I ordered first back in October and did not receive. I talked with them about it and they wanted me to order again and said they'd resend that first order.
I really was leery about ordering again, but this medication really helps me and this has been a real good resource for me. So reluctantly, I sent in another order for the same amount and sent that in on 11/11.
I have received one of them and still waiting on the 2nd. So, I guess this order was the one from the beginning of October.
I think if they are shipping again, everyone waiting should get theirs soon. I hope, at least. I hate to see these guys go away.
Like I said, I have always received mine, it just took awhile a few times when they had those supplier isues. I am still hopeful for my missing order. I know when they had the issues, they sent me partial orders until they had enough product to send everything.
I know they had problems with someone on "the boards", who evidently turned them in to awardspace, which is why they lost that site. They were having people try go scam them by emailing them saying if they didn't send them products, they'd leave bad feedback on the boards. I guess people who didn't even send in orders. At least this is what they said.
I know that the guy I talked to on 11/11 was upset at whatever was going on. Someone was giving them problems. This could be what the hold up was. I don't know much more than that but he said that people try to scam them too and they were upset about losing their site and people acting like they were trying to take the money and run.
They want good feedback, so hopefully they are working out whatever the issues were. Trust me, if I don't get my missing order, I will be leaving bad feedback about that. But, so far they have not let me down.
