I've tried emailing, calling and using their website "contact us" bs. I had always used my CC with them and their sister site (Surepharmacy.) I placed an order on 10/28. I got a "Refill too soon" and my $100 taken. When you're on unemployment $100 is a lot but it's just the principle. I finally got fed up and did a charge back on my CC yesterday. These people are crooks. If you must resort to using them please beware using them and Surepharmacy. There are honest sites. MVN/SP don't fall in that category. F**k these crooks.

Edit:: I'm not sure if this has any significance but this is what has always showed on my CC statement and below is what they robbed from me:

10/28/2009 MDS / WEB MARKETING SERVICES , 05045813963 CASH PURCHASE ($100.00)

Were you able to get your money back?

Have you ordered from them before?

No they haven't reversed the $100 they took. It's been 10 days. Also I have ordered from them quite a few times with no problem. The refill was not too soon and this is what I got with the order details:

Order # : MV546479
Date : 10/26/2009 9:19:38 AM
Order Status : Refill Too Soon
Order Status Notes: Fulfillment of your prescription has been placed on hold because your request was made to close to your most recently filled request for the same medication.
Shipping Status : Shipping Delayed
Scheduled Ship Date: 10/28/2009
Shipping Status Notes: Shipping of your order has been delayed because you ordered meds before your previous supply was set to expire. Your order will be automatically shipped on the Scheduled Ship Date listed.
Tracking Number :

Automatically shipped my [censored].

Also this is from their FAQ:

Refunds and Cancellations

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by calling 1-866-841-4103. Please have your order number ready when you call.

I got through a few times when the line wasn't busy and of course the machine voice always said that "Customer service" is unavailable and sends you to voice mail (in which I left a message with all the information for the order).

Yikes! I would look online and verify with a picture and if they have an imprint.

I have even called my local pharmacy and given them the size and color and imprint and they would look it up for me. Do not take any chances!

Medsvianet is a reputable site,,you tried to refill too early.its against the law for them to fill it early...Im sure they will ship meds when the refill date requires...

Medsvianet is not a scam. If you got the same med from their sister site and tried to order from Medsvianet also, they know.

It's common for them to hold it until it's time to ship if it is too early.

That is true Stacy. I think it is wrong to post something like that.

There are so many scams and this is not one of them.

If you three would have read my posts you'd see that I got a "Refill too soon" (which it wasn't) and my card charged. I emailed, called and used their messaging system to no avail. They didn't ship it out until the 6th after me raising hell. I don't think they should charge your card first only to have your order rejected and not reverse the charge. I've never had a problem with them before. Anyways I just picked it up and all there and accounted for so all is well. They made it right. Just be careful using a credit card with them. I'm just sticking to CODs now.

Edit: I didn't use their sister site. I know it's illegal to refill to soon. But they shouldn't have charged me and then not send.

Oh I don't know why we didn't think to read the entire thread Musician.

Please, we read the entire thread. As I said, it IS COMMON FOR THEM TO HOLD AND SHIP WHEN YOU REFILL TO EARLY, and they do charge you then.

*sigh* Stacy, it's all good now. I had a problem with this site and posted my feedback. I eventually got my meds I paid for. It's over and done with. Sorry if I was sounding like an [censored]. I didn't mean to. I was very upset mainly with their customer service.

When that happens and they say your order will shipp at a later date, you almost always have to re-order then I will get to you quicker, instead of waiting for them to reorder for you..

Scam is just not a word that should be used lightly around here since there are some real scams.

When someone calls a place a scam that is actually doing what they say, it really needs to be addressed. Scam applied to a place can take on a life of it's own.

No problem, but that word "scam" just had to be addressed.

I know quite a few that order here and they are happy with this site.

They do try their best.

I had a similar experience with MVN. I accidentally ordered 3-4 days too early, and they let me know. When nothing arrived 3, 4, 5, 6...days later, I became so p.o.'d at them. However- I had not tried emailing them or messaging them on their site. 8, 10, 12 days went by, and nothing, except for my ranting. I was certain this would be useless, but I composed myself and sent them a very polite email asking if I was mistaken about my order being approved, and when might I hope to be on the lookout for the FedEx person...They replied rather quickly, and the next day, there was my package.
Why did I not email them much earlier rather than waiting and stewing about the situation...?
I just realized I know the answer- I was afraid of being treated the same way docs treated me as a new patient or not patient for more than a year after I moved to a new city......SORRY, I kind of ran amok off topic.......
So-all in all I'm glad you got your order, and MVN in my opinion, is a reliable NROP. And- They deliver to MO.
