Absolutely the best customer service, reliable and friendly. I placed my order on Tuesday 9/20, had a consultation on Wednesday 9/21 and received my medication on Thursday at 9/22. Very good prices too. I highly recommend this service. Also, ask for Halli, she is extremely professional and courteous.

This is a very good OCS, CS is super! Thank YOU HALLI!

Ordered a consult Wednesday, could of had it the same day but couldnt get my records there befor 3:00. Had a consult at 9:30 the next morning. The Dr. is very nice and easy to talk to. Had to pay using pay-pal that day, the pharmacy was makin changes THAT DAY, THURS. with the CC's anyway pay-pal is pretty much the same thing, you just pay pay-pal with CC so that was easy only MY CC had to give ME a hard time, long story so i did the COD and MCS was nice enough to waive the COD cost and gave me priority shipping at the cost of standard. Because of the pharmacy and the CC's. I thought that was really a nice thing to do! The special is pretty good, cost me 223.90 all together thats the Consult, 2 meds and shipping! I have meds in hand at 10:10 the next morning! They use Lexus Drugs by the way.

Sorry People! I had to walk away for awhile but its time to EDIT THIS POST.

WHEN I SAID MY MEDS CAME....WELL MY HUSBANDS CAME AND MINE DIDNT! I CONTACTED CS AND THEY SAID THAT THE PHARMACY DIDNT GET THE PRESCRIPTIOS OUT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE HERE MON MORNING. THATS NOT EXCEPTABLE! I REALIZE THAT IT IS NOT THE OCS FAULT BUT, LEXUS DRUGS IS RESPONSABLE FOR THIS! HALLI TOLD ME THEY ARE IN PROSSES OF GETTING ANOTHER PHARMACY. LUXES IS OVER WHELMED I GUESS! IF I WERE MCS'S I WOULD NOT DO ANOTHER CONSULT FOR ANYBODY TIL THEY GET A NEW PHARMACY!!! AFTER READING THIS POST IM SURE NO-ONE WILL SIGH UP THERE! I KNOW I WOULDNT. WHEN THEY POST THAT THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY THEN, BY ALL MEANS I WOULD GO THERE, BUT NOT UNTIL!

I have seen this happen. You can't blame the ROP for the issues. All the time the pharmacy's get behind, run out of meds and in some cases go out of business with no notice to the ROP. They will take orders on a Friday and then when you call monday for tracking info, they will tell you they closed their doors and are out of business. They just pull the rug out from under the ROP and us as clients. It happens. Generaly the ROP just switches their orders to another pharmacy and that takes a few days because they have to fill out an application, got through a background check ect. In my experience with My care services, THEY are always on the ball and do EVERYTHING They can for me, but if the Pharmacy mess up on them, all they can do is damage control. Keep working with Halli, I trust her, she will get things taken care of.

you are overracting and expecting everything to go your way, I'm sorry to say. With any kind of online business with thousands of customers and everything else involved in this business, there ARE going to be kinks, mishaps, and snafus. You got your meds. What are you complaining about. BTW, I always keep a stash of meds in case something like what you are describing happens, that way, I don't feel trapped and worry that I'm going to run out.
To linger at this site too long can be unhealthy. All you're thinking about is drugs, drugs, drugs. We, you, we all need our "medicatoins" but there's a lot more to life than focusing on when the FEDEX man comes.
Sorry if that sounds mean. I have felt exactly the way you felt -- and all it did was raise my anxiety level and stress me out more and increase my pain. Let it go --

MCS is outstanding!! I faxed my medical records to them by 12:00 noon. I had my consultation by 2:30pm and my meds were shipped that evening for arrival that next morning. The consultant was very, very kind and actually seemed to care with what I had to say. With this kind of service I would pay $500.00 (Please don't get any ideas, MCS..lol!)
I am going to recommend MCS to anyone I know who suffers from chronic pain. I promise, I will get the word out to everyone!

I have used MCS after the whole NROP went down. I have had just the best experience. Halli is very kind, professional, and reassuring to the patient. The PA is truly concerned for you as a patient and focuses on caring for your needs. CS needs are handled quickly.

I've had some minor problems with MCS, but the problems were handled in a polite, caring manner, and in the end weren't any big deal anyway. Generally, the issues came about when the whole NROP's went away and the pharmacies were overloaded trying to meet demand.

I'm very glad I went ROP. Makes life far less stressful!

Yea. Its saturday 9,2006. I received a email friday stating my medicine has shipped and would be here saturday. Well no medicine, called fed ex and no package in system. Is anyone having problems since they changed pharmacy. Going to be a long day.

I placed a order and faxed my records at 9:00am. I received a call from the doctor at around 11:30am same day. That is the fastest reply I have ever had from any ROP. Also the CS is simply the best you can find. Very friendly staff they will go out of there way for you.

