Any experiences with these folks yet? Dont know if I'll get an answer or not but I hope you have your own exclusive pharmacy not located in Flordia? Also, perhaps even for a bonus, a back-up pharmacy? IF, you dont have one of those I believe you are not going to be around for long.

???? The telephone numbers/fax numbers, etc. listed at the top have too many numbers in them; also ECT - is that a new time zone in the USA?? Hmm . . .

Also, when you go to their website and look at Registration, it lists Step 1, Step 3, Step 4. Yippee - no Step 2. Hmm . . .

If this is indicative of how they handle their clientele, hmm . . .

Does anyone else think this place looks like FOX Family when they first started? Their website looks really familiar and so do the prices. Also, the phone number is just the same except for one number being off. Is Fox expanding........ Didn't they just take over Sunshine something or other..?

UPDATE
I called to inquire and got someone. She stated that they had not started the consults yet.
She said they were waiting to get confirmations from the pharmacies- I guess to ensure they can fulfill scripts.

I believe they had glitches with the pharmacy- I am hoping they open today.
The pharm they are using in NC- I have never heard of it so I guess that is a good thing- maybe other OCS aren't using the same pharmacy.

Are there going to be any delays like what we are reading with ALMOST all the other OCS's??? I can understand a couple days delay, but Iam talking about a week or two of delay?? Can you please comment on this?? THANKS!!

Ive talked to the CS rep here many times- she assured me there were no backups. They are using a pharmacy I never heard of so I am in hopes no other OCS are using them.

This all sounds really good, but I've noticed that nobody has reported that they've actually received a consult or that they have received medication. Are there no delays because there are no shipments going out or have you been consulting and shipping - just nobody from this board?
I don't mean to sound antagonistic at all, just curious.
I think everyone is rooting for you!

Well, Freedom4allu, I called yesterday (Friday, May 25)at 2:00 pm. Spoke to Victoria who was very polite. I asked if there was a possibility for a consult because I knew it was pretty late in the day. A doctor called me not even three hours later after receiving my faxed info and I had my medication delivered this morning at 11:00. All in all a very pleasant experience! I really hope they keep up this level of service, because if they do they'll have a lot of return customers.

Gotta say that this new place is great at answering phone calls...playing telephone tag with me just to get my consult. Finally the PA reached me Friday later afternoon and my meds went out right after that on Friday. I have OverNight delivery but the delivery company does not deliver in my area on Saturday. My meds are in transit to be delivered Tuesday (since Monday-today-is a holiday).

I'm very impressed with how quick consult to meds shipped out. Plus GREAT prices!!! Consult price is discounted until June 1 plus DB's VIP code for another $50 off...CAN'T BE BEAT!!!

I will use them again.
