I found this at http://www.freedomtoread.ca/censorship_in_canada/censor08.asp
____________________________________________ Prohibitions. When a shipment is prohibited entry, you are supposed to receive the rest of Form K 27: Part B, the Notice of Determination, which lists the prohibited goods and the reason for prohibition. You have 90 days from the date on the K27B to appeal, but sometimes you don't receive the K 27 until that period has expired or is almost up, so be prepared to act quickly when you receive it.
Form K 27 gives you three options:
You can have the goods sent back at your expense. This is quite inconvenient, because Canada Post can't handle illegal goods. You can escort the goods personally or, more likely, have a bonded courier go to the border point and pick them up under Customs supervision. The border point may be distant, and Canada Customs doesn't go out of its way to make it easy. You have to fill out Form E15.
You can abandon them to Canada Customs.
You can appeal the ruling, first with a Tariff and Values Administrator (TVA) at the customs office or regional office where the goods were imported. To appeal, you fill out Form B 2 (Request for Review, Redetermination or Reappraisal) and file it with a customs office within 90 days of the date of the determination shown on Form K 27B. Form B 2 asks for the "classification number," which refers to the tariff classification number for the type of goods, not the "control number" on Form K 27 (which refers to the particular shipment). If you don't know the classification number, call your nearest Canada Customs information line and ask. Instructions for filling in Form B 2 are found in an internal directive, Memorandum D11-6-1, available to importers only on request.

Canada cracking down on its OPS will just lead to unemployment. I read that 15% of Saskatchewan's pharmacists are employed by Internet Pharmacies.

No way. Pharmacy is a GROWING business in Canada... just like it is in the US, but % wise, it's even bigger in Canada. You have the largest demographic age group, aging. You have a socialized health care system, so when people do need to go see a doc, they go for free. You actually have meds that are affordable without insurance. And you have Americans coming over to Canada in bus loads just to fullfil their prescriptions.
5 years ago, i doubt there was a single 24 hr pharmacy around me. And certainly all the pharmacies were small, even the national chains like Shopper Drug Marts are small. I'm still in the same area, and there's 4 Shoppers Drug Marts within a 5min drive from me. 2 of them are 24/7. ALL of them are the huge drug stores that carries eventhing from cosmetics to milk and bacon.
And there are other chains as well, with stores such as big. Even actual grocery stores now have pharmacies in them. Unemployment? I doubt it. The only thing wrong with getting into pharmacy is that it's a boring profession..

I have made 75 orders with IOP's since March of 2005. I have had 7 of them intercepted. Five by Canada Customs which were re-sealed and sent to me. It adds about 2 weeks to the delivery. I have had one verified by Health Canada where one of the capsules was in a little bag, the capsule was empty and there was some scribbling on a sticker on the bag, I assumed it was tested. The product was Tramadol and this added 4 weeks to the delivery. The last one I've gotten was a warning telling me how to obtain medicine legally and that what I had ordered was considered illegal but they let me keep the medication and they told me the next time it would be confiscated.
I ordered from the same source one month later and it zipped right through.
The first 6 were from Thailand and the last one from Turkey.
Hope this helps set your mind at ease.

No LL's here. (crossed fingers) Just one government letter for an order of Soma/carisoprodol from mastersmarketing. There is a loophole in the US where they can import a 90day supply of NON controlled meds for personal consumption. MastersMarketing uses this loophole by stating on the outside of the box the exact DEA exception. This exception does not apply in Canada but after sitting in customs for almost 2months they decided to send it on to me anyways.
