I agree that for just xanax, you would be better with an IOP. I don't have a particular one to recommend, but you can check that section on this site (international) to see who is best right now.

I get valium from my regular doctor, but he has been my doc for years. He wanted me to take an SSRI as well, so I did. Family doctors are great for getting valium.
