Ok, has anyone out there used these sites??? rxgooddeals or fastusarx??? Prices ain't bad for 60 10/325...but just want to make sure before I proceed. Do they send yellow Watsons? Thanks a lot for any information. I really appreciate it as we all need help sometimes. Take care all! EPL
I got double charged at allusa. They took out money on Thursday and the same amount on friday. I really hope they make it right. I knew I should of done my consult with NWW!! Any suggestions for this one? thanks
I just checked, ALL USA SCRIPTS double charged me as well. Once on Sept 12, and again on Sept 13. Total was $503.98 instead of the $251.99 it was supposed to be.
Did they double charge you, or did they place an authorization for the charge against your account, then charge the account separately? This has happened when the charge had to be resubmitted for example because of a billing addresss problem. From all reports they seem reputable. First thing to do is to figure if you were actually double charged, or just have an authorization on hold against your account. If it's just an authorization it will be removed; this can take up to 15 days and will happen automatically but can be a problem if if ties up your credit limit. If you were actually double charged, that won't just go away ; call allusascripts and have them issue you a credit. I haven't read anything yet indicating that they are not reputable, so you shouldn't have a problem. The last resort is calling your bank to dispute the double charge. But you should first contact the company. Hope that helps.

This is the first i've heard of problems wih Allusa, but double charges of the same amount from around the same date are very easy to dispute. Call your bank and they may give you a temporary credit until they can mail you a form that you just sign and send back to them to make it permanent. The burden is on the merchant to prove that you bought two identical items.
If you have a card from Citibank, you can generate Virtual Card Numbers with a specified limit. Just go to their web site and either do it with a web browser or with software you can download. I always generate a one-use card number for places like that with a charge limit just a dollar or two more than what they say the total price is. That makes double-charging impossible.

They took the funds!! I'm sure since this happened to someone else they have had a glitch. I sure hope they issue a credit. I've had this problem one other time, quite a while back and they made it right. It just took about 3 weeks. I could just kick myself for not doing my second consult with NWW. I don't need the refills as I am on a tapering schedule that is working great. Aleive it is...This has been too expensive. Good luck to anyone that got double charged.
I was also double charged last weekend...I waited it out to see if it was just an authorization but by Friday they both had gone through...I hope they have good customer service?
