I am new and it is not letting me PM anyone or post to any boards?

Well you are being able to posts on the boards cause you have 9 posts and posted here. There are some forums that you can't post in yet, because you don't have enough posts yet. There is a forum that you must have 200 posts before you can post there.

As far as your pm's you can't pm yet because you don't have enough posts to be able to send and receive pm's.

You might want to read the Rules it gives you all the info there. Also, what forum is it that won't let you post, maybe if you told us which forum it would help us in knowing if there was a problem or if your post count was not enough yet.

I guess i will answer unanswered questions for now because that is all it is allowing me to do.

You started this thread and you posted to it again after I posted in it.

It looks like everything is working correctly, unless I'm missing something. Read the links I gave you and if there is still some issue that doesn't seem to be working correctly, post back here and let us know.

I think though you just aren't aware of the post count numbers and you will be after you read the links I gave.
