Where on the site does it say the shipping cost? Is it $40 across the board? I kinda understand their packages are very very descreet and they are fast. Expensive, yes, can I complain? no

Yeah, that was the kicker for me! I was thinking they had a wonderful setup going. Then finally got through at the magical hour, when the bells rang, the birds chirped twice and Peter denied Jesus, to the finalize your order page. Looked at the total and it was $44 for shipping. That's more than the cost of what I was going to get to test out their service! Didn't see any shipping list or indicators of it, so I assumed it would be on par for similar services. Little did I know ... Either something's strange, or stamps are REAAAAALLLYYY expensive in Latin America. lol

I mean, many people have vouched for their service, so I'm certainly not bashing or saying they are bad in any way. Just saying that shipping cost bit me like a rapid tazmanian devil on amphetamines. Needless to say, I figured I'd just let this one go.

Sooo .. any thoughts from you folks with good experiences? Is it worth it for the shipping cost? Or am I some kind of glitch in the matrix? Darn ... maybe I took the blue pill instead of the red ... or is it the red instead of the blue?

Seriously though, I'm certainly not bashing their service, just saying the shipping was too high for my blood compared to other services offering similar products at similar prices.

EDIT: @Secobarbital: Forgot to mention .. I'm sure they're wonderfully discrete, but as I said similar services with similar prices offered much cheaper shipping, and their deliveries were always discrete. In fact, the service I used with the cheapest shipping cost actually had the most discrete looking package I've ever seen! Again, not trying to bash this service, as they seem to be quite reputable.. Just my own sticker shock.

I am 12/12 with Palmira over the last 15 months. But this last order; $300 has yet to show 8 days out, and it has never been more than 4 days for me to receive. I emailed them but no response. What is their reship policy? I was under the impression that they had fixed the customs problem, but I guess I am wrong. I would like to continue to business with if they are good about the reship.

Well, I dunno about Palmira (4 days! wow! wish their shipping wasn't so high, maybe that's why it is. I'd imagine Superman's services are expensive), but I've seen great variability in other providers. I think 8 days is still within a decent timeframe for our postal system. Heck, I can't even get letters to friends within the same state in 4 days with any regularity.

In my personal experience, I've seen arrivals ranging from 6-18 days for ordering the same exact thing from the same exact provider in the same exact way.

Best of luck, I hope it shows up on the next day that mail runs, since it won't tomorrow.

For all concerned, the shipping is $44 to the USA, regardless of the order size. Not worth doing IMO for small "test" orders. OTOH certain iems they offer are quite inexpensive at moderate size quantities, and that more than compensates for the shipping charge.

I've had nothing but good luck with topRX...the packaging was very discret and the longest I've had to wait is 6 days. So, I'm hoping this trend continues, as i have an order in with them, but from the sound of it, they seem to be slipping.

I'll keep you updated, as it should normally be here sometime this week.

Let's see...10/15 was a Thursday. They don't work weekends, and they get a lot of orders...There won't be a tracking # until your order ships. And sometimes an order just shows up w/ no tracking # sent.

Take a deep breath, and remember you have ordered from a Latin American country. Things can take time on occasion, and there is a political problem going on. Quite a few of their reps are not fluent in English.

I'd just say be patient, and it won't be long before you get something to help your anxiety. This is an honest company, and they do the best they can under difficult circumstances.

Look at it this way, if they are out of something, they don't let you order it. People planning too rip you off don't do that.

Tracking number came in my sleep and fedex came in the morning and delivered.

These guys are good (to me at least). Never had a problem, and their packing is great. I thought it was a document from my lawyer or something. And my qty was not small...

i asked for a t# 2 days after i ordered and had the pack before they ever responded. i think they are just a small show but a very busy one at that.

anyone comment on quality of parsley or cere vit, i use to use them last year until customs problem but havent tried again. There was people then saying quality sucked but i always liked, any feedback.

I like the cervit. It's a lifesaver for me, it stays in my system twice as long as parsley. It's definatly good stuff.

Do you not think that their Cerevit tabs have a strange glue like taste to them if you chew them??

I dunno, I don't chew my meds I swallow them whole and they seem too work just as well as chewing them. I did lick one till I tasted it the first time I recieved them. Tastes like any other countries cerevit too me.

Yea, I have nothing but good things too say about this whole operation. Except for shipping costs they are the superman IOP's Only place I've found where I can get my stuff in the same week I order it.

iv'e heard they use others but fed ex is suppose to be the best.

They ship fed-ex too me. Excellent service I love it. I'm worried that they may use a different service shipping too me when I move. I am going too ask about it.

Okay... I ordered and received in about 5 days tops. Great for the superfast shipping... but... quality is so-so.

I ordered 2 items - the multivitamins & minerals are so weak, or just plain bunk.

Circuplex on the other hand is beautiful.

Circuplex is a Standard Process supplement product. Why do you order that from TopRX? Is it alot cheaper? I am being dense?
