Yeah. It's a very very low dose, but they also have nurofen.

dihydrocodeine is supposed to be 2 to 3 times stronger tan regular codeine

I've read that Paramol is the strongest pain killer available in UK, so it must be actually stronger than Nurofen Plus. It is a low dosage of dihydrocodeine but lots of APAP in each pill, I think 500mg.

vicious 86 who told you that it was strongest in uk..Uk would be england. They have oxy in england. They also have diamorphine which is prescription herion. Back in 2002 I went to UIC school of medicine in chicago to there med library. They had a book with drugs available in england. It said they don't have hydrocodone which is only big in united states but did list oxycodone.

vicious 86 your rite sorry. dihyro was popular back in late 70s. I remember back when i busted my head open when i was 16 needed stiches. ER didn't give anything for pain. My mother called GP dr and he called in synalgos dc. NO problem. But like i said that was in 78-79 summer of. I think synalgos dc in still on market. your rite if you mean online. Actually i have never tried to get from a general med. doc before.

My apologies, Repteur. I meant to say that I read that Paramol is the strongest over the counter pain medication in UK. I read that in a Reader's Digest article online, I believe.

Whatever the case may be , its probably the most affordable pain killer i have found online.Ill make sure to let everyone know when it arrives.
