I got a response 2 days ago from PCUSA, however I had mistyped in my original email, and missed one number on my order info, they replied to ask for correct number, which I replied with, and of course never got a response. All I want is the correct ship date. It's very frusterating. If and when I receive, I don't believe that I will be using PCUSA again in the near future, unless they do a complete 180. There are too many other sites out there that ship in a timely manner, respond to emails, and don't lie to and ignore their customers. You might pay a little more, but to get my meds in less than a week vs a month or more, it's worth the extra money, to me at least. I was pretty loyal to PCUSA, and would have stayed with them, I love the gadors, but they just don't have their $hit together. No customer service, no reliability. It's pretty sad.

No second package in the mail today. Any input from people who have ordered from PCUSA on how far apart they ship packages? I have a total of four coming and received my first one yesterday. Thanks! Tricky question. I can't say from experience, because this order I am waiting on was my first order over 60 pills. Of course, now that a very minimal amount of people are receiving, I have an order for 120 out there.. bad timing I guess. Anyway back to your question.. PCUSA states that people with more than one package could have their packages sent up to 3 days apart. Which to me, means absolutly nothing. I mean they say they ship on the 2nd then ship on the 9th, so who knows how far apart your packages will be coming. If I get my meds, they should be in 2 seperate packages, so I will post when I know, or should I say, if I find out.

This is the only thread I've seen that has (very)new member posts that take a blind leap on this Pharma AND recieve orders. Smell fishy to anyone else? PCU is recieving meager orders. Try placing an "order" and another in 24 hours. Subtract the numbers and you'll see how many are placed. If you want to throw good money after bad just WU it to me. I'll at least send you a post card.
Cheers!
*off Topic---I Know* As one of the "very new" members who you just passive-aggressively called a Shill, allow me to retort. First of all, I don't expect anyone to take anything I say seriously. After all, I have zero reputation and just registered here. However - the reason I chose to order from PCUSA was because of this thread and the fact that most people eventually receive their orders. I felt it was my duty to "pay back" the community and report my experience with this company as well, be it good or bad. That's what I'm doing. Ultimately, we can all accuse one another of being shills for various outfits, but that is completely counterproductive and I suggest you leave such accusations to the pros. Take care. having been blatantly accused of being a Shill myself, after I'd posted maybe 10 posts, I can relate. it wasn't a thinly veiled accusation, but rather "your posts clearly tell me you're a Shill" or something painfully offensive like that, I'm not sure how helpful that stuff is. Either implying, or blatantly calling one a Shill is certainly not helpful (with the exception of moderators who have a lot more info than most of us are privy to), but can certainly be hurtful to a new, and perhaps innocent poster. I'm still new, so take it for waht it's worth to you. I only post this because I know how it feels to have someone blatantly make that accusation, and it's probably enough to stop some people from posting again. however, I might not say "leave it to the pro's" but leave it to the moderators. they're finger's on that pulse, I think. also and perhaps more important... I've wondered if they started to get more orders at some point. Have tried to go back about 1.5 years to identify exceptionally bigger #'s between my orders in any given time period, but I couldn't find a definitive answer to the question. Did they experience a sudden major increase in orders? I don't know if, or when. However, I DO know that PCity is slower than a year ago, or so, whatever the reason. But, I've stated several times, eventually most of us get what we've paid for. I think prob 99%. Also, I know one major thing that affects WHEN we receive is whether or not we have to request a reship. That will extend the process so that instead of getting your goods within a month (20 biz days), or even half that, it'll take 2 months, or more! fortunately, in my case, the number of times I've had to request a reship is a very small percentage of total orders. this might not fit with the posts I quoted. just another post I wanted to reply, sorry if it's confusing to follow. Best luck and wishes to everyone.

If I get my meds, they should be in 2 seperate packages, so I will post when I know, or should I say, if I find out. Tricky indeed. I've ordered 90, and got two packes of 45 each. (only one time) the other 90 count orders came in one shipment. Also, I've had shipments broken into separate packages arrive on the same day, (lucky?) and have had them arrive about 1 week apart. now, that was a few months ago, as lately I've been ordering smaller. To the person who was asking about the 120 count order: (akria?) that WILL probably ship in at least 2 packages. prob 60 apiece. and also, even though tomorrow I believe, will be the longest I've had to wait for an order... (other than a reship) I'm not going to "give up" after tomorrow. Obviously, we need to wait longer these days. In fact, I don't think they answer the emails that say "I haven't received yet" until you're 30 days past the ship date. the couple reships I had to request, don't think they answered for 30 days after that date, at least in my case, but haven't had to ask for one for well over a year now. one other thing... they used to ship the baby rattlers. (some will remember that time frame. I miss it, because that method RARELY caused broken bars). but the fact is, things have changed at PCity. meaning it's now taking longer for most of us to get em in our box. BUT... it looks like they're getting back on their feet. we might just need to be a bit more patient than we needed to be a few moths ago. again; anyone receive a package with ship date of 10/6 or earlier? and finally... I've NEVER got an email saying "last chance to get this order" which I thought was odd. several times, I didn't pay for, oh I dunno, a few days, maybe a week after order? but never have got one of those, and if they're going out, I think it's prob just auto mailed when the order hasn't been completed after x days. just a guess.

