Hello All, This is a review of UrantiaPharma.com.

I was trying to post this in international pharmacy reviews section, but I could not do it, there was no way to post it. So please excuse me if I posted in the wrong section. Mods, please move this to the correct section, if wrong. Thank You

I was prescribed Provigil 200mg. once per day, by my doctor about two months ago.
I went to Walmart pharmacy to fill it. I was shocked when they told me the total would be over $400.00.
Their price per pill is about $13.40! I have insurance, but I am in what they call the doughnut hole, meaning they already

paid their max allowed for the year. So I would have to pay it completely out of my pocket.
I knew about this site, so I came here for help, and found the recomended site Drugbuyers.com, recomends to purchase Modafinil

from was ThePharmacyExpress.
Well, I placed my order with them (TPE) for 100 200mg. Modafinil, it was around $142.00, and found that I had to use Western

Union, because they don't accept credit cards.
So I sent W.U. the money from my bank account, then I had to go through the phone authentication system with W.U., where they

asked me many questions, after which the lady told me that the transaction was denied.
I went back to my online banking, and found the money had been placed on hold. I called back W.U., and was told that I had to

wait till my money was released by my bank, that they didn't have any thing to do with it.
Well several days later, my money was back in my account. So I decided not to use W.U. again.
I came back on this forum to search for a credible online pharmacy, that would take a credit card.
I found UrantiaPharma.com, and that they did take credit cards, so I decided to take my chances with them.
I ordered 100, 200mg. Modafinil from them, it was a bit more expensive, about $150.00, but it came out to be around the same,

when you add W.U. fees going the other way.
I let them know, that they had been recomended by Drugbuyers.com, and that I would be posting my experience with them.
On 10/12/09 I placed my order with them, and promptly recieved an email confirmation.
Then on 10/14/09 they sent me an email, informing me that my order had been shipped, and gave me a tracking number,
and advised me that the tracking number would not show any information until it arrived in the U.S., which was correct.

Several days later, I checked with the U.S.P.S. tracking, and it showed that on 10/19/09 my item arrived at the United States,

in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS).
I think that was great, fast shipping service by Urantia,
but for some reason my order was delayed at the ISC New York for at least ten days,
because I didn't receive my order until 11/1/09, but at least I received it 100% intact.
I am very happy with my order, and with Urantiapharm in general.
They always quickly answered all my emails, and I was surprised at their command of the english language,
which was 100% also.
What I received within the package, was two small boxes of Modalert 200mg., each containing 50 foil packed tablets, in strips

of ten.
Manufactured 07/2009, with exp. date 06/2011, with batch control numbers, and Modalert 200, all printed on the foil strips.

Haveing read here, that these were supposedly weaker, I first took 1&1/2(300mg.) for my first dose of Modalert 200,
I feel that this dose is higher than what I was takeing (Provigil 200), which I believe, I must have built up a tolorance to,

since lately I was feeling no effect from it.
I did definitly feel the effects of this first dose of Modalert (300 mg.).
So in my oppinion, Modalert has about the same effects as Provigil.
Urantiapharma.com, made a new customer with me, and I would be happy to recomend them.
I will be ordering again from them.
I still cannot believe what the U.S. pharmacies charge for the same medicine. sunnyGushwa

gushwa, it is crazy I know. What most people don't realized is that the cost is not always from the manufacturer. For example generics, non controlled, are bought in bottles of 1000 for literally pennies per pill. Then they resell them at ridiculous markups. So for a fill of say 60 amoxicillin, and they charged you $40 out of pocket, the real cost for them was probably only $5-10

Brands are another issue, but they heavily markup those also. And controlled meds are the same thing, they are bought for like .20/pill. I think with anybody that needs to fill scripts, you need to shop around and online, because you will be able to see drastic differences in price quotes for the same drug and quantity. That is domestically.

For something like brand though, you are only going to find a generic type price through an IOP. The reason is that the original pharma has to charge obscene prices while the patent lasts in order to recoup the cost of development, trials, FDA approval and the initial R and D.

Well, thank God for sites like this one, and the overseas pharms, otherwise I wouldn't be takeing the meds at all. Already I pay over $500 per month on meds, with this one, it would have gone to over $900. People are left to choose between eating, or takeing their meds. If it were not for certain programs, many people would die because of no access to meds. The way things are going, i'm afraid that's going to be the case. Look at the swine flu, if it turned epidemic, MANY will die. We don't have the vaccines to cover everyone. God help us.

I have to agree with Gushwa on what he said. Urantia seems on the up and up. I ordered 100 Modalert (Sun Pharma) from them on 11/3 and they arrived on 11/12. Good quality and all in original blister packs and boxes.

I will definitely order from them again.

On the other topic, I really feel for my fellow Americans as we are being hosed by the pharma industry. The rest of the world gets better deals and does not try to rip off their customers but apparently, in the USA that is the standard MO these days. Good luck to all in this difficult time.
