Ordered 2/4/03 email said shipped 2/5/03 received 3/6/03. The only thing I wasn't happy with is they had my phone number on the address label. Product came from India.Customer Service is great. Expiration of meds 2007. Fresh product.

I have ordered twice. Each time delivery is approx. 3 weeks with no problems. Emails were answered promptly. The product I ordered is the best (strongest) that I have ever received from an overseas OP. Packaging is pretty good. I have only ordered the one product, however, due to the strength I will continue to order through this OP.

Any idea how long has Canadarxdirect has been around. I ordered an initial order and it came thru in about 3 weeks. I was impressed and now have ordered again - I've read of iOPs that get your initial order out first and take you for subsequent orders. Anybody receiving product in the last few days? Thanks

Their guarantee sounds awlfully good, but it is only as good as long as the company or principals are around to honor.

What are your thoughts on this iOP?

We will do our best to ensure you receive your orders during these trying times but in turn, you need to help us by reading all information on our website before ordering and understanding the facts I have just outlined. I would also suggest that if you wish to order international products, order in smaller quantities and allow plenty of time for the delivery of your order.

Everyone I know that has an outstanding order received this email and they were very clear that the orders had been tracked as far as Customs. They were also very clear that they would refund money or reship but if you wanted a refund you had to Notify them before Tuesday.

All orders from about mid February were not shipped until 3/10/03 and all of them were shipped Express Mail. Express Mail is not a safe avenue of shipping for International OP's, Customs seems to hold those up or seize those quite a bit. If you will read threads about Destiny Rx, you will see how their Express Mail shipments are being seized by Customs and many of the ones that aren't being seized are sitting in Customs for several days and sometimes almost two weeks.

I don't understand people not being "so sure" about this company, if your order was placed before 6:30 p.m. PST, March 19, 2003 then you are eligible for a full refund if your order has not arrived by 7 weeks after you placed your order, not 7 weeks after it shipped. According to the email sent to everyone from Canadarxdirect, you had the choice of reshipment or refund.

I'm very curious because I ordered from them before I found this website and I havent found any feedback about them yet.

Edit: Actually I have a few questions. I ordered the 45 mg product, which I dont expect for several weeks yet, but they advertised a "Christmas Special" where if you ordered the 200 ct 45 mg product they would ship you 200 ct of the generic tylenol 1's free. They said it shipped on 12/27 and I should expect it within 8-10 business days.

I have not received it yet, but its still within the 8-10 business days, depending on how you define a business day (do you count Saturday?).

Also, I'm very nervous since I have read nothing about this company. I wish I had found this board before I ordered. And this is also my first time ordering such a product. If it is seized, how will you know? Do you get a notice in the mail?

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Recieved the codenol today, Jan 28 (ordered Dec. 24). much more discreet than the original order.

Unusual packaging.. kinda surprising to me, and about 5 broken pills per package.

Yes, I have noticed it is taking longer. My last order was two weeks, which is pretty good. But the order I'm waiting on now is a little over 2 weeks. Still better than any other foreign OP i'm ordering from. just as long as customs doesn't get hold of it!

I ordered from Canadarxdirect and it took about 1 month to receive. Package came from India but exp on meds was 2005. Their customer service is great though. A few broken pills but I personally have found the Codenol to be milder than codesian or dihydro which I like the milder feeling anyways. Dihydro made me sick for days plus it made me grouchy and irritable but thats just me everyone is different. Back to the reason of my post you will receive from canadarxdirect but it does take about a month!

8 days is for something coming from Canada, not the Codenol. The shipment started running about 9-10 days for the Codenol, but I emailed them about the delay and mine didn't ship the day I ordered like it usually does. Mine just shipped 3/10 (not 2/28) they didn't ship until they received some independent lab results. They said it was shipped Express at no charge to expect it within 10 days. I'm hoping it will be sooner since regular mail was running about 10 days previously. I know a few weeks ago they were out and were still taking orders (there was a notice on their site) I don't know when they shipped.

This company is good and stands behind what they say. They sent out a lot of free orders when they first started carrying this product.

One month since shipment and nothing received. Has anyone received their orders from this OP in March? I suggest putting off ordering until some positive remarks are posted. I truly hope they'll be a package in Tuesday's mail but I've never waited so long for a shipment.

What worries me is that I have received 2 other orders from 2 other OPS that were shipped more than 2 weeks after I was told my order with Canadarxdirect said they shipped mine. The good news with that is orders are getting thru even with the War situation. The bad news is clearly that my order should have been here by now. The other two orders with other OPS passed thru customs so the hold up is not there. Also if my order was shipped when I was told that it was, it was weeks before the beginning of the war so the Customs excuse is nonsense. I hope the order is here within the next few days....again please post if anone gets their orders.