Best luck and wishes to everyone. Until they ship over 70% of their orders & get there customer service together they are fallin off the IOP map.I miss the gadors but waiting months for orders & nonexistentcustomer service was just too much of a hassle. A couple people have excuses for every missing & late order but no one is buying anymore. I place 2 orers (did;nt pay) a month apart & their numbers are down big time so they are not swamped. I was a loyal customer for a long time but it does not matter I don't think they even look at who is getting screwed. It is not selective shipping it is just randon shipping. Good customers who used them reoreatedly & then jus have their order disappear. There are too many companies actually shipping & quickly. What a shame PUSA has dropped so far. They were great in thir heyday but ust can;t scm your best cuastomers & stay peofiable. There are 2 people who get every order in record time. Wish the rest of us had their luck or connection.

I just wanted to ask you to please keep us updated on your shipment, I noticed you ordered 1 day before I did, and your in the NW. I am in the very northern MW, so, my thinking is we should receive around the same date. Of course, that all depends on when our products were actually shipped. Good luck to everyone waiting! (Including myself!)

There are 2 people who get every order in record time. Wish the rest of us had their luck or connection. I replied to this the first time you posted it. at the risk of repeating myself... I disagree. look at pages 72 - 74, and clearly, it becomes obvious that there are more than two people who are 100%. as I wrote earlier: go back 4 months, and I think there is many more than 2 people who are still at 100%. Not trying to start an argument, maybe it's just different views and an honest disagreement. But, I've followed this thread pretty closely, 'specially lately, and more or less for close to two years, and without a doubt, there's some unhappy posts, BUT... most receive, eventually. can't understand the disagreement if one reads back far enough. but, maybe I have more time. peace.

my box was full this morning... full of bills. Not a happy package. This is the day for me. I believe that today is the last day of my longest wait, other than reships. So, what has already sunk in, is that my package was mailed some time AFTER 10/8. (what an original idea!). anyway, now the question becomes WHEN was it actually shipped. Is it in transit? Is Pcity waiting for a new supply so that they can ship it? I've been wondering, developing a thesis, so to speak. some may have noticed I've been looking for anyone that's had a postmark on 10/6 or before. It appears the last round of packages to hit the mail boxes had 10/7 as the earliest postmark. this lead me to ask myself, and now the board... Could it be, does anyone know, that a company has a "quota" from their supplier, and after that they must wait until the next available date until they are able to start another round of (perhaps catch-up) shipping? Just an idea, that I'd like feedback on. anyone have any concrete, sound information to support or exclude this theory? anyone have educated guesses as to the veracity of this idea? comments? thanks, and here's hoping for THE package(s) sooner... not later. I'll post if and when. btw... I agree with Felixtc7. he's got it right. someone else said "always have a backup supply, and don't EVER count on IOP pulling you through a shortage of supply. (I paraphrased the quote). another VERY excellent suggestion we'd all do well to heed. leaning towards the choir - woe is me? Good luck all. I need to make a DR's appointment. Or I'll be in full detox. :((

I thought I ordered soon enough to avoid this problem, as my last package only took 2 weeks, I guess predictability of this IOP is not my thing. Tis going to be a long week for me! I have found a BI that is shipping at the moment, and I plan on using them if my package isn't here by my next payday. Too bad that is still a week away. It's going to be a long one if something doesn't happen soon.. I am holding out hope, because EdinNC received today, and has a ship date a day after mine. I see his loc is SE. I am in the NE part of the MW.. might be wishful thinking, but that's all I have to go on at the moment..

There is no telling why it seems like most of the people rec: myself included shipped after the 7th..when they said it shipped on 9/29..postmark 10/7. But I can say I have always said in my posts..."Always have a backup"..when ordering via the internet you never know when you are going to get your order. It is simply a waiting game. For those who get really upset..and not trying to start anything (this is JMO) nothing is a sure thing, we all take chances..if you are needing the sure thing spend more..lots more and find the IOP's that deliver 2nd day to next day air. That way you will be one happy camper. I do hope for all those waiting that next week will be a good feedback week!
