besides the bluestar fiasco-waiting 3 weeks,my husband did a re-consult and the deducted the price bluestar charged from total.has only been a few days to recieve,his latest fill was received last week.In light of whats going on with other OCS stellar in my opinion.though not at all like they used to be when they were YPM,always recieved next day.

From the Blue Star mess, I re-consulted and was only charged $50, and got re-consulted with 3 additional refills (plus the fill that comes with a consult). So, I had just ordered a refill on 7/14/07. I actually clicked the link to hit "order refill" on 12AM, 7/14/07. When I woke up in the morning I had a charge on my CC from ChatCP Solutions for $61 and then in the mid afternoon, I had a charge on my CC for $95, which INCLUDES the shipping charges. And with all of the staffing issues and rumors of the pharmacy this and that. I called their Orlando pharmacy, and he was actually working on mine. He gave me my tracking number (USPS), and this was around 4pm, Tuesday. It finally showed up on the Chatcp Site around 8pm. When I started to track this things, USPS proves once again how bad they succ! The *WHOLE* time my order showed only "acceptance" at like 7:55pm and never got to "enroute" states and even all THREE web sites that I use to track gave me any more information.

Now when I woke up on Wednesday morning, I'm told that my post office gets their "last" shipment for priority, in the morning around 10:30am. This is when I got brave enough to hit "refresh" on my browser. After I did that, NOTHING, BAM! The darn thing still only showed "acceptance" in Orlando and no movement. Well, I tried to *forget* about it and made my coffee and took my shower, ect. Just for CRAPolas and Giggles, I hit refresh ONE more time at 11:00am! AND GUESS WHAT? It showed that it came into Detroit, MI at 6:32am! and was enroute to my local Annex! WOW, no way huh?

I then called my Annex and they had it; asked me if I wanted to come pick it up, or if I wanted to wait for them to deliver it. I said I'd be right down.

Moral of the story is: don't ever believe the USPS web site for tracking. If you get an "Acceptance", then you're good to go and you SHOULD get your package next day!

I am still waiting for my refill from 5/25. I have tried to order again about once a week for the past couple of months since they have reset the website or at least my account, nothing. I got burned twice now on consultation $ with them and not one email or phone call answered since May 25th. Just my true experience and I followed them from NWW so I go back with them a long time. Does not look as if I will ever get my refills.

I had no idea they were handling things so horribly. Wish I had never consulted now. Well, tweeiebird, thanks for posting this. People dealing with pain do not need the added frustration of losing refills and/or waiting ridiculous amounts of time.

3 weeks for a refill? Wow. And worse, paying for consults and losing refills. I suppose I'll try to get my money's worth from the consult but if my experience turns out to be as bad as yours was I won't consult again. That's too bad. Sorry you're going thru that

good morning everyone, i too have had a very bad experience with chatcp. i had been with ypm for months and never had any problems. now i am hooked for 201.00 and seems there is nothing i can do about it. doesnt seem right but what ya going do. any suggestions i am open. thank you john t.

Still waiting for my script from May 25. My account history keeps changing I have placed several orders but nothing. The new CS person PM'd me and said she could help. She never did and the last 2 pm I sent her were not even read.I just looked at my account again and they have it posted now that I have received orders all the way through July. Just no tracking numbers and the tracking number from May still has no movement. I was a YPM customer from NWW. Out Consult fees twice can't even remember how much and one order of meds almost $500 hundred dollars and nothing.

Is anyone receiving from CA.
I noticed on the other thread that the girls said that if you were at TX that the pharmacists would allow you to transfer your RX to a local pharmacy.
But I've been at CA since 9-7 and wondered if others are recieving.

You've got to send 30 MO at time of refill and then COD on shipment. They aren't taking CC right now, and for that matter, aren't shipping to most of us either. That is supposed to change, but we've been hearing that for a while, too.

Had consult on 9/6/07, never received first fill, still waiting, have heard every excuse under the sun from these jokers but the bottom line is they are not delivering. I feel bad for the people on the hook for hundreds to these people, I'm sure the MO's were cashed quick enough. Seek out another company and stay away from chat.

I have been waiting over a *MONTH* after paying my consult. So far NOTHING. No meds, no tracking number, NOTHING. Just lame excuses, one delay after another.

They are not easy to work with either. You have to send in lots of forms and payments besides the medical records. Then they want another money order, then the COD. But you dont have to worry about the COD for the meds because they never ship. They do not answer email, the help ticket just gives RUDE LAME NONSENSE.

There might be a place worse than this, I haven't found it yet. All it is is a scam to get consultation fees, all the other charges, then you never get anything.

STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Ordered my fill on 10/3 without reading the boards first, and was told to expect a three week wait. FYI. Still no tracking number, etc. Just so you all know...I think we're all still waiting.

I finally got a tracking # yesterday on the chat site. I did not get any email notice. Mine was a refill.
I just recieved my order 11:50amcst, and all accounted for. original order date was 9/3.

my experience with chatcp.com has been horrible. i was with them at YPM and NWW for several years and they have taken me for the one and only time. i received a consult in my state and found out that they werent even consulting here at that time. i was also charged for meds at that time and have never received any refund or meds. it has been two and a half months since they ripped me off and now i guess im just stuck with this whole mess. i wouldnt advise anyone to deal with this op. whatsoever. thanks jughead

still waiting on my refill from 9/18 they sent me a response telling me it would MAYBE filled last week but we all know how that goes. Still waiting..Looks as it may still be a couple of weeks if we r only filling from 9/3

I was a long time customer of YPM and made the move to chatcp. When I ordered a refill and sent the money order I never received the refill. They politely reply they are working on it. It has been so long I was able to click refill for a third refill, and now they actually email me every other day asking for the money order. When I pointed out that they had not yet filled the previous refill they were apologetic, but still did not refill the paid for refill, and continue to troll for more money orders. Avoid this company at all costs, I am sorry to say.

ChatCp should be black listed. I was a long time member and continue to get come ons for consults and money orders, despite the fact they cashed my last money order but never followed through on the refills. Yes, I have tried submitting tickets several times on their "get help" link on the website. I always get responses that say "we are working on it, but have no timetable". I sent in my $30 MO three months ago and have received nothing. What do I do?

The day I made this posting.....guess what....my package was sent out after 3 months of waitng. Only problem was I didnt receive any notification and had no idea that the DHL person would be knocking on my door with my package. I did not have my Money Order ready. She is coming back tommorrow with my package. I would like to send out a special THANK YOU to Skyla for helping me resolve this problem. As long as ChatCP is back on track and shipping on time, I highly recommed using them.
