I would say the return addresses are probably real. A lot of companies ship with legit return addresses.

Speaking from experience. Excessive unnecessary e-mails never make things any better with IOPs. They only occupy their time away from what they need to do. If you don't have patience DON'T ORDER IOP!!!

Also, whats all this talk of "where they are shipping" and are "probably driving the police crazy trying to find them". Neither of those are any of our concerns. How they operate their business IS their business.

And as far as comparing "old envelopes"??? Ya'll are putting way to much thought and effort into this whole process. In the IOP world... Order ONLY if you:

1. Have money to lose
2. Have weeks or months of patience
3. Respect the service they are giving you, however it may be.

Also, most of these topics that are being discussed (which in my opinion should not and have never in the past on this great board) should be in general discussion, not feedback.

It's hard to refer back to other peoples time lines if these "Feedback" threads are filled up with other issues.

i ordered and paid shipped 10-8-09 and only got about 60 of 120 and alot of them were broken no sign of the rest of my order

i ordered 9/22, shipped 9/23... still no sign

i've emailed their customer service multiple times, I got only one response saying they would re-ship if I did not receive by 10/26.

i've sent 3 emails since then and still no response. i wish they would just tell me they aren't going to send my order rather than waiting for nothing to come. what's up with these guys? will they deliver or did i just throw my money away?

Well..I placed another order and status I got from them said shipped on 10/30..which I doubt because that was a Friday. So we shall see. Will keep all updated. Yeah site is gone or down .....ummmm..strange considering got an e-mail from them yesterday. but I don't know the exact date there site went down.

Yippeee!!!, They reshipped my order yesterday. It really only took 1 calm email, 1 semi-assertive email and a 3rd assertive email. My original order was supposedly shipped on 6/16. The giant order of 60 2mg alps it was. After that order was sent I ordered from another IOP for Modafinil (Provigil), they also said up to 20 business days. It was at my door, through customs in 8 days. Luckily its good to have friends who do and remember favors. Because w/o him I would have been completely out of my medically prescribed medication which I choose to order from these IOP's for insurance, personal and financial reasons. If Pharmacity comes through in their alotted time frame. I'll give em a pass on this one.... maybe. God I miss TODO. Its nice to have this board to swap stories with people. I assume a % are shills working for the company, but most people who seem to understand the complexities of these medicationas and are willing to lend some advice now and then makes a huge difference in how I feel about this whole sordid mess. Why can't we just walk in a MD's office and tell them my symptoms, prior diagnoses and the medication I was prescribed that worked most effectively?

(sorry for caps) ONE OTHER THING, I FEEL THE PHRASE PILL HEAD, ETC. SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THESE FORUMS. P.S. I got my dying mother a certain, simple, non-narcotic drug through here that made her dying days of chemo-vomit death change from such naseau to walking around and eating in 24hrs I had to go take her oncologist to task for his ineptitude for being so smart he KNEW it wouldn't help. It helped, the real cancer meds saved her but the compazine I had to find through here made what might have been her last months on earth pure hell. Enough babbling, I gotta date. Lets see if Pharma redeems them self its been 32days since 1st shipment. Lets hope reship takes 10. --Dkane

lolol..funny about them not answering e-mails..yeah out of curiousty I sent one earlier..and it bounced right back to me "domain unknown". Oh well..so they said Monday huh? We shall see. I know this s for PCUSA info..just wondering about todo....are they going to open or not???? I don't know what to think. But if you have been around here for some time..this is not the 1st time PCUSa has done this...there site was down and they opened it back up..I forgot how long it took, but wasn't long at all.
