I recently came across a pill that is
small
pink
round
smooth on one side
scored on one side
k on one side of the line
56 on the other side of the line

Can anyone id this?

I looked and looked for that the other night and couldn't find anything on it.

Is it something from the US or do you think it is possible it came from an IOP?

It you know it is from the US, call posion control, tell them you found it in your kid's room or take it to a pharmacist and tell them the same thing and see if they can identify it.

It it is from an IOP, just go to google, search for:

i am inclined to think it is the latter(oxy).

Can you give any background info to confirm?

yeah i checked a few and someone said oxy10

painstaking the first link you posted is actually a white pill and the K should have an arrow coming off of it, since its pink, its an oxycodone 10mg.