Well I have not received a letter from customs and Canadarxdirect has mentioned nothing about a problem from who is shipping the orders. I will wait another week and then, yes, I will be requesting a refund. I will not refrain from ordering from the other OPS I have used as they have continued to come thru within just over 2 weeks. It has been 45 days since my order was placed -take away weekends- its been 33..... I'm on the 6th week of waiting. I'm not worried about the money, I'm worried about the PRODUCT and who if anybody has it, and I'm worried about the life span of this COMPANY... either straighten up and get it together with your 3rd party manufacturer, or take it off the web site since only a handful of us has gotten it, what do they do , make a batch up in the kitchen sink at a time???

I ordered 200 codenol on March 17 and rec'd March 27th. I know it was fast and I am grateful, but I did rec exactly what i ordered in a timely fashion. This is the 2nd time I've ordered and rec'd my product in a timely and professional manner. I believe that they are a reputable company - i've been burned by other iop's and certainly have been suspicious, but that certainly is not the case with this iop.

My order took 2 months. They kept in contact by email and even a phone call. At seven weeks they credited my cc but said I should be getting my order shortly. It showed up about a week later. I tried to get them to re-charge my cc since they came thru as promised but they declined. They are having problems but they do not shy away from communicating with you. I don't believe they are ripping people off. PS The "special order" product is certainly worth the wait.

I have emailed them twice in the last 2 weeks, i saw somewhere on the board that the orders HAD cleared customs, but I havent heard that from the company and they are not answering my emails, It was my 1st order, and i got 200 cod, I just want to know if its on its way, or the money is on the way, or a kiss my $ss, something from them,anything...

Order shipped in "express mail" batch 3/7 which was held up and then "released" by customs. Assuming CRxD will reship; but would anyone advise requesting refund at this time? We're coming up on 7 weeks.

i've been cooling my heels in that waiting room since 2/23 and am thinking of requesting a refund. no order acknowledgement, though my cc was charged. i did receive that mass e-mailing of apology a couple of weekends ago.

The information that I have gotten from my emails is they are thinking that maybe Customs turned it over to the FDA. Canadarxdirect told the manufacturer to reship all the Express Orders and send them regular mail. There have been a couple of orders from that Express group going to Canada that were received. The reshipments were supposed to take place last Friday.

I received a reply to my inquiry this morning that the orders were re-shipped April 11, as the original orders were forwarded to the FDA from Customs. Hopefully, they'll come through this time. I think it would be best if they slightly altered their return address on the packages, else it might be picked up by Customs again if they were put on a watch list. Fingers Crossed!!!!!!

AND, ALL of us have to remember the "state of affairs" we are in at this time. However, they have lightened the security code to yellow as far as terroism - Perhaps this will help.

I had my order from Destiny seized earlier this week (regular mail, caught at San Fran Customs). AARGH!! Oh, and by the by.... The envelop return address was very clever, so don't know why they suspected it. I think everything is suspect for the moment.

not trying to play devils advocate, but have you contacted them about getting a refund yet? I was thinking about that same thing, but i emailed the pres and the regular info addy. and got a good response from them. but on the other hand, im giving it about 2 weeks and probably gonna do the same thing, IF its not too late. its not like they have the cheapest prices so i know where your coming from! Good luck to us all in the waiting room (thats slowly growing lots of cobwebs!!!!)

I think I just received my ORIGINAL CODENOL ORDER from end of Feb that was detained in customs!!! I never thought it was going to arrive, thought i'd get a seizure notice from the FDA instead! Ironically, Len had just emailed me 2 days ago, saying he was sending a free Codenol replacement by Courier Mail. So - when I had to sign today (May 23) I thought that was it. But when I looked closely at the package, it was shipped Global Express and was marked "Customs" on the label and had obviously been opened and re-sealed. And the new order was being shipped Courier. So the question is, what was it doing for almost 2 months after customs released it???? I am definitely not complaining, but customs has surely caused a lot of aggravation and stress to everyone, including the good people at Canadarx and people who have been patiently waiting for their orders. But I must say I am extremely impressed with the way Len and company have followed through with what they said they were going to do. I can't imagine any other OP persisting like this, or giving such personal service. So let's give them a break, because no one has control over Customs. I sure hope everyone else starts receiving these lost orders soon, let's hear from you!
