Hey everyone, this is my first time using an OCS and was very skeptical due to all of the things I have been reading on DB. Why, with all of the problems and all of the issues with people having a hard time getting consults and refills and the like. It was hard to choose just which OCS to go with. After alot of thought and asking many questions through e-mails and the like, I decided to try Proservenow.
Well, I got to say, I e-mailed them last night around 8 or 9 pm not expecting an answer till Today, but not only did I get answers, I already have had my consult, and my request is on its way to the pharmacy!! They do ship to Tennessee, and the doctor is very very nice, and very understanding! The response time to my e-mails was less than 1hour, and every single question I asked was answered in a positive way. From what I had understood, it was supposedly hard to find a good OCS, but I goota say, I feel lucky to have proserve there for me!
Its only been 15 hours since I made first conact with them, and as I said , they already have my prescription at the pharmacy. And you know what, they actually told me that it might be a day or two before they can ship, but at least the honesty from them assures me that I wont be wondering why if I dont have a tracking number by this evening. To me , honesty goes a long way, and if this OCS is going to be honest like this, and tell me it might take a day or two, and NOT make broken promises
by saying it will ship tonight, I can easilty live with that!!
They said it may be monday before they can ship, but I can accept that because they arent giving to me false hope of getting them tommorrow. I KNOW what to expect, and thats alot more than whatalot of other people are experiencing from what I have read, Believe me, it would be VERY nice to get meds Tommorrow, but at leasat I know whats going on.!!
I will keep everyone posted as to how shipping goes, and if I can recieve thm any earlier, it would just be awesome. And if not, so what, they told me the truth about being a little behind. To me the truth is very important, and I give proserve "5" Stars just for being honest, and 5 MORE Stars for being extremely polite, understanding, and on the ball,....So far....so Good!!

Well, as you know, its hard to find a OCS that will ship to Tennessee, and proserve met that need! Second, I felt that if there was no feedback, then my assumption was that not alot of people are using this OCS, so I might be able to get a faster response from them! Third, I needed one that could do C.O.D. and lasty, honesty.
Well, they responed to my questions within an hour, so that was a great sign, and to be able to ship to me, I was half convinced. Then in their reply they were extremely polite and very courtious to me, and told me if I needed any assistance at all they would guide me as I am new at this. Then they were honest and told me that they probably coulnt ship till saturday or monday and gave me an option to go with them or go somewhere else. I chose to go with them due to their sincerity.
NOW heres the awesome part! ! They called the pharmacy and told them about my situation, and asked them to expidite if possible, and now.................I am tracking my package as it is on its way to Louisville Kentuck in route to me NOW!!!!! Now thats what I call a superior OCS!!!
This is why I chose proserve !!! And it was a very very good decision!!!!!
NO KIDDING!!!!!
I will update when I recieve my package, let you know quality and if the count is good!! Stand by...........

O.K. everyone.............It is Saturday morning, and I have my meds, and the count is fine, and the meds are fresh and working very well!! No pain for me TODAY!!!
I recieved 90 count watson 10/500. Ups, as usual, was late on delivery, but this had nothing to do with proserve. From what I have read in the board, I consider myself very very lucky to have made the choice I did with proserve. I guess my reading and research payed off for me. I had a feeling with no feedback here, that they werent doing a whole lot of business, the thing is I cannot understand why???
As prompt and polite as these guys are, to step the extra mile to expidite for me, and to follow up with me to insure that I did get my meds, what could anyone ask for more than that??
Not only did these guys live up to what I was expecting, they far exceed what they told me they would do. I was expecting a monday delivery, but here it is saturday morning, and looking forward to a pain free and great weekend.
THANKS PROSERVE...........................NO #1 4 ME!!!
I HIGHLY reccomend proserve for those looking for lightening fast service!! O, yea, the pricing is average, but with service like this,that is just fine with me, as long as I know where I stand , and I do, then pricing is not really an issue. Sure beats being left out in the cold hanging with no answers and no refills!!
former NWW customers NEED to try proserve.trust me,you will see, these guys are ready to serve!!!

