Camelot Consults is in fact a new start-up ROP. They started mid-April 2007. I have posted my experience and feedback with them since my consult on May 2, 2007. If you go to the archive section, you can read posts by other DB members. I was surprised to see that all of the feedback by alot of DB members over this past month and a half regarding Camelot was "archived". In a nutshell, I faxed 25 pages of current, legitimate med records to Camelot.I was consulted on 5/2/07,I requested overnight shipping. I also entered my mastercard # on the registration page. On 5/3/07 my card was charged $279.99, and 2 days later it was credited $50(for the new customer promo.) I have not received anything else from them since, despite many, many unanswered e-mails and phone messages. So, I am out $222.99. I went with a different ROP 10 days ago. I told them what was happening with this order and that I was trying to cancel it so that I wouldn't be seen as using more than one consult service. I received my meds from this other OP 3 days ago. All that I can say to anyone who is considering using Camelot is to go to the achive section and read the feedback by other folks. Best Regards, Steve

Old posts on Camelot and 1StopMeds are in the archive now. Camelot sprung up with as a sister site to 1StopMeds when they crashed and burned in the middle of MAY. So far as I can tell NO ONE has received meds from either since they both lost their pharmacy - Nichols Hill.

There was a lot of bad feeling about the postings of GirlNumberOne - the CS rep for 1StopMeds - she posted the initial problem was a power outage, then it was a power surge which destroyed the pharmacy's hard drive AND backup, then it was a flood, then she was flying her very own self to California (the location of the Pharmacy) to help them re-enter all the lost data - all ridiculous lies. She finally posted that the pharmacy had gotten some heat from DEA and was no longer filling or transferring telemedecine prescriptions. Now, according to the post on the Free Side they (1StopMeds) have a new pharmacy and will be filling by the end of next week. Yeah right.

Ok, pardon the dummy question - but I missed all of this. Camelot and 1stop are sister outfits? If that's the story she told, whew, she needs to ping me sometime and I can at least help her out with some plausible excuses. That's a lot of bad luck to have all at once and to be honest, assuming it was true, all that would prove is that their backup plan isn't very solid. I have yet to work on a Server in a corporate environment that sat less than two feet off the floor and wasn't in a rack - at least not production servers. Similarly, you make sure you don't use Water based sprinklers in teh server room or allow people near production servers with drinks. Considering how cheap backup storage is, getting an second back service, offsite is pretty much the norm these days, even for really small shops - mainly b/c it's cheap. A cheap rack can be gained for about 35.00 and offsite storage can be done for 10.00 a month for decent size volumes. So if you assumed the story was true, you'd have to ask, why didn't they do this already? why are they even in this situation. Either they didn't know any better or they are really cheap. Both thoughts are discomforting.

As more and more pharms get closed or have to limit shipments, I'm sure the excuses we hear will get more and more interesting and creative.

Steve,
Please do a charge back and receive a refund. That is ridiculous and you should not be out that amount of money. Just tell the CC peeps that you are unable to get in touch w/ anyone from that service. Please let me know if it works out. I am sorry you had to go through all this

take care and best to you,
ExPat

ExPat, Thanks so much for the advice and support. I've never had to do a cc chargeback, and was hoping that Camelot would credit my account. This whole thing goes back to 5/2/07. I'm just tired of sending unanswered e-mails and leaving unreturned phone calls...The one time I did get thru was last week, and Arnel, their CS rep started telling me that they should be able to ship orders in 2 weeks or so, and I stopped him and told him that I simply wanted to cancel my order and to get a refund. He replied that he would have to speak with his boss. Nothing has been done, my order still shows that it is "active" on their site, and my card shows no credit from 'online health solutions'. I'm concerned because as I told Arnel, I've already consulted with a diff. ROP, and that I've received meds from them. I just don't want to be accused legally of using more than 1 Dr. and pharmacy to obtain scheduled meds. I'm keeping all my paperwork in case. Thanks, Steve

I called my credit card provider, and low and behold my account had been credited by 'onlinehealthsolutions', the exact amount that Camelelot charged me on 5/3/07. I didn't receive an e-mail from Camelot that this had been done. I'm releived to be done with it all. If you're thinking of trying this ROP, they do offer COD, but be prepared and patient for what was for me a 1 month wait. They lost the pharmacy that they were using, and have been out trying to get set up with other one.

