I haven't used this place, but researched them for a friend, as we live in TN and it is a harder place to get reliable service. I will say that they require strict records, but from what I was told, the whole process is very friendly and courteous, as well as timely. I am sorry I can't tell you more, but I am posting her feedback to me.

I am in the process of using their services now. I had my consultation with the PA on Tuesday, but so far thats been it.I will post with my results.I know their staff is very friendly.Their paper work isn't really strict you just have to have proof and really need their services. It just worries me that I haven't got a tracking number or anything yet.

These guys know what there doing. I was incredibly pleased with customer service. You allways got a very fast reply to emails and they allways answered the phone. The PA's actually care and ask questions about my problem. We found the best course of action and they sent me the script to be filled at my pharmacy. This is what makes it affordable. The consult is a little on the high side but I save 80 per refill. Absolutly amazing service.

Hi guys..my husband used this service and is VERY pleases. I did the math and if you break it down you save approx, 380.00. myeasyconsult charges 160 plus the meds at local pharm which is about 30 plus 2 refills which is 250 (including initial fill).
My experience has been as follows..consult 120,meds and shipping (130meds)(40shipping) which is 290..two refills and shippping 340. If you add the 340 and 290 we are spending about 630. Doing it with script at local pharm we save 380 dollars...Please understand I am a pain suffer as most of you are and am just trying to help... You guys have always been good to me and helped me out in the past so I thought Id just let you know these guys can save us a bunch of money. I spent a long time on the phone with Michele asking lots of questions and she was very patient with me and very kind and informative always answering the phone. My husaband works for UPS and its hard for him to just randomly pull over for a consult. They really went out of their way and worked with him on this. With all the OCS closing and having problems this is the start of something Great.. They are awsome and Mechele is a Sweetheart.

I second that. I'm waiting for my script which I should receive tomorrow. This is my first time using this type service, just cancelled with my previous OP after waiting a month for my last fill. I had my consult on Tuesday and I should receive a tracking number today. Only because of the holiday has it taken this long, I think without the holiday I'd have script in hand. Michelle is awesome, makes you feel like she's one of your friends. The PA was great too, actually cared about your health. The best part is after receiving script, don't have to worry for 3 months about paying, tracking, waiting. I'm soooo looking forward to just running to wally world each month. Thank god for MEC!!

Does anyone know when you usually receive your tracking number with these guys (is it in the evening)? I haven't gotten mine yet and I'm getting nervous since if it doesn't go out today I'm stuck waiting until next week. I've sent a few emails and PM'd Bruce but haven't heard back yet.

Hi Lori,

Sorry I didn't answer earlier. I know Michele has called you.

But for others who are wondering, we normally send out tracking numbers in the early evening hours.

Have a Great Evening.

After waiting a month for my final refill from my former OP, I decided to try My Easy Consults. What a wonderful change for the better! From the time I first spoke to Michele until I had my prescription in hand was four days. I love this type of OP, filling at my local pharmacy means no waiting, no having to be there to sign for a package, no stress at all. I had no trouble having the Rx filled, and didn't have to worry about pill count or the freshness of the meds.

They are rather strict on records, so be sure you send in what is requested. After that, its smooth sailing. The PA I spoke to was very pleasant and respectful, and I truly can't say enough good things about Michele. She genuinely cares about her customers, answers the phone with a smile in her voice, and promptly answers her e-mail. I called several times during the process, and she never made me feel like I was bothering her.

I give this OP 5 shining Stars, and would heartily recommend MEC to anyone looking to make their life a lot less stressful where meds are concerned. I only hope that as they grow that they are able to maintain this stellar level of customer service! Way to go Michele!

Wow. Thats all I can say. I've been battling with OCS's for over a year, dealing with late refills, botched consults, LE shutdowns, etc, etc.

I signed up 2 days ago, the script arrived this morning, and filled at my local pharmacy for free (with my insurance card).

Amazing experience, CS is so friendly and polite. The key to using this service is "Following the directions". If you follow their step be step instructions to the letter and everything is in order, it'll truly be the best experience you've ever had. I have 2 refills, and the best part, I just have to go to my local pharmacy. No waiting around, hoping, and calling CS, and all the other stuff the rest of us are used to. I am truly amazed how perfect this has worked out, now, I'm not in pain, and I am actually working for the first time in weeks. It feels so good to be back to normal again. These folks truly have the patient in mind, and care about you. By far the greatest telemedicine experience I've had to date.

Again, follow the instructions to the tee, make sure you include everything they ask for, and you will not have an issue. They do everything by the book, and will definitely be around for a long long time, I have no doubts about it. 5 Stars all the way.

Does anyone know if you can use one of those mail order Canadian pharmacys, where you mail them your script, and they mail you your meds for cheap?

