Why has admin archived (sp?) all of the posts made by people on this site? You also did it with 1StopMeds. I don't think that's fair to people trying to find out if their has been any problems with them.

They opened up in April and have not filled any refills or been very good about emailing cusotmers or calling them. If anything, I would think you'd want to protect possible future members for the VIP side against [censored] like this.

While I agree that it's odd (and unfortunate) that the thread got moved to the archive section, I will say that Camelot did come through and credit my credit card every penny they initially charged. I was one of the most outspoken critics of Camelot and think it's important that people know that they did give me my money back. I hope people who decided to wait them out post when and if they receive their meds. This way people will know that that can start consulting with them again.

I'm confident that they have had legitimate pharmacy issues and the people behind this company are not crooks. They seem to be doing their best to resolve the outstanding issues in these tough times -- at least I hope that's the case.

uanmeforinfo; I'm glad to see your post. I thought the same thing when I checked the Camelot Consults feedback, questions and info. part of Camelot's threaded DB site on Sun.. I had to look alittle until I found the 6 weeks of user feedback nad been archived. When I looked at the barren/empty threaded Camelot site on Sun., it looked like they (Camelot) had just opened for business. I'm still trying to get a refund on my cc from 5/3/07 with zero luck.

I just got off the phone with my credit card provider, and my account has been credited by Camelot/online health solutions. It was for the full amount that was charged, and because of the long weekend, it didn't post until today. So, I wanted to thank Camelot for doing the right thing. I hope that they can get their pharmacy situation taken care of, and most of all that they will take care of their many patients and people who live with chronic pain who need their refills of meds.on time. I think the thing that bugs me the most is the lack of communication from the owners/reps on the board. They were all over the board trying to drum up businesss but when something went South with the pharmacy the disappeared. I understand problems I have vendors/ contractors disappear from time to time and I would never think about hiding from my customers. Customers can understand problems and will usually work with you or wait if they understand the situation. Not everyone can wait and that is understandable but some of us could and would if we had a little more communication. Even if they do get up and running which I hope they do they will have lost a lot of customers by hiding during the problem times. Just my 2 cents worth.

Well, has anyone received "anything" from them??? Except for the usually, I'm just waiting for my boss to call me up so I can start sending people names over to the new pharmacy to get filled!!

This owner sure did learn well from his cousin and sister site 1StopMeds. Neither one is fulfilling their responsibility to their patients and needs. It's all about money for them.

Thank you to all of our customers! We are finally up and shipping again but are limited to how many we are able to send out. Camelot will start by shipping refills today and as soon as we are caught up with those we will then be accepting new consults.



So sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are eager to help any who have questions. As of right now because of all the charge backs we have had we are not accepting credit cards. COD only please and as soon as we find a suitable merchant account we will post and let customers know.




While we have been out searching for the right pharmacy for our filling needs we have kept our customer service available and have answered all PMs. Due to time constraints of being on the road I apologize for not being able to keep up with my posting.



Thank you to all of those who have stayed with us during this transition. For all are customers who had urgent needs and sought out other means, we hope that you’re satisfied with your current service but would love to earn back your business.

This company is terrible! They are brand new and there fax machine doesn't work, there customer service guy doesn't speak good english, they are not accepting new consultations already!! Terrible!! Would not recommend!!

This company is a big rip off. They should be blacklisted as they are related to 1stopmeds. They do an initial consult with one refill and then that is it. They also keep your personal information right on their login page for everyone to see. I emailed them today and told them to NEVER contact me again and to lose any information they have on me. I hope this website puts them on the black list so other people are not ripped off as well.

I just want to confirm that Camelot is still up and running.
I experienced some delays, but customer service was always honest with me and I ultimately received my refill today.

On-the-other-hand, there website is a mess. When I login none of my info is properly updated.

Anyway, thanks for coming thru guys.

I am one of the first customers and I still have not received my refill. Arnel said yesterday that they have
only shipped out 30 refills so far, but my response to that was, "really, then why haven't I received mine since I was one of your first customers"???

