I very rarely erver post here, but something that David did prompted me to do so. I have read on the other thread that one of the members had something bad to say about their customer service, i have spoke to David several times on the phone (never Sandy though, luck of the draw I guess?) and he has been very professional, very helpful, and genually a nice guy. And if it is the Sandy I'm thinking of she is just as nice. The few problems that they have been experiencing is beyond their control, the problem lies with the pharmacy, I'm sure that the pharm. tries to do as good of a job as possible, but like anyone else sometimes thigs go wrong. CS at Consults4Less is top notch, and they WILL go out of their way to help you, I would highly recomend them. Recently the pharmacy which tey use changed their refill policy from 25 to 27 days, I was planning on going out of town, and needed my medication refilled. I placed the refill order and everything seemed fine, but within 1 hour David emailed me to inform me of the pharmacy's refill policy change, he was really on top of things, they could have waited untill the next day to send me that email, but didn't and i would have expected my meds the following day. But by David emailig me I was able to change my plans to allow me to be home to recieve my shipment. Though it wasn't David's fault nor did he have any control over the situation, he offered me a special discount on my next consultation, because I was forced to leave two days later than planned, now that'd [censored] good Cutomer Service!

Highly recomended - a good bunch of people!
My personal Experience:Consults4Less 5 Stars-Pharmacy 3Stars

P.S. Not to be rude or anything like tht but, most CS problems and issues can can be resolved by treating them like you want to be treated. I know ther are some out there who are just a'holes, but there are plenty of us who fit that bill also

These guys are top notch for customer service, which is hard to come by in the industry I have found! Sandy has always responded quickly by email with any questions or concerns I have. They gave me a same day consult several months ago and I received meds the next day. The Norcos I first received were white, from Mall. and just seemed to give me a headache so I requested Watson on my next order, which arrived right on time the next month.

Now my delimma.... I had a reconsult a few weeks ago and all went fine. They are now using a new, additional pharmacy (even though they are still using their previous pharmacy too) out of NJ. My Watsons arrived - a day late but that was due to Fed Ex and a snowstorm in the NE, but 30 pills short which greatly concerned me - as prooving it seems be a hassel. Sandy responded to my complaint but said I had to take it up with the pharmacy. The pharmacy doesn't seem too concerned with their error and said it would take a few days to reconcile the short, but that I would soon receive the remainder of my order in a few days. Well its been about 11 days now with no reconcile and I am getting the run around with no return calls from the pharmacy. They ask who's calling? First to screen me out. I believe they are trying to sweep it under the rug and try to get rid of me. I explained to Sandy that I was a good customer of hers and I needed her help to fix the problem. She seems like she wants to try but acts as if her hands are tied. I pleaded with her to please keep the pressure on and remedy this quickly. Maybe the new pharmacy doesn't want our business?? So, again these guys ARE good people, but their new pharmacy bites. It you get the option to choose between their 2 pharmacies, stick with their old faithful. Consults4less website is a little primative and you can't track your orders and refill times with them, but their speedy email response makes up for that.

UPDATE:

I called the pharm again and they were very brief with me. They said that the remainder of meds would be shipped out Friday (yesterday). They even emailed me a tracking number for Monday arrival. Looks like the package has already made it to my city today (Saturday). Relieved!! It was 11 days of wondering if it was going to be remedied. I wonder if I was not so persistant though, if it would have been rectified.

None the less, I'll update Monday on the end results.

Is this the OCS that is not in Florida and has a pharmacy also not in Florida, just asking because I have seen posts about one that sounds like this name that is not in Florida and neither is their pharmacy, thanks for any answers in advance.

Their pharmacy is in NJ. Update, the remainder of meds arrived today. I am very pleased that the pharmacy remedied the problem, after almost 2 weeks. I was concerned that it would be too difficult to prove their mistake. I believe Sandy from C4Less was of help.

How long is customary from day of consult to when you could expect a tracking number??? I'm on day two with no info and am used to having it very next day, or even that day, with previous service. They also have a different pharmacy. Anybody got any experience they can share??? thanks.

HI,
I am unable to get into the VIP side, maybe because so many others are trying to, also.
Briefly, (I was part of another site, but they seemd to have closed down and I've seen good refs to C4L,) so I faxed my med records on 2/23, got an email from Sandy on Sun. 2/25 (!) night saying my records had been approved by the doctor and a consult scheduled for Mon. 2/26. I had a consult, dr. approved my request for 10/325 and said I would have 2 refills. Sandy emailed info that I would get tracking # as soon as pharmacy was ready to send, which would probably be next day 2/27. Well, nothing. Except a little while ago I opened my emails and saw 2: one with a tracking number, YIPPEE, then a 2nd one, saying shipper had cancelled! My heart almost stopped. I have no idea how to contact the shipper (a name and company is listed). I just emailed David/Sandy to ask if they knew why this happened.
I have been happy with CS (David and Sandy) as they respond to my emails and seem to care.
The main point of anxiety seems to be the lack of being able to know the ID of the pharmacy and the status of one's order, although at one point I asked David if there was a problem with my Rx and he said that the pharmacy was backed up, due to so many people changing pharmacies, which certainly makes sense.
So, I don't know what to do next except wait? Any ideas?
My fingers have been crossed for so long I don't think they will come apart. LOL

I'm in the same boat. I've heard good things about them and decided ti give them a try. While they do respond to email, the web site is so basic it doesnt give one a good feeling. I hope they get they're act together and meds start shipping.