We try our best to keep it that quick. If we get lots of orders, it can be longer, but usually we are just a few hours from getting your records to getting you a consult.

We try hard to keep it that fast. If it gets busy it can be up to 3 or 4 hours for a consult. But thats still really quick. Thanks for the feedback. Glad to help

I have used several services in the past. MyCareServices is by far the very best. What most impresses me is their response time with answers. Although I had used other services, I had not used theirs so I had some questions. Each question I had was answered within 2 hours. I had my first consultation, spoke with the doctor, provided all the documentation and my package was shipped. They sent me my tracking number etc. For those of you who are experiencing "issues" with other services or are completely new to the process - I would say use MyCareServices. BUYER BEWARE!!!, they are going to spoil you. Other services are extremely pricey, never answer their phones, take your money, get you in on a hook and jack up their rates, and ship wrong medications. MyCareServices has EARNED my continual business. I'm a lifer now.

Keep up the good efforts MyCare. Services like what you provide are hard to come by. You are doing great.

I just submitted my new consult form today and will fax all my records from work tomorrow. I hope this OP is as good as I am reading. I have missed so much work this past month due to pain. I pray they are quick to respond. I want to be called at home so I can have a private consult. When I get called at work everyone hears my business. Everyone knows I have a bad back and neck, they see me suffer. Lord, I work for 70 doctors and they have all been at me to DO SOMETHING. Well, I am. So keep your fingers crossed for me. I hope the customer service is good too. I appreciate it when they go the extra mile. Gee, what a pain patient has to go through these days.

I've been a freeboard member of Drugbuyers.com for several years and have never posted a review of any service. Over the years I have had to use several different online consult services and normally only changed when they were no longer able to ship to my state or went out of business. I have never before had such a positive experience. I know this is a newer service and they are probably on their best behavior while trying to grow their business, but it was by far the best I've ever used. I faxed my records last weekend, had my consult on Monday and received my Rx on Tuesday. In addition to the speedy process, I also want to mention how friendly and helpful all three of the people I spoke with were. They never rushed me or acted like I was a bother. I will stay with them for a long time if the service remains at this level.

Thanks for the positive response. We actually are not that new of a service, we have been around for awhile. The service you experienced IS typical of what we try to achieve. Thanks, we have a good system in place to make the process smooth. Thats what gives us a 4 star rating. Did you get you tracking info too? We just started a new system where one of our reps logs into the fed ex system at night and emails the tracking numbers from a yahoo account. Its working really well we have gotten some great responses so far.

Everytime I speak with a rep from mycareservices.com have to shake my head and wonder why the other sites
can't provide the same kind of service. They consistantly
provide excellent service and have never disappointed me
in anyway. Imagine, a real human voice answers every
phone call! I don't want to deal with anyone else.

Though I've already posted good comments about MyCare (see below), I can't help again noting for everyone that this service--for my particular needs--is fantastic!! What are those particular needs?
I would like, but few OP's have (other than My Care), to be able to have my consult as quickly as possible and pay for the consult, Rx & shipping C.O.D.!! MyCare does both!
When FedEx, MyCare's shipper, started seizing Rx's coming into my state, West (by God!) Va., MyCare was accomodating enough to send my Rx to a pharm that shipped UPS! (which I prefer anyway). AND I was able to get through on the phone to a very good, caring customer rep who explained everything to me. That's great customer service.
My entire experience with MyCare from the initial consult to refills to the renewal consult has been virtually flawless. Especially the shipping problem. The OP I used before MyCare would have just let the Rx be seized by FedEx and said "tough noogies" (actually, it'd be "tough sh!t", but no need to be graphic). MyCare went the extra mile to make sure the patient was served. Can't say enough good about 'em!!

Can Fedex do that how would they know if its meds or not and futher more what is it any of their business whats in your package its just their job to delivery . I would be highly pissed at fedex that says alot about this service to find you one that uses ups. I think my state is getting as bad so I feel for you. At least you let us know their is a alternative their thanks lol

I have been a customer of MyCareServices for almost a year and have found them to be one of the best OP's I have ever used. Their response times to email questions are very very fast. I have NEVER had a problem with an order. Never any delays in shipping or anything else. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free online pharmacy to build a relationship with.

I can only agree. They are one of the few that seem to understand their livelihood depends on customer loyalty and that you don't create that loyalty just by delivering the expected product or service or by being courteous once in a while. Each person that I have dealt with over the last several months at My Care Services makes me feel like I am important above and beyond the fees I pay.

That is the way that our company strives to service our customers. Hopefully we are able to offer the same great service to everyone. Especially now, with the changes in avaliable pharmacies we are working hard to maintian our high level of customer service.
