I ordered from friendly clinic twice this past august with great results, very quick and efficient delivery times. Then I ordered again in September and realized I didn't have enough money in my account by the time they had already sent it out to FEDex. I wasn't home when the fedex guy came so I knew I would miss it, and therefore not receive the order which meant my card would let me call them and refund the charge, since I never signed for the package, just saying I never got it. then I try to order again yesterday and I called them right after like I usually do, they claimed they couldn't find my order number even though I had already checked the status of it. asked the woman if she could just place an order for me through the phone. all of a sudden she claimed her "computer was down" and to try later. so I do and the next guy also claims my tracking number doesnt exist even though I have already checked it's status. i ask to place an order through him instead and he starts suggesting i type in the medicine i want into google and find another site then HANGS UP ON ME. im so confused, am i really that bad for business? i am a loyal customer and never heard anything back from them regarding the medicine, plus im pretty sure they never refuded my card...has this happened to anyone else?

If you disputed a charge because you weren't there to receive it then they will most likely not want your business anymore. I may be misinterpreting what you are saying but your solution probably wasn't a real good idea. It's a black mark against them with the credit card company and they can't afford many black marks against them or they won't be able to take credit cards any more.

BBLover, why didn't you just get the package the next day or go to the Fedex hub to pick it up? I often miss Fedex so I just wait until the next day and they come back and I get the package then.

If you did a chargeback, that's why Friendlyclinic doesn't want to deal with you. Like Leeann said, they are only allowed a certain number of chargebacks before they lose their credit card processor. And in your case you did have the package sent, so it wasn't a mistake on their end.

Did I get that right or did it happen in a different way?

You should have waited and got the Package the Next day! ....They did their Part and basically you refused the Package. They had to Pay Shipping and fill the Script and Pay the Doc! You have Blacklisted yourself with Friendly...And I don't Blame them!! JMHO

my experience with friendly and why i think they now won't take your business...

sometimes i'm home when fedex shows, sometimes i'm not. depends on my schedule.

if i'm not home, i always call fedex that night and ask them to hold at the hub. within 2 days, i will pick up the package - almost always the next day.

when i have done this, i have received phone calls from friendly REMINDING ME i HAVE to accept/obtain the package at the hub.

i think they are trying to ensure that something "doesn't look right" for them, the pharmacy, etc. they're trying to make sure they don't put themselves at risk.

given that, if you just let it return, then...in their (and the pharmacy's) eyes, you are putting them at risk. as in - is it an LE trap? etc. etc.

sorry...if you'd asked before you done this, i would have warned you. i think now it's too late unless you call CS and ask for a supervisor - and i won't promise that will work.

I agree most places will blacklist you if you refuse an order and it is shipped back.

It is a one strike deal with most of these places.

stevo1, jumprx.com does not deliver to my state...all the other sites I have found that are not related to the network of friendlyclinic, such as doctorscripts.com, all don't ship to my state!!!

Admin comments: What kind of misinforming troll are you? Friendlyclinic and Doctorscripts are not in the same network.

it looks like your screwed then. At least at FC, and any sister sites for them. But the COD sites are just as good and most will take a cc or do cod, whichever you want. Try www.processrx.com for one.

COD sites are safer too because you know you get your product.

Charging back on vendors that deliver is not nice...
Any vendor that refuses to have you as a customer is a smart vendor...

Our site is to help buyers... but buyers like you make it harder for other buyers
You are a pain in the neck to online pharmacies... and the info you provide is no good...

We rather have you not visit our site. The vendors discussed here and the buyers that use them would benefit if you did not order from them... you aren othing but trouble...

We should start a site to help sellers avoid buyers like you :-)
