I was reluctant to post this, since it is second hand, but it is from a real-life friend who I just told about this board. I helped her sort out her records to know what to send in since I'm an old hand at this!
She was using an ROP for ages which went belly-up. I gave her a few suggestions about good ROPS from what I had read here on the boards. Now I feel pretty bad about it.
She has super records, recent - - documenting two chronic pain conditions, with MRI and everything. She had her consult on Wed hoping for meds the next day. I know that is a lot to expect these days.
That isn't even the problem.
She was only prescribed 60 pills for the month when previously she had gotten 120. She was told quote "I can only give you 60 pills for a month, 2 per day".
She doesn't know who the pharmacy is yet, only where to make the money order out to. (It is three initials).
I also read here from another poster about the #60 quantity. That is pretty low compared to most ROPs. Plus, she didn't use any discount so the consult was still $120.
The communication was good and everything, but she has no meds yet and is only getting 60.
She really can't afford to switch now until the two refills are up.
If 60 is enough for you, go for it. Otherwise, I don't know......

It's crazy that such things happen i don't know about the Otngroup,but as you asked if there was a ROP... is upto you but you could try yourpainsolution.com--they appear to be fairly quick.
This is my experience...

When using your fax, you should pick up the phone or press the on-hook button and then dial the number. Then you can press 2. When you hear the fax tone, press start on your fax machine.
That is kind of a pain, they should have a direct fax #.
Other than that, these guys are honest and fairly quick.
