Update for TriStateHealthPartners.

Today I will be working on all the refills, working on making sure they are no longer on the old pharmacies end and put into the pharmacies end for this upcoming week.

Those awaiting a refill will be receiving an automated email stating their refill has been sent to the pharmacy. Please keep in mind that the refills will be filled and shipped in the order they have be requested. Remember, this is a holiday weekend, therefore refills will not be fulfilled by the pharmacy after Memorial Day. The pharmacy will be working on all the refills throughout this upcoming week, May 29th through June 1st. I feel confident that by Friday, the pharmacy will be caught up with all existing refill requests awaiting fulfillment and shipping.

I will resume scheduling new consultations the week of June 4th. I have many new physician consultation requests. The new customer consultations will be scheduled in the order in which the medical records were received.

Its been a rough ride. I thank everyone for hanging in there with me and for having faith in me.

Thank you and Happy Safe Memorial Day,
Shana

Shana, I am here as a rep now, so that should lighten the load for you somewhat.

Ruggie! Hi!

I am glad you decided you come back as a rep! It's so weird to see the title under your name, but I assume it's the same Ruggie underneath.....

Good to see you and hope you are having a nice weekend.

I look forward to your continuing advocacy on behalf of ALL chronic pain patients, regardless of the service they use, or whether they use one at all.

We can all use all the help we can get, together.

I am a shareholder, as with any Corporation you cannot own a corporation, you can only be a shareholder. I am very sorry that is upsetting so many that an offer was presented to me and I decided to take the offer. They wanted me to consult for them, because I know about the industry and what pats. want and need in an OCS as an OCS customer myself for many years, and no I do not use TriState.

OK I will not get into this again, nor will I be dragged again into a flame war, this is not the place. I would also like to say after getting a phone call from Shana about posts on the VIP side, that NO I am not Shana, if anyone has any doubt at all, then I would suggest you bring that up with Admin, he knows that I am not Shana and we we also live in 2 different states.

Happy Memorial day

Hi lady!!! I don't care what you are. This is what I know. You care. You care about Cpers more than anyone I know. This place is much better off in whatever capacity you are in.

I was angry about your departure, and elated about your return.

When my fills are up at my current OP, I will be contacting you, and your OP!

Your character, history, and motives, are always above reproach in my book.

YAAAAAYYYY, WHOOOPPEEE...HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.

Things are moving... going to their site to check the status of a refill placed 5/11, I can see that the "assigned pharmacy" has changed from Bluestar to a different name, and I can see that my credit card was charged on Sunday. So far, so good...

xxx do not post asking people to PM you xxx. I have been waiting for TSHP b/c they are pretty honest about the circumstances and what is going on, but I really want to avoid any FL based pharmacies. They fill for 1 script and then stop and we are stuck waiting a month for a refill. I would just like to know if it is FL pharmacy or not . Any help would be appreciated .

I hate to be like this, but don't wanna get flamed for "naming names". You can find out for yourself, since you have a pending refill with TSHP...

Go to TSHP's homepage and click the "Order Status/Request Refill" button at top of the page. Enter your login info, then when logged in, click your order number under "OrderID". There you'll see the pharm. name.

The website doesn't say if it's in Fla. or not. Maybe Shana will jump on here later and let us know.

Thanks for coming back Ruggie! I know Shana, along with the rest of us, are glad to have you here! You two are the hardest working and most caring people around this place would not be the same without you and your input and Shana and her hard work.

And I would like to say that when people start getting their refills, if you were one that gave Shana a hard time, it's my opinion that you should give her a little thanks for her hard work when she comes through. Afterall, there are still some sites that it appears are not shipping and still giving their patients the run-around. Be thankful you have her on your side.

Thanks again Shana - and you too Ruggie for steering her in the right direction. Her honesty here, although it may not be what people have wanted to hear, has been wonderful! At least we know what is going on.

At: You are right - if she has a pending refill she should have no problem finding out the pharmacy's name.

Darln: Exactly as At said above. If you have a refill, you should have no problem finding out that information. And I honestly don't think you will find someone to PM you as you are asking. Shana has worked way too hard to get us this far that I don't think anyone will jeopardize it at this point.

I am not trying to get info that I should not be privy to. I am a member of TSHP, I have requested my refill and on line it still says "blue star". I understand the need to keep pharmacies names to ourselves. I don't want to have to go through another month like this past one. Just wanted to clarify...maybe you could answer this...did yours say "blue star" as well, until recently??

I hope Shana's and Ruggie's total silence on the boards today means they're working feverishly to fill the backorders

Have you submitted a refill request yet? If so, what date? If you haven't put in a refill request yet, that might explain why you haven't seen the change yet. Just trying to figure out why yours hasn't changed from Bluestar yet...

I hope you can understand why we're reluctant to name the new pharmacy. The name will get out soon enough, to be sure, but it won't come from me. I understand how you might feel we're playing a game of "I know something you don't know", but I really, really don't think knowing the name is going to help you at this point. Like I said earlier, it's not a name I've ever heard before, and have no idea if it's a Florida pharmacy or not. That's a question for Shana or Ruggie.

Thanks for writing back. I completely understand where you are coming from. Thanks for even writing me back . I did select my refill...weeks ago. SO I guess I am just trying to figure out the time frame. You said you were due on the 11th. I was a week after that, maybe that has something to do with it??

I hear there may be a connection between TSHP,1st Priority and Camelot. If this is true I hope all of them are able to fulfill their commmitments to their customers in the near future

Has anyone received tracking numbers this evening?

You know the 1st day with pharmacists and all at the pharmacy can be a crazy day, and then from what Shana told me they had do something to the software. So all the refills should be shipped by the end of week, if a problem comes up I will either post about for everyone or Shana will. But as far as know I do not think anything made it out with DHL yesterday with the computer software issue and the new pharmacist getting used to the pharmacy, but on a good note, these pharmacist have been in this industry for a long time, so they do what they are doing and once they get used to the pharmacy and the software is working right they will be able to plow out more refills than TriState even has to fill.

I do believe that for 1st couple of weeks also that Shana will be calling with tracking numbers like she always did, at least until they get that feature up and running for automated emails. But in my opinion I would rather the pharmacy just get the filling software going and the suppliers in like crazy then thinking about the DHL tracking software with those auto emails. That would the lowest on priorities, the highest on priorities is to just get refills filled. JMO.

Hope that helps.

Hugs
