while I've been prescribed hydrocodone and oxycodone, neither of them say not to drink grapefruit juice. but I was reading the paper that came with my mothers alprazolam and it did say "do not drink grapefruit juice as this puts more of the drug into your bloodstream" not sure if thats word for word, but it did say that.
I have heard that people say this intensifies opiates, but I have never heard someone say they're using it for Tramadol.
I do know that eating a high fat meal works with other opiates, again, not sure about Tramadol as I've never taken this medicine.

White grapefruit juice? I've only heard it intensifies some opiates, but Ive never heard anything regarding Tramadol. However, i feel like it's just a rumor...pretty much like Bigfoot. But I'm sure someone on this forum could probably give you a more scientific answer...
Try it, it's not like it's bad for you...grapefruit juice is good for you, so it's not going to hurt you.
Grapefruit juice only affects Xanax. For a long time, people have been saying it works with opiates, and trying, but trust me, it does absolutely nothing to increase the effects of opiates, let alone Tramadol. Even with Xanax, I have never seen someone have, nor have I had, an experience that would be considered even slightly remarkable.
