My friend has been waiting for a month now for a refill of 60,and they say they don't have a pharmacy!And they are doing consults, I think they should be taking care of old customers first, this isn't right.

They have posted over and over that they are not doing Consults. They posted all refills will go out and then after that (when the Pharmacy is open) they will do New Consults.

I understand your frustration (or your friends) however in addition to Shana posting that the refills would be handled before new consults, and giving a date for new consults, she also posted that the new pharmacy would be refilling beginning tomorrow, the day after the holiday, and hopefully caught up by Friday. I know that it can be frustrating learning where to find the info. I had trouble too and coming here to ask questions is what the board is for but until you get an answer atleast, try not to be so angry. Seriously, Shana is one of the VERY few that actually communicates with her customers and when people freaked she was honest and said that they lost their pharmacy and it was going to take a couple of weeks. I think that if you go to the US list and find TRISTATE and just look at the feedback link or the questions & comments link and I think that you will find many answers. (Also, if all else fails e-mail them. They do answer)