Yello everyone,
I have a couple of friends that were recoomened to proserve, and I have two different stories here. On the good note, proserve I have to say, is tatally on the ball as far as replying to e-mails, consults and getting meds out,,, to be honest they cannot be beat!!!! If you e-mail them, they get back to you within 20 minutes....EVERYTIME. Even in the evening hours>>> 5 Stars for proserve there. As far as speedy.......5 Stars there too!! Customer Service is also a 5 star rating!! Hey they deserve the Stars and work hard for them, so as far as all this goes...they at this time are TOPS!!!
However, on the down side, their doctor is not too compassionate. A friend of mine was recieving a 90 count from another OCS when he switched to proserve, and proserves doctor dropped him down to a 60 count, even though this friend had excellent records showing a cyst on his kidney, and a tumor in his bladder with bloody urine and very severe pain. He told me he sent in 5 documents with the condition plainly stated, and it showing these conditions chronic, but still the doctor dropped his dosage. He wanted to cancel, but it was too late. Now he is stuck with only recieving 60 tablets, 2 a day, for very severe pain. Obviously he will be suffering alot these next couple of months due to proserves doctor,I wish proserve would get this doctor to at least give him what he was originally getting. He is a good friend, and its painful for me to watch him when he suffers with the bleeding and the tumor.
Sooooo, yes, proserve is fast, and reliable, but the doctor is not very compassionate, and if your getting 90 tablets and come down with an even more serious condition, this doctor may just cut you back. So, beware of the doctor here. Proserve themselves are great, they just need a more understanding doctor! Hey proserve, this fella is suffering really bad, and you might want to look again at his records and see if that doctor of yours can at least give him back his 90 count. He in bad shape, and 60 pills aint cutting it for him. He just strated with you, and his miserable. Ya'll ought to help him out by talking with that doc of yours!

Once Again hats off to Proserve!!!!!!!
This company is tops in the OCS business!! Listen to this,,, Was getting a 60 count on my dosage, and ened up having further suregery. Well, the 60 count was not enough to keep me comforatable during the day. I wrote to Proserve and explained the situation. They got with their Doctor, and explained that I was in alot of pain, and that it would really be benificial to me(the patient) to have an extra dose during the day to help me be more comfortable. Now they explained to me that this was out of the ordinary, but since I was a client, and they wanted to make sure that their clients had the best care possible, they asked the doctor, without a re-consult to raise my dosage. And without further delay, the doctor approved me for an extra dose during the daytime. No extra fee, no re- consult, no issues. Just pure compassion for their patients, and absolute understanding.
I have yet to read anywhere in the board of such excellence in taking care of the client, if a person wants high professionalism, and the utmost care and compassion, well, there is no better OCS for this than PROSERVE!! Look, I have no pcp, and I depend on proserve to make me a better quality of life, and with this kind of service, I highly doubt I will EVER use any other OCS than Proserve. Thay rock the board, and without a doubt...sit at the 10 star level with me. People, dont waste your time with other OCS's, this is where you need to be, and not only all of this, they serve Tennessee too!!! People, get your act together and use Proserve. TOPS in the business!!

Dear People,
I must say, Larry gets my vote for the most understanding and caring Customer Service rep I have evr dealt with!! I had an issue with my e-mail and was due a refill. I sent several e-mails to Proserve, and waent getting any response. I started to get a little upset, and felt I was being given the cold shoulder by proserve. Well, I get a call in the evening, and lo and behold Larry is on the other end of the phone. Larry took the time to explain to me that he was recieving my e-mails and responded to every one of them. Unfortunatly, I was not recieving his replies. Well, I thought proserve was ignoring me. But Larry took time out of his very busy work schedule to call me in person and tell me that I was having e-mail issues on my end, and explained that he was confused as to why I was getting irate. I told him about me not getting his replies, and was absolutly great about it. Well, I couldnt apologize to him anymore than I did, and he was really super nice to me, even after I sent some pretty angry e-mails. Well, he took the time to work with me and set up a new address so we could communicate properly via e-mail, and spent alot of his valuable time just with me!!!!!
I cannot be more impressed by Larry and proserve, I goota tell everyone, Proserve kicks a** and sits far on top of the rest in Customer Service. NEVER have I had such awesome understanding, by all rights, larry had every reason to tell me hit the road, but instead he took the time to find out what the issue was, and he resolved it even in the face of an upset client. Well, upset no more, I am completly and totally dedicated to proserve, and I will stay on this ship because Larry, the captian, looks out for his people!!!~
Larry IS THE BEST!!!!!

Hello all,
Just want to post about the great experience I had with this OCS. I have not required meds for a few months now, but when the need arised I found out my past OCS was shut down. I picked pro-serve because it seemed they had positive reviews and good customer service. I was not let down.
I filled out the application and sent in records on 04/12 in the am. By noon, I had a confirmation by email and phone call that everything was received. By 1pm, I had my consult and had a script sent to the pharmacy. I had a COD amount emailed to me. I was hoping to receive the meds the next day 4/13, as my experience with other OCS have usually been the day after a script was approved shipment arrived. I did not receive the meds until 4/18. However, it clearly stated on the confirmation email that meds are usually sent 1-2 business days after script is received. So, this was really just 3 business days. I did receive a tracking number on the 17th once script was shipped. Customer service was great, returned my emails very quickly. I could not be more pleased with this experience and would highly recommend them.
