They are very reputable and reliable and have been around a long-time which is why we are partnered with them.
They ship using Fedex.

yes we are pretty new but already well established.
For the consults we accept money order or credit card but will only schedule the consult when we have both your records/ID and receipt of the consultation fee.
You can pay COD for the prescription via Bi-Wise at no extra charge over credit card payment.

I just want to give cudo's to Nationwide. Whoa? I have not used a OP that need records. I am so impressed with these guys. Jackie at CS has been incredibly responsive to my questions. Send records this morning, had an consult scheduled for 12:30, recieved Dr. consult at 9:30. Doctor didn't have any questions, my records stated it all, was very understand of what I need and what worked for me. All doctors should take a lesson here. Prices are very good, and I should have my prescription Tuesday. THis is just so refreshing, I want to give Nationwide a AAA rating, 5 DIAMONDS. I would recommend them.
It is so refreshing that they understand pain. When are records indicate we truly do have what we say we have, and don't have to feel guilty because you are trying to find a way that we can function. This is incredible. I am sorry to ramble on, but I didn't know that it would be this refreshing after hearing some of the stories on the boards.

Question. I read that they now use 2 or 3 different pharmacies. Does the Dr decide which pharmacy the script goes to or can the patient select? I had a bad experience with one of their listed pharmacies in the past and would prefer not to use them if I can help it. Other than that, it sounds like they are the way to go.

Hey.I live in Tennessee with my wife and we are both loyal customers of Nationwide.You must be thinking of Kentucky, there are lots of problems with that state as far as OPs go.If you are looking for a trustworthy organization that has great customer service and won't let you down, Nationwide is that.

if we have all your information and records/ID before 12 noon EST we will normally get you consulted the same day.
Please remember to let us know by e-mail/phone if you want to add the consult fee to the meds COD.
We do ship to TN.
Ky is a problem for new customers at the moment but we are working on it with our pharmacies.

Hey.I have always had my consults done the same day of the request, and my meds have always shipped the same day and I get them the next morning.If anyone is skittish about using an OP, take my word you can trust Nationwide pills with your time and money.I just had what is I think my third consult and everything went fine as usual including all the refills I've had with them.Nationwide Pills is very reliable.My wife and I are both in Tennessee and again they do ship here.The pharmacy this time was Discount Mail Meds, always reliable.I'd like to say because I've read on DB about problems with the quality of the actual meds with other OP's that these always seem "fresh", meaning they work.

I faxed in records and ID days actually last weekend over a week ago and i paid yesterday with cc 7-18-05 for consult was told dr will call today between 9 and 10 am even got an email saying to be ready for the consult..... no such phone call so i contacted CS after waiting all day i called around 5 pm spoke to Marty was told DR would call when i arrived home around 6pm and again its almost 7pm still no responce I have been waiting and if I do not get a responce by tonight i guess i will have to consult with my CC company I have tried to be patient as I am almost out of my current meds and need to get things rolling i thought this place could do that for me and thats why i decided to go with them...... we shall see and i shall tell you all.....

I tried to register----got a message that I would receive an email for security reasons and then I could proceed. No eamil and I cannot go past the sign on---anyone had this problem before? does CS respond to phone calls?

have you got this sorted now please as we will always follow through if you have a log-in issue? Sometimes it's just hard to trace people unless we have the e-mail address. We are always live on e-mail at least 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office phones are manned 8.30-5.00 EST Mon-Fri.
Hopefully, we have already solved your problem without realising this was you on the Board!

I signed up for a consultation then tryed to fax my medical records and the fax number was not working. I then tried to call all night then this morning and it is always busy. I wanted to know am I going to be billed for the consultation since I did give them my credit card info? I have decided not to use this group.

I'm sorry you couldn't get through this morning. Our voicemail system is temporarily down until tonight and it's been hectic today with incoming calls.
We have, however, been receiving faxes normally all the time so I'm sorry you couldn't get yours through.
We never charge your credit card until we have all your relevant records and ID so you have not lost anything.

Hi Dilly,
we provide 2 refills as a norm, unless the Doctor considers it should be less. We don't provide more than 2 to ensure a proper Doctor-Patient relationship is maintained should your condition continue.
The Doctor can provide up to 120 count at his/her discretion but this is not guaranteed.
