My experience has been totally opposite of yours. 
They will not return emails, period.
Alex (spelling?) normally is very prompt and I haven't been able to get a returned call since the 1st of the week after 3) tries.
Something strange is happening and I am totally clueless.
If anyone knows what IS going on on: I'd appreciate a reply or a PM.

That is the worst news ever If you are sure you might want to post that under the comments and info side everyone over there is reading and updating~ Did you have a tracking number and that is how you found out no pick up? Just curious  more delays more delays !

Where does it say that DHL did not pick up any of the packages?
I have to tell you I know they did....  They're on the way.
Maybe it's just yours that is not working out.

Are without their own issues....
None are perfect.

Dear GNO - Thank you for the apology. First of all, I know that it's easy to take something someone posts the wrong way - we don't have things like facial expressions or tone of voice to go along with the words. Secondly, I'm sure you've probably been about as stressed out as your customers, dealing with all this.
Anyway, fine - we're cool. And again, congratulations on resolving the problem, and I'm happy to see that 1Stop "survived the storm". Hopefully by this time next week we'll ALL be a bit more relaxed. Please pass on our appreciation to Alex and Stacey as well.

MTK - Of course, I have no way to KNOW what happened, but the only time I've ever run into that situation - where a shipping receipt was obviously generated (or you wouldn't have a tracking number), but the package wasn't picked up...the explanation turned out to be that the pharmacy had generated the tracking number in the process of filling my order, but that it was late in the day, and they just didn't quite have enough time to get the medicine in the bottle before UPS showed up - my order went out the following day.
Like I said, I don't know that that's what happened, but it's one possible explanation. The OTHER possible explanation - and I've seen this happen LOTS of times - is that DHL did pick up your package, but their system just hasn't updated any information. I've had tracking info from the shipping company still saying nothing but "shipping manifest received" sometimes even the next day, AFTER their driver had already delivered the package to me. If that's the case, then despite what the tracking info says, you'll still get your order today - I hope so.

Let me first say, thanks again for the people who are waiting. It seems there is need for some explanation. You are all incredibly smart people who know how this works. It is an 80/20 split for posters. We have 20% percent of the population who will post negative feedback no matter what the reason and 80% who get their meds and do not post anything because they do not want their name out there, for obvious reasons.
Please be patient and understand that for every person you see that gets their meds there are at least four other people who have received their meds, and for personal reasons do not want to post their opinions and experiences to us. I can assure you that we are in a stance now that is more productive due to our recent acquisitions and will be catching on all backlog this week. You may, due to recent activity be asking yourself how can I believe this? It is because, I will be physically in the pharmacy making sure all customers are getting the respect and attention they need. We will continue to be a leader in this industry and will provide a service that others cannot.
It is very simple folks, we could have taken on new patients to help our income increase because we have been without monies for the past month, but this would not have been fair to our current patients. We will never sacrifice our integrity to gain money for the sake of greed. Remember, we are here for the patients who are in need and we will be here for the patient in need. To our current customers, please use some discretion in openly talking about our pharmacy. It only makes sense that we keep this to a minimum. We are not trying to hide anything from the powers that be. What we are trying to do is eliminate the people who have nothing to do other than be dirt bags and post BS about good clean services that actually follow the law and help the CPP. We wish the best to all and will be doing fills on Monday morning.
If you have any questions please remember our service is much different than most. We actually answer phones and return calls so the following numbers are in effect---

First I want to say I am glad you got your Meds.Good for you.  I just saw that you did.
OK, This is to "Kino" out there.
Well Kino, I was thinking you could maybe speak with me and tell me why this upsets you so.
You call me a Shill for 1 Stop, TSHP and 1stp. ( you will also find me on other OCS threads. Why does in matter what I post? It really does not bother me, so no worries really. I have gotten some people (having trouble with their OCS help getting their Meds. But I do not post at all. There is no need to post that.
As far as "switched my allegiance" No never! I only have one Favorite .

OK, I ordered my refill on 5/15/07 and then found out about the troubles on 5/18/07 by reading this forum. I found an alternative for pain meds until this week when I was getting frantic. Then I got a "the call" from Alex yesterday saying they were filling mine TODAY (Tuesday, June 12, 2007) and I would receive them TOMORROW (Wednesday, June 13, 2007) and I should go get my COD money order. In the meantime, my mom was told to expect her order from a different company around 2:30 p.m. today, so we were waiting to go out and get my money order. Next thing I know, DHL is knocking on my door and I don't have my money order yet! I was frantic and this kind, sweet soul said, "Well how much is a money order and where can I purchase one?" YES, he actually took the cash from me for the money order amount and I gave him $2 to purchase a money order. I know they don't cost that much--I told him to buy himself a drink with the rest or something. I hope it's OK that I'm telling this--I don't want him to get in trouble, but it was the nicest thing that's happened to me in a LONG time!
That's not the funniest part though--I just checked my emails and found the one from 1stop saying that if I was called by Alex and told that my shipment was going out on Tuesday (today) for Wednesday (tomorrow) delivery, then I would NOT be getting it because they ran out of meds or some kind of "hiccup". I didn't read the email real good, I was too busy being happy that I have my meds, and that email didn't apply to me.
I am SO sorry to anyone who thought they were getting theirs today or tomorrow or ANYTIME soon.
Maybe my feedback will give some of you hope. Keep your eyes out for that yellow truck, and if you are a COD customer--go get your money order!

I ordered my refill 5/16, got the call from Alex 5/11 (yesterday) Told that my order would ship today 5/12, and arrive 5/13 (tomorrow) . . . so my story is the same as yours! Did you ever receive a tracking number?
When i saw the post today about more delays on any of today's shipments i was very discouraged, but then you gave me hope! Problem is, if by some miracle (like yours) the Big Yellow Truck shows up today . . i do not have a money order yet, and i dont want to leave the house in case i miss it. Ohhhh the saga continues!!
