was the first reship (which he said he shipped about 4 1/2 weeks ago) but I've gotten what I ordered. It just took 3 months to get it.
He's always answered my emails, but then again I've always been very polite and assure him that if his reship shows up, I'll pay him for what I receive. He usually takes a little while to answer. To those who come on here angry and probably cuss him out, I wouldn't doubt it if he doesn't just put them on his blocked sender list, or the profanity triggers his spam filter. People, you catch more flies with honey.
I'm guessing either customs here or there is backed up, customs there is snagging some packages, or he's so overloaded with orders since Joseph went out of business that he is having a hard time keeping up. Likely a combination of the 3.
What I do know is that he's NOT a scammer. Yeah, it took me 3 months to get everything I ordered, but I'll likely end up receiving my reship at least once, maybe twice.
Please don't flame me. I'm not a Shill for Raj, just a longtime customer sharing my recent experience. I'm probably going to look elsewhere for meds, or at least figure on it taking at least 4 weeks before I get them. Yes, I'm disappointed that it isn't a week to 10 days like it used to be with him.
For anyone curious about or has experience with his Indian Pain Meds (he calls them Vicodin 7.5) please PM me, as I would like to discuss them privately.

I've ordered from os4u several times over the past few years. Sometimes I'll get my order in 2 weeks, other times it takes a full month. My recent June order came (1 pkg) in 2 weeks. When I placed another order in late Aug I was upset that, after 2 weeks, there was nothing in my mailbox. That order did come, but it took the full month. Curiously, I found another pkg from Raj in today's mail. I hadn't placed another order and this pkg wasn't for any quantity I've placed with OS4U. Maybe it was my extra meds? Naaah. It was too much to be that.

You won't hear me complain about that, though. OS4U has always come through as far as I can remember. I can't understand why there are the number of complaints I've seen here. Obviously, I've had great luck. Maybe it's because I've posted (several times) about the service I've had from Raj. - and see if it doesn't improve your luck, too.

Just my 2 paragraphs.

I just checked out the website and noticed they offer vicodin/norco. I thought you couldn't get that out of the USA? I see that people are pleased with them, so that's good. I'm just curious about them.

the vics raj offers are NOT true vics.

they are made to have the same effects as hydro,but are not the same.
i have been curious to take them to a pharmacy and have them checked out for ingredients,but to scared to do so.

they do releive pain and they do give the same feeling hydros do ,but i cant say they are truly the same thing.

when i forst came to this forum,i stuck with the iop's for meds. but i thankfully found a doctor willing to help.

i still have a few of those pills from raj here, but only take them if out of the real deal.

i cant understand why there are so many complaints for this iop. yeah it takes a while to get your order,but they are coming from far away!
alot of people have asked for os4u to be blacklisted,but i disagree.

maybe,they were backed up ion certain times, but they have come thru for quit a few people and are a valuable asset to have when you cant get the meds you need form the usa.

does nayone know what those vic's contain?? ANYONE???

Has anyone ordered Ambien from OS4U? I received my order, but the pills aren't like any I have seen before. They are long, white, scored on one side, and don't have any imprints. Has anyone tried these before? Are they okay?

His vicodin is not real. I have family that works in the medical field and had one of the pills tested for opiates, and the results came back negative. (These were tested in a hospital)

there is some type of releif and euphoric affect from the pills and i would like to ask if you would pm me the findings!

I've ordered from OLS4U about 4 or 5 times in the last few years and he's always come through for me. It takes about a month average to receive an order. I live in No. Cal so I don't know if that makes a difference. But I do try to plan ahead although I placed my last order August 25. It was lost in the mail or something. I stayed in communication with Raj and he did re-send it. I finally received it today.

Other people have had some problems with the service lately and he's not in very good favor right now. No one knows why it went downhill so fast. But I learned that being patient and polite communicating with him will get a much better response than flaming and threats - as I've read during the last few months.

Oh, I DO order the Ambien and it works fine. I also order his generic diazepam (Valium) and it's good too.

I can't say if he's back to normal with his shipping and general customer service so if you do order, it may take a while... Just FYI

I placed an order on 10/27, he said it was shipped on 11/2-and I received half of it today 11/17(15 days)

I'm not telling this to brag, I don't like seeing others ripped off or in pain, just to give feedback. That's all.

I'm also very curious what the active ingredient is in those "Vicodins" are

I have ordered the Ambien several times. For me it works much like Ambien, but not exactly. It helps me get to sleep, no doubt there at all. As soon as I close my eyes and relax I am gone, no racing mind to keep me up all night. But "real" Ambien always gives me double vision about 15 minutes after I take it, then I get really groggy and have to sleep. Raj's ambien makes me sleepy, but I can fight it pretty easily if I decide not to go right to bed after I take it. And no sleeping pill "hangover" the next day.

Yes, Nimowns, I would be interested in knowing how they tested out as well. I, too, have ordered from Onlinesolution4u, and have always had good service.

I see that others have asked you to pm, but with only 9 posts that's not a possibility, so if you would post on the board...if you want... that would be most helpful. I'm sure there are a lot of people that would appreciate whatever information you could provide. Meanwhile, I'm glad to see that people are now receiving.