Did you go with C4L's old pharmacy or its new one? If you went with their old one, then there will likely be delays from what I've heard from others. I know which pharmacy C4L uses and this is the same pharmacy that services many many OCS, so expect 2 to 4 day delays if using the old C4L Pharmacy.

I had a great experience with these guys. I ordered my consult on a Saturday 2/17. They e-mailed me the next day(Sunday) saying they needed my medical records and then they could schedule a consult. I faxed in my records early Monday morning, had a consultation by 11:00am that same day, and had my meds the next day by 11:00am!!!

Even though the website doesnt allow me to login and check my order and such, they have always answered my e-mails very quickly. Within a few hours on average. I would definitely use them again.

The only gripe is that the DR wouldnt prescribe my usual 120, even though my records clearly state that I usually take 3-4 daily of my meds. Otherwise, everything was top notch!

THANK YOU CONSULTS4LESS!

I think the problem is that their system just isn't automated. I think Sandy gets a fax from the pharmacy with all of her customers' tracking numbers in the morning. Then she sends out emails, one by one and manually enters the tracking numbers by hand. So, you might get a tracking number the morning that your package is due to arrive. Which is a little late and beside the point. Especially since many of us make special arrangements to be home to sign for delivery. It would be nice to know the day prior if your shipment really does have a seat on the FedEx plane, right? I believe once they are more established they can sink some money into their website. Hopefully they'll see these posts and our concerns.

Well, I've heard nothing but great things about this place. Did you go through their old pharmacy - Duanes or the new one (I will not disclose the name). If you went through Duanes, then expect delays because Duanes has too many scripts to fill...if you went through the new pharmacy, then there should be no delay whatsoever...follow up with C4L and talk with Sandy...she is very helpful. By the way, Sandy bends over backwards to help patients...she really cares and she is an absolute sweetheart. Sorry...I don't mean to get on your case, but C4L has always been top notch as far as I am concerned and I want other DB board member to know that.

Ok. If that is true, then that's news to me and I am surprised by the news. I have always been happy with C4L and never had a problem, but in light of your statement I am going to follow up with C4L and find out why the new pharmacy is also running a little behind. Thank you for the clarification.

Just to follow up - if the new pharmacy is also now running behind as well, then it must mean that a lot of people have made a mad dash to the various remaining place left that fill, so maybe they are getting ton of new patients and that is why there are delays. Regardless, I know that doesn't make you feel any better when you are waiting for your script and it is two days past due.

I got medicine today and it all has worked. Different place than I worked with before, but as earlier mentioned, they have always answered emails promptly for me. I was not used to different system and timetable. They do so without getting upset when I didn't understand something. I am blessed when I can function and do physical work without extreme pain and discomfort.

I didn't run into a choice of pharmacies, but as I posted earlier, got medicine today and it all worked out. They did what they said they'd do.

Sorry to all DB members for not responding to your concerns and post sooner. This is the first time in over a week that I have been able to log onto DB site. Don't know why, but it seems to be working now. I know their sight was up because I kept getting emails that I had Pm's to answer. Only problem was That I could not get on to answer them. We have a new doctor and a new pharmacy to work with. The pharmacy is new to the internet and I think just swamped with so many people hunting for a new service. I know that is no real good answer to the problem, but it is the truth. Tommorrow is a new week. Let's just all try and work thru this. thanks & have a good night.

Just spoke with Sandy on telephone. I will try to be discreet here, due to the recent shutdowns. Am reluctant to schedule a consult until I find out what generic brands the dispensing pharmacies have in stock for a specific medication. For those of you that are smart enough to know what I'm talking about, you would know why I would want to know which generic brands are available. There has been a lot of debate on DB about the potency of generics for this medication.

I hope Sandy comes through, as she said she would let me know within the next hour.

Sandy is incredible, David is overloaded with all the new requests, which is understandable. My consult went well, the PA or Dr. (do not know whom it was) listened to my concerns and very understanding.

Now, it is the wait. Day 2 now. When it will fill and when it will ship. That is the million dollar question. I am trying to wait very patiently, what else can I do? But wait.

Will let all know how it goes. Update - I have a tracking number. Now we wait for tomorrow and see what happens. Sandy and David have been more than patient with me since I also am a "ROP refugee." I have been in pain now for over 9 days. Possibly my pain will be put to ease soon.

NEW UPDATE: Well, I am now pain free due to this company. I would recommend Consults4Less to everyone. They are a top notch company.
