Email her direct if you have a question. That's what I did and I got an answer from her like I said on late, late Sunday night or early Monday morning.

That was the email address I used. Anyway, thanks again Stacy and Heybob. I was certain I'd been scammed and it's a relief to know that isn't the case.

It shouldnt be anybodys job to have to email an IOP. Sorry if this sound rude but if someone doesnt email you back then just keep doing it till they reply back. Sound like kindergarden.......I dont mean to [censored] anybody off but had to say this. We all have a life. I guess there was no other polite way to say it. Dont cast stones on me pleasee

Rose, if I didn't step up, a shadow was cast on me as if I might of had something to do with it. I would love to run but I care what people think of me. I agree with you, I hate being these places customer service but it seems if I don't take the customer's side I must be on the vendor's side. I gotta get out here man!

I really don't see how she can keep up with all the emails she gets over and over about the same orders. She needs to get them out so they can be delivered. People need to be patient. The worst time would be the weekends. Some of us are trying to help her out on a situation and she still gets her orders out. If you have a problem, send her the email. She will get it. Sending multiple emails will just make matters worse.
Heybob has offered to help. He doesn't need to do that or have to do it. But he is. He does it on other threads also. That is just the way he is.
I placed an order with Norma and told her not to worry about mine until things die down for her. After reading all this I can she she is still very busy. I will wait until she emails me back. I would rather get what I asked for then it to get messed up with tracking or anything else that people make mistakes with. She is a person, not a machine. From what I can tell, she is working alone. It has to be frustrating.

have a shipment en route with a tracking number, due tomorrow. i will update all when received to let you know what i think. i know what the meds i ordered taste like, and i'll know if they are good, old, weak, or wrong.
yes, norma hit a bump with responses. however, we're part of that problem. i'd like to not make it harder on her. nothing lasts forever, and she seems like a truly nice person.

thanks taz...and you were right! she's really nice. doesn't deserve any difficulties people here may have caused her. you pays your money, you takes your chances. luckily for us, we have lots of people giving us feedback that tell us the chances are good or bad...

You can probably also tell by talking to her that she is very busy. Most do not work weekends. I have yet to see her not working on any day yet. Most of it was because of the mess over the weekend.

Your suggestion about continually emailing a source until they respond is a big part of the problem. They get so many such emails that they're too overwhelmed to deal with legitimate concerns, which can lead to the sort of misunderstanding I experienced.

I don't think it's meant the way you think. Hammering a vendor just buries them more. But It's no different if you have another user email them for you, it's still another email. You wait a reasonable amount of time. Then, email again and put in the subject line something like "SECOND REQUEST FOR STATUS" you can also use the return receipt requested option. Finally, USE SIMPLE PLAIN ENGLISH. Most of these vendors are not fluent in English.

But we should keep emailing until we get a response? Is that correct?
There's no perfect solution for all situations. If she's an hour late on an email, NO. If she's 6 hours late, time for another email with a more noticeable subject line., wait 6 hours, use return receipt. So Yes, keep emailing withing common sense guidelines.

Thanks again for your help Heybob. I'm expecting the package tomorrow. I only posted that earlier comment because the person seemed to imply that emails until the person replies are preferable to the unsolicited assistance you rendered to another board member and myself.

Come-on Heybob, we're all adults here and have a sense of decorum. I was simply responding to a person who had no involvement in my situation, yet saw fit to make a demeaning comment.
it's a fine balance...too many emails, it's clutter. legitimate 24 hour + if WU pickup has occurred, prompt the person but be polite about it. if no answer at all yet - they're busy, try again in a few days. don't do it every day. give s/he time if you know s/he is swamped.
at least, my opinion....

And I was simply responding to each of your posts. You really think all of us here are adults and all of us here have a sense of decorum?
