Horrible experience. I signed up yesterday for a consultation and found my CC was immediately charged. I then faxed in my medical records, all under one year of age, which correctly diagnosed my condition (I have stuff going back 10 years but they do not want older records). This afternoon, after waiting for a full four hours, the phone rings and its the PA/Dr. She immediately states that she will not complete the consultation without a copy of an MRI. I have never had to submit an MRI scan and to do so would require me to go to my old hospital and wait between 7 and 14 business days for Medical Records to process my request. If I had known that 2 year OLD MRIs were going to be required, I would never had signed up for the consultation in the first place until I had them in hand. Doctor's manner was frosty too. Frankly I feel insulted by the whole process and this has bee one of the worst experiences in telemedicine that I've had. All I can say is that it was a nasty experience. I also reject the notion that a CC is charged BEFORE the consult is given. I have requested a refund.
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in on this service...had my consult late Wed. ( about 5:30 ) - and my meds. shipped today - WITH a tracking number - so - this service truly is reliable. Doctors consult. was very good , quick turn-around- they were honest about the 48 hr. turn around , and they held up to what they promised. AND - guys!!! THEY SERVICE NC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

consult was tues., meds arrived thurs.! the p.a. was very nice to me. - i should have had meds wed., but dhl stinks. you pay a lot for overnight service, then dhl leaves you hanging 30% of the time, and loses your package 15% of the time. i suppose i could ask rxpri for a partial shipping refund, but i hate to whine to a reliable vendor.
This is not a post with good or bad feedback. This is strictly informational for anyone who lives in Tennessee. A few days ago, I sent an e-mail to the customer service departments of 15 different OPs. Some of you out there might already know this information, but for anyone that this might help, I wanted to post the responses I got from them. As of 9/3/07, RxPri does NOT service TN.
I been waiting eight days for my medicine I had my consult last Wednesday and still know meds I called the pharmacy and they told me the reason they have not been shipped is because the doctor made a mistake on the prescription about how to take it. the pharmacy said they have tryed twice to get the doctor to fix it and it still has not been fixed.I think it is alful I set here without any medicine and they act like they could care less.I have tryed numerous times to have them fix it myself.
I don't know why RXPRI was previously rated a 1 star. I have had nothing but good customer service from them as well as very fast pharmacy shipping. If I send for a refill, it is normally shipped the same day or at the latest, the next. The customer service department is all business and very professional, so don't expect a long conversation or e-mail. I know they had been previously under another company that had some bad experiences, but for those of you looking for a new ROP, I would recommend them. I just consulted with them for the 2nd time, and besides a miscommunication on my part, it has gone very well. Customer service worked very fast to rectify my screw up and I think my meds were sent out today!
Anyone used them recently? I had a consult to day and I was wondering how long it usually takes to ship? Also the pharmacy would be good but dont post that in the thread
They do have a good turn around time. But there pharm ships DHL and loses packages and if it lost you are out of luck until next month.they wont re-ship and you loose that re-fill.pretty bad business if you ask me.just F.Y.I
Also had a horrible experience. Their customer service is really lacking! First order was ok, second never arrived after I paid $30 for overnight shipping! No apologies, nothing. Rude comments, they must have enough of a customer base that they are cocky. Very very rude people. I do NOT recommend!
scheduled a consult last Friday, no emails no call, login to site to see my consult was moved to sat., no email no call, login to see new consult date today. No call, only an email stating they couldn't accept me. I guess 15 pages of previous problem isn't enough without MRI to back it up. Pretty upset
been a week now and still trying to be refunded my money. No luck WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!! They schedule you a consult to deny you and keep your money BEWARE Their are a lot of better companies out there that will take your money and and actually answer your emails
I HAVE USED THESE GUYS NOW FOR THREE MONTHS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.I GET COMPOUNDS WITH THEM AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND GOOD QUALITY MEDICATION.SO FAR SO GOOD
Been with them for awhile, suddenly, my consult was denied. Looking into why, cannot reach anyone, re-faxed everything. The strange part was they had me fax over everything in December, and all was well. Now, they want to do the whole fax/form thing again, it's only been 3 months, curious. Could be problems there. I'll post the outcome.
I applied for my refill and I haven't heard a word in response to when it will be filled, processed or anything. It's been a week. They don't answer emails. I don't understand what the problem is. Has anyone heard? Please let me know.
Just noticed on the Rxpri website (along with all sister sites) that they do not service a number of new states any longer (as of today). NY being new to the list. What do we do now here in a state that has now gone the way of Ky and Tenn as many are. Direct scripts do not work here since scripts must be barcoded and from a NY doctor as I have been told by many local Pharms- anything else I was told is an illegal script and could be considered criminal. Before these services are all gone which they certainly will be shortly, what can we do as taxpayers to eliminate the DEA/(Nazi SS/ peckerwoods) we have now dictating our health care to us.
