Ok, Pkay and 53, this is a superb example of a "cultrual divide." You come from a totally different generation than I, where value was placed on honor and service. I think its a doggone shame thats its gone out the window!

Ok, maybe youre right about "the kind of business this is" however, treating customers like they matter makes good business sense no matter what kind of service you provide. Its not really about "getting something free" as it is about showing goodwill, something you two young men probably know nothing about. Im done.

Dont speak to me again about this, because I dont want to read what you have to say, and Ive said all I have to say about it!!!

You have no clue what generation I come from, nor do you know anything about my value system. You're relatively new to these forums and could learn a thing from some of the people who have been ordering for some time.

The facts are that this guy ships, he delivers, he maintains communication, has 24 hour turn around, and has done so for some time now. He does not give samples, all of his feedback is a result of paid orders which were delivered, not samples setting up a scam. Most of us are happy to see a source like this.

Ditto and "H" did give out samples when he first stared out when he ran pharmacylandmx. He has proven himself to many of us. Just because he opened up a new site does not by any means make him a new source.

Try going to a gas station, grocery store or auto-dealer and asking for a "free-sample" and see how far you get.

Bottom line is, thats just business.

If they gave samples to every person they would be out of business in a day or two.... I just can't understand why anyone would ask for this and be upset with them when they are an established place that delivers to people day after day without any problems.... think

UPS is known for occasionally losing orders like anyone else. It happened to me "once." Scared the you-know-what outta me too! I had visions of the Feds intercepting. But in 2days the provider resent by Fed-ex and all was well. But I still wonder what happened to that package.

UPS pays off the sender and the sender reships. But what about the lost package? where is it? I mean, it didnt just vanish in to thin air! Maybe it got logded between machinery at the UPS warehouse or something, I dont know. I hope thats what happened. Otherwise when they find it, I think they are obligated to open it before they destroy the contents.

Where do you think it is? It's in the underbelly of the driver!

Not really. Legal or illegal, the best sources simply do better in the long run.

In this business, customer service definitely adds to the convenience & satisfaction of the customer. But you have to remember this thread is in the blatantly illegal thread. You never know when a good source is going to have to quit.

That said, all I have to say is that Hugo has always provided top notch service.

Hey, exactly all this happened this late summer to- it seemed all the packages made it to the main hub in kentucky or tennessee? - don't rememeber. The sender must have found out why all his packages where the ones that disappeared, but he did make good on all the orders-, must have cost him a small(or large) fortune!

I remember that secondstar. H was very apologetic when that happened. I think he fixed things very quick as far as the circumstances.

hmmm, I'll bet one of those drivers got wind of whats in the packages and decided to help himself every so often. They know the company's policy, they're covered.

you can ask him, but probably not unless it is for different strengths of certain meds listed.

H got my money, I requested tracking twice, no response.
I'll post an update tomorrow. This is not what I've experienced
with him in the past. I'm becoming concerned.
I hope he comes through and does the right thing. think

Still no reply from H. He was suppose to ship out yesterday.
By now I would've received email from him with a tracking number especially
after I've asked him nicely twice in 24 hours.
Has anyone else heard from him?

53chevy,
Thanks so much for that info.
I've requested he email me the tracking number. Did you also request it and he just ignored you as he has me? I can see if you don't ask, but if you do, then I would think he would, or at least just say it shipped and be done with it. But, he simply hasn't responded at all.
So, I have no way of really knowing for sure if he shipped or not. Then you have to wait all day wondering and waiting, perhaps for nothing.
I'll post if it doesn't show up tomorrow. It should be here no later then tomorrow. But, I don't know what carrier it even would be.
Maybe that's why he doesn't want to give it...keeping it discreet up to its destination.
I wish he would at least say that so I would be assured he at least shipped.
Anyway, I do really appreciate you telling me that, it does make me feel better knowing it may have shipped afterall.
I will post update tomorrow.
Thanks Again Chevy,
Spaced

You were right 53chevy...Pkg arrived.
I'll have to assume he doesn't want to be bothered once he gets the funds. He won't have to worry about that, I won't be bothering him again. Just happy my last order with him arrived.

i recieved word from " H " that all is well and he is working hard to keep his customers satisfied. he thinks that some people with nothing better to do are trying to make trouble for the good sites. it would be my guess that the trouble makers are the people from old pharmaright2you site. and that they are setting up another scam site somewhere. but to all who want the info, rxinus is as legit as they come . " H "doesn't always get out the tracking#'s but he DOES always get out the packages. what more could anyone want ?