They are great. Michele was very helpful. Faxed my records on 8/28 (they tried to get me in on that day for the consult, but I was having trouble with my fax, so I had to fax them from a UPS store), so I had my consultation on 8/29. Was informed on 8/30 that the script was approved by the doctor and that they would receive it and fedex it to me on 8/31. I asked for Saturday delivery because of the long weekend, which they did, and I received the script Saturday morning 9/1 (even had a hand written thank you from Bruce & Michele). Took it to Sam's Club and had it filled with no problems in about 15 minutes. Michele did inform me that if the pharmacy needed to call the doctor, that he would not be available until Tuesday due to the holiday weekend, but the pharmacy had no problems at all. As far as the notarized form, I just took it to my bank and they had no problems with notarizing it. Once the script arrived, I gave the FedEx guy the money order and the original PCP notarized form & a better copy of my ID in a separate envelope. I give them 5 Stars!

How are MEC and LadyRX connected, I've seen a reply somewhere denying the connection, but holy cow just check out the "our process" pages on either site. The only difference was an explanation of why turnaround should take 5 -10 days on LadyRX, but they may have changed that now too on thier site. I mean even the text color, background color, almost exactly plagerized. I think they have have the same backer maybe, just different site owners? That would be the easiest explanation, but why deny the connection, it is pretty obvious - unless you just admit to the plagerization of LadyRx or whatever. The connection shouldn't really mean anything, but the denial seems wierd to me....makes me question.

Does it seem odd to anyone else, three reviews from three "strangers/newbies" almost identically written "perfect commercials" and both by long term OP users ...then why are the accounts new, obviously you have had to been on DB before, right? Just wondering, seemed wierd how they mentioned how long they would be around for and how all the right things will keep them there. Seems fishy, hey can we get somw updates or something from you all to make sure it is all legit.

It is beyond odd, it's blatantly obvious they were all written by the same person, probably the owner of the company.

I can think of at least a dozen very real reasons why using this company will most likely result in loss of refills and possibly criminal prosecution. Most people are intelligent enough to realize that and don't use them so they probably have to resort to these kinds of tactics to try and drum up business.

Funny you asked. I PM'd these folks individually a couple of weeks back, and they back their claims. They are happy and make the recommendation to use the service.

I have started a couple of threads on Direct Scripts, and participated in a couple from some longtimers and I will tell you this:

1. the longtimers do not like the direct script route. Check the threads, and you will know what I am talking about: flash in the pan, the DEA will shut them down, you will pay 120.00 for a worthless piece of paper... this is what they say. Read it yourself.

2. the longtimers say the pharms won't accept out of state scripts. Wrong. They all accept them, at least the one's I called do. The MEC customers I polled said they got the scripts filled at local pharms, rite aids, walgreens, the whole banana! Plus you have the refills at your neighborhood pharm. Ever heard on these pages of anyone losing refills? Yeah, like very freeking day! Ever lost a refill at Rite Aid? Me? Never!

3. That being said, perhaps the newbies are the only ones who are willing to try it.

Just my thoughts. I have not used the DS route, but am STRONGLY considering it.The ROP world is a mess right now, and this is an attractive alternative, mostly because the pharms are having the issues not the OCS's. Take the pharm out of the equation, everything looks a lot better.

There's no need to really take anyone's word for it. Call your local pharmacy and tell them you plan on bringing in an out of state script every month for narcotics and ask them if that is okay with them. Be sure to mention that the state and doctor issuing the script may change from time to time and ask them how much of this information will be entered into their database.

We are all intelligent adults here capable of making up our own minds.

Thanks Toolboy. Just so you know, I have nothing against this company; the more sources we have the better. I just wish they did a better job of setting up their procedures. For instance, if they had a doctor in every state they could do a face to face or maybe even a webcam consult and be 100% legal. It would cost more but I think most of us would be willing to pay a higher consult fee to be assured of staying within the law and receiving all of our refills without incident.

The issue would be cost effectiveness and delivery of doctor services. I mean if you are willing to get the face to face anyway, by a doctor practicing in your state, odds are you would not being using an OP or DSing site at all ...and furthermore the cost for them to set up that sort of network would cause our costs to exceed a patient just going to into their local clinic or DR.s office, right? I mean that makes sense. Oh, and I PMed to get a response about those newbie remarks....ummm no reply.

I have to admit , after waiting nearly 3 weeks on "back logged " pharmacies, this seems like a good and viavle alternative. I just had a couple quick questions for anyone who has used the service before:

1.) Has anyone had an issue with an out of state Rx.
2.) Does the Dr. write small RX i.e. 30 pills or is this more realistic that that ?
3.) Do the Rx's come with refills and how many

Thank you for the help.
Bruce it looks like you have a great start going, thank you.