Steve,

I am so very happy that this all worked out especially since you didn't have to jump through the chargeback hoops.
Just curious, when did they refund the money ? I wondering if by discussing it (here) it may have lit a fire under them.
Who knows, but I am thrilled you are all taken care of.

Always allow at least a week for a refund to be reflected in your credit card account. Just the way it works....

Thank you to all of our customers! We are finally up and shipping again but are limited to how many we are able to send out. Camelot will start by shipping refills today and as soon as we are caught up with those we will then be accepting new consults.

So sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are eager to help any who have questions. As of right now because of all the charge backs we have had we are not accepting credit cards. COD only please and as soon as we find a suitable merchant account we will post and let customers know.

While we have been out searching for the right pharmacy for our filling needs we have kept our customer service available and have answered all PMs. Due to time constraints of being on the road I apologize for not being able to keep up with my posting.

Thank you to all of those who have stayed with us during this transition. For all are customers who had urgent needs and sought out other means, we hope that you’re satisfied with your current service but would love to earn back your business.

Thank you and have a great evening...
Camelot

I still have not received my order. They told me last week I would have it by the end of the week. Friday they said next week. So far nothing. I have the feeling that is what I will end up with "nothing".

I would advise no one to use this company. They are the same as 1stopmeds and they lure you in, give you an initial consult (this was back in April) one prescription and then you never receive anything else. I was looking for a new OPS and tried them out before I realized they were the same as 1stopmeds. I hope this post keeps anyone from even thinking about using them.

Well, I just talked to whatever his name is again, it's hard to understand him and to be honest, you can tell he doesn't give 2 cents about helping you either.

No refill, nothing except for a email I received from them about 3 weeks ago telling me to have a money order ready for a certain amount.

I'm a member of the VIP side and I'm going to see if they can get involved here. I'm going to email Admin and tell him what's going on. This is horrible....I PMed Camelot on here and of course no response from him either.

Good afternoon, I am hearing a lot of talk that Camelot is not shipping and that we are unavailable. Camelot is still up and running but limited to the number of fills that can go out in a day. Please be patient and your order will go out. Customer service is available to call if you have questions or PM us anytime, we will respond in a timely matter. As soon as shipping resumes to normal we will post. If for some reason you are unable to wait for your refill then let us know and we will refund your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I did PM you and you have not responded back to me. You mentioned refunding us back our money...Are you willing to refund back our consultation fee? I mean, we all paid for a consultation fee and got 1 prescription out of it..that's it.

So..are you willing to refund the consultation fee back?

King, I finally got a PM back to you saying you are willing to refund back a consult fee if we never had a consult with you.

That is not what I asked, I think it's only fair you refund back a portion of the consult fee, perhaps 2/3's of it since 99% of the customers with you have only received 1 prescription out of the deal!!

I asked people on the VIP side and everyone there has said they haven't received any refills yet either.

I think this is only fair!

Has anyone, anywhere gotten a recent new or refilled script from Camelot, TriState or the other affiliate I believe is 1st Stop or 1st Priority. This is very frustrating for a lot of us.

Hey their, just wanted to add some things in to the daily reading of the DB frequenters.Camelot is now current with all refills and we are doing new consults. If for some reason you believe you have been missed please help us out and call our customer service department. The number is (954)237-5338 and can be located at Camelotconsults.com under “contact us”. We will get you taken care of! Just as a reminder the states we do not service are West Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Right now same day consults are possible with meds shipped out by the next day and we will be starting night consults in the very near future. We are only taking COD for now so there is no risk especially to our cautious customers. Again if you have any questions PM me, email customer service or give us a call. I will be answering all PMs at the end of the day so urgent questions should be directed to customer service.

Thank you,
Camelot
