Thanksgiving - Office Closed

Friday after Thanksgiving - Our office and Pharmacy will be opened for refills. Our Doctors will be out of the office until Monday.

Really people you must,simply must give this service a call if you are looking for a caring, reachable and just plain nice customer service that I hope will be around for a long time. They really came through for me when I reslly needed it. Great consult price. I gotta tell you I got consult and meds for a littlle less than $200. I was paying almost that just for my refills from that other place.
All the staff at 1stclasscare U ARE AWESOME!!!I cant thank you enough.

1st Class Care would like for our members to know that we will close on Friday 22 at Noon. If you are due for a refill please make sure you Notify us before that time.

Greetings!!!!

Everyday I see records come in that are not enough to consult a member on. My heart always drops when I have to call a member about their records not being sufficient enough.

Records have become a very important part of our business and with alot of Doctors using computer generated records, sometimes those records don't document what we need.

Then before you know it, your records are out of date again and its time to make an appointment to have them updated. I realize that at this time the cost of having records updated and paying another consult fee can hit the pocket book hard or wallet.

I have asked that when your records have become outdated and you are due for your re consult that you make that appointment go get your records and we will re consult you for free to help out with your cost.

Then you will have another year before you have to worry about your records again.

You can never have enough records even previous records should always be included previous records state that the condition is chronic.

Just to shed a little lite on the subject and to let our members know that I am always thinking of ways that we can help you with some of the cost.

Just want to keep you updated. We will only have one Doctor on Thursday and her hours will be from 1PM to 4PM so if you need a CONSULT please have your records in by late today or before 12PM tomorrow.

On Friday we will only work till noon and will not be CONSULTING new members, so if you are due for a refill please contact us before 12PM on Friday.

We send out reminders on all refills so you will know if you are due or not.

Good Morning

I just want to say that I offended two customers yesterday, I guess Thursdays are not my day. I do want to apologize to the both of you and to let you know that I am sorry that you do not realize our position here.

We are reps not Physicians nor Doctors and we are not the prescribing party that is the Doctors decision. If the Doctor will not accept your records than it is our job to ask questions to try and help you come up with the records that he/she needs.

I had a patient yesterday that had records that I had never seen before and there where statements in those records that I had never seen before. I sent them over to our Doctor and he said no. I asked the patient questions and came in this morning and had this not so nice email.

Please understand that what we do is not always easy and in the last year is has become harder. We have to have Rules and guidelines to protect out Pharmacies, Doctors and customers that we service and it must start with us as reps.

I want to continue to help our customers that need us and in order to continue that we have to abide by the Rules and regulations that we feel are necessary to stay in business.

Again! I am sorry and I can not help to feel saddened.I care about all my customers and work hard in order to service them but I will not break any Rules in order to keep someone from slamming me on the boards.

Please understand if a site will not accept your records that doesnt mean that we are terrible people

Are there any states that you do not ship to? I travel a lot and I need to make sure I can get my medication when I am travelling to see my grown children and grandchildren. Also:
Is there any way you could send me a list of medications that you have and the price? I am new and need to find an OP. Can you tell me what pharmacy you use as well in a pm or email? Thank you.

Just wanted to let you all know that our server is working again.

Our Doctor that consults for Tennessee has had an emergency and she will be back on Monday.

We have been very busy this week and I just want to say Thank you to all our customers for posting feed back on your experiences that you have shared with us.

We are still working on the web site so that you can access your information, it has been a slow process but we hope to have it finished soon.

Records-if you are due for another consult and your records are being close to being out-dated please make sure that you schedule an appointment to up-date your records. You will be given a free consult when this time comes to help you with the cost.

I have been through the ringer with online pharmacies but 1st Class Care is the exception. My medications were not due to be delivered until afternoon, well..if 12:03 isn't (soon afternoon) I just don't believe how fast this package was delivered. I know UPS had something to do with the delivery also, but the only thing I could even possibly say about 1st Class Care is that I didn't get a tracking number, but I was well informed of that before I signed on. Quick emails, quick about returning phone calls and very friendly and helpful doctor and staff. If I had to rate on a scale between 1-10 I would rate an 11 on this whole experience so far. I just can't seem to say enough. I am truly grateful that I chose this company from the ones I was considering.