I have PM Camelot on here and have not received a response and he posted, if we are not happy and do not want to wait then they will refund out money back to us...Ok

How about refunding back our consulation fee since we only got the initial prescription and that's it so far?

Will you refund that money back to us???

been waiting since 4/15.....have been promised that the meds would go out,still nothing. was also told to change from cc to cod and the would go out that day 6/1. still waiting, i even tried to order the other refill, site says both have been sent to pharm but still waiting,,,,,this is just not right...scott

There are reputable ROP'S consulting ON TIME , sending to pharmacy ON TIME and shipping ON TIME
They will eventually go out of business if you and all others do a chargeback.

King, I finally got a PM back to you saying you are willing to refund back a consult fee if we never had a consult with you.

That is not what I asked, I think it's only fair you refund back a portion of the consult fee, perhaps 2/3's of it since 99% of the customers with you have only received 1 prescription out of the deal!!

I asked people on the VIP side and everyone there has said they haven't received any refills yet either.

I think this is only fair!

Sorry it took so long to respond; i've been moving and offline for a week.
Anyway, I submitted my refill order on 5/25 and received it on 6/13.

Hey their, just wanted to add some things in to the daily reading of the DB frequenters.Camelot is now current with all refills and we are doing new consults. If for some reason you believe you have been missed please help us out and call our customer service department. The number is (954)237-5338 and can be located at Camelotconsults.com under “contact us”. We will get you taken care of! Just as a reminder the states we do not service are West Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Right now same day consults are possible with meds shipped out by the next day and we will be starting night consults in the very near future. We are only taking COD for now so there is no risk especially to our cautious customers. Again if you have any questions PM me, email customer service or give us a call. I will be answering all PMs at the end of the day so urgent questions should be directed to customer service.

It is not my personal experience. This company is THE worst and I mean unbelievably horrible business I have had the ill-fortune to be in contact with.

They shipped the wrong medicine in the correctly labeled bottle. I had to ship it back, and waitwaitwait to get, surprise, another delivery for the same COD amount I'd already paid. This has been going on two weeks, still no package.

Run Run from this place. Keep your sanity.

Please continue to fax all records to (954) 241-6924 and not to our customer service email. Consultation with a physician will not be scheduled until the appropriate medical records have been provided. So with your medical records, please fax a photocopy of your driver’s license, passport or government I.D. and medical records should include a history of chronic pain/injury etc., prior use of the medication you are requesting and be within 1 year of the date you are requesting a consult.

Hello. As a customer of Camelot I am again going thru refills that do not arrive as promised, and a CS that will not answer phones, e-mails or faxes.The pharmacy they use say they have no order for me, yet Camelot says it was sent in and filled. Here we go again. I spoke to an interesting Contact named -----, who says he will look into it. I do appologize for contacting him on his cell phone, maybe my order will go out soon.

You can post on the board but not answer my PM's or resolve my problem...what's up with that? The resolution to my problem is so simple it's almost funny why you have not dealt with it. It makes no sense to me at all. I have paid you for meds I have not received and they are sitting at a DHL hub waiting for someone in your company to send them a fax on your letterhead stating the package is not COD. Please get this done. I have paid for the meds and will not pay for them twice. Please contact me with any questions. I've spoke to Arnel several times about this with no results. He say's he is trying to get ahold of you for your approval or something of that nature. 1 letter, 1 fax, thats all it takes to rsesolve this and you can't seem to get it done

Please continue faxing records to our fax line and not through the customer service email. As in my previous post we are still about 2-3 days behind on shipping. We are looking for a back up pharmacy and will keep all customers up to date as I get more information regarding this. All orders new and refills will go out but like I said expect 2-3 days from the date requested before it will ship.

Yes, Camelot is still shipping but a few days behind. We are in the process of seeking out new pharmacies which will alleviate the delays we have all been experiencing. New patients are always welcome and all orders are being processed via COD so there is no risk to our customers.
