I very rarely erver post here, but something that David did prompted me to do so. I have read on the other thread that one of the members had something bad to say about their customer service, i have spoke to David several times on the phone (never Sandy though, luck of the draw I guess?) and he has been very professional, very helpful, and genually a nice guy. And if it is the Sandy I'm thinking of she is just as nice. The few problems that they have been experiencing is beyond their control, the problem lies with the pharmacy, I'm sure that the pharm. tries to do as good of a job as possible, but like anyone else sometimes thigs go wrong. CS at Consults4Less is top notch, and they WILL go out of their way to help you, I would highly recomend them. Recently the pharmacy which tey use changed their refill policy from 25 to 27 days, I was planning on going out of town, and needed my medication refilled. I placed the refill order and everything seemed fine, but within 1 hour David emailed me to inform me of the pharmacy's refill policy change, he was really on top of things, they could have waited untill the next day to send me that email, but didn't and i would have expected my meds the following day. But by David emailig me I was able to change my plans to allow me to be home to recieve my shipment. Though it wasn't David's fault nor did he have any control over the situation, he offered me a special discount on my next consultation, because I was forced to leave two days later than planned, now that'd [censored] good Cutomer Service!
Highly recomended - a good bunch of people!
My personal Experience:Consults4Less 5 Stars-Pharmacy 3Stars
P.S. Not to be rude or anything like tht but, most CS problems and issues can can be resolved by treating them like you want to be treated. I know ther are some out there who are just a'holes, but there are plenty of us who fit that bill also

These guys are top notch for customer service, which is hard to come by in the industry I have found! Sandy has always responded quickly by email with any questions or concerns I have. They gave me a same day consult several months ago and I received meds the next day. The Norcos I first received were white, from Mall. and just seemed to give me a headache so I requested Watson on my next order, which arrived right on time the next month.
Now my delimma.... I had a reconsult a few weeks ago and all went fine. They are now using a new, additional pharmacy (even though they are still using their previous pharmacy too) out of NJ. My Watsons arrived - a day late but that was due to Fed Ex and a snowstorm in the NE, but 30 pills short which greatly concerned me - as prooving it seems be a hassel. Sandy responded to my complaint but said I had to take it up with the pharmacy. The pharmacy doesn't seem too concerned with their error and said it would take a few days to reconcile the short, but that I would soon receive the remainder of my order in a few days. Well its been about 11 days now with no reconcile and I am getting the run around with no return calls from the pharmacy. They ask who's calling? First to screen me out. I believe they are trying to sweep it under the rug and try to get rid of me. I explained to Sandy that I was a good customer of hers and I needed her help to fix the problem. She seems like she wants to try but acts as if her hands are tied. I pleaded with her to please keep the pressure on and remedy this quickly. Maybe the new pharmacy doesn't want our business?? So, again these guys ARE good people, but their new pharmacy bites. It you get the option to choose between their 2 pharmacies, stick with their old faithful. Consults4less website is a little primative and you can't track your orders and refill times with them, but their speedy email response makes up for that.

HI, I am unable to get into the VIP side, maybe because so many others are trying to, also. Briefly, (I was part of another site, but they seemd to have closed down and I've seen good refs to C4L,) so I faxed my med records on 2/23, got an email from Sandy on Sun. 2/25 (!) night saying my records had been approved by the doctor and a consult scheduled for Mon. 2/26. I had a consult, dr. approved my request for 10/325 and said I would have 2 refills. Sandy emailed info that I would get tracking # as soon as pharmacy was ready to send, which would probably be next day 2/27. Well, nothing. Except a little while ago I opened my emails and saw 2: one with a tracking number, YIPPEE, then a 2nd one, saying shipper had cancelled! My heart almost stopped. I have no idea how to contact the shipper (a name and company is listed). I just emailed David/Sandy to ask if they knew why this happened. I have been happy with CS (David and Sandy) as they respond to my emails and seem to care. The main point of anxiety seems to be the lack of being able to know the ID of the pharmacy and the status of one's order, although at one point I asked David if there was a problem with my Rx and he said that the pharmacy was backed up, due to so many people changing pharmacies, which certainly makes sense. So, I don't know what to do next except wait? Any ideas? My fingers have been crossed for so long I don't think they will come apart. LOL brandy7

brandy7 & hiba:
Did you go with C4L's old pharmacy or its new one? If you went with their old one, then there will likely be delays from what I've heard from others. I know which pharmacy C4L uses and this is the same pharmacy that services many many OCS, so expect 2 to 4 day delays if using the old C4L Pharmacy.

I didn't run into a choice of pharmacies, but as I posted earlier, got medicine today and it all worked out. They did what they said they'd do.
