Placed an order last Wednesday, didn't ship until the following Monday due to customer service out on a short vacation, still recieved my order on Thursday via Fedx.
Both Generic, Garlic/Parsley & Multivitamins 30mg where both very good quality as ussual.
I have had nothing but good experience with this service over the past year, In my opinion, there Generic "K"arnel Brands are as good as the Brand names, everything I have ordered has been of good quality, but that is just my opinion.
I have never waited more than a week for delivery, packaging is good, no broken product, never recieved a tracking # but every order has always arrived.
email responses can take a day or two, but always helpful and curtious, considering the political state of affairs there right now, they still seem to ship quickly and accurately, I will continue to use them, they are tops on my list of providers, not sure why some people have had bad experieces with them, but I definately am not one of them.

These guys have always been great in the past...first issue with them. Guess we'll see how they handle everything because in general they have been pretty good, but this is one of those times where it shows just how good an IOP a place is by how they handle their problems.

Well, I guess I'll just have to get lucky again--I ordered around 3 pm last week, and I don't think that that will happen again. I suppose I'll need to stay up all night just to make sure that the next time I need a supply, I'll be able to get one.

I do seem to recall people mentioning that they could order via money order even though they stated that the limit had been reached. Not that I don't trust them, but I just don't like the idea of money orders. Any truth to this?

the quality of their generic garlic is top notch. can't vouch for the cer vit, but people usually go back and forth about feeling like they are great or they got a weak batch.

Seems like NE has been having good luck, but I'm still a little worried about this one even though they have always come through within 5 days in the past. I'll keep updating on progress.

Ordered 10/9 (a Friday evening). Shipped 10/13 and received 10/15. Packaging fine. Quality satisfactory for me.

IMO anybody who has lost an order in customs is just unlucky.

I recieved cere Vit from here recently. I thought it was of excellent quality. I plan too order more quite soon, excellent service.

I have never had an order take longer than 5 days with Top RX prior to this disaster & Top has always been dependable & honest prior.Like them.

I sent payment for order initially 9/18.
Political problem/curfew held up shipping until 9/25. Shipped 9/25.
Received an email from Palmira 10/5 that my order was SEIZED in Miami as many were at the time.
They said they would reship quickly & took their word for it due to prior success.
They emailed me & said order reshipped 10/8 & have never received. Just when I thought I had found dependable......
The reship is at 11 days Monday. Total wait time for order fom start is at 31 days with a seizure since ordering.

The real reason I am having serious doubt of honesty is that no matter how many times I have asked, they have not once provided a tracking number. Should'nt $44 shipping buy a tracking number?
I have never had a problem prior so never had to have tracking number but really need to see with my eyes my order status. I have seen several orders delivered that ordered after me & received before.
I hate to do a chargeback because I like the place but seems I have no choice. Would order again from them if they would give track# & fix this order.
The rash of seizures is also makimg me nervous & I think this second reship has been seized as well as the conirmed first seizure as second / reship is at 11 days of waiting after never waiting for an order from them longer than 5 days.
Why do they refuse to send a tracking number after paying $44 shipping & should I do a chargeback. for shipping & not fast at all.
TopRx if you read this please fix my order & keep a great customer or ignore the problem & lose more than 1.

Anyone experience total lapses where they don't communicate to
your e-mails for days? I have been ordering from them for years,
but occasionally,they are incommunicado.I figure maybe the political situation plays into it, but I suspect they are sick or on holiday.I know they are closed on weekends, and they get pissed if you e-mail them then or very early in the a.m.or send repeated messages if no response.Maybe the customer service is
run by women as this seems to happen once a month! LOL

So last time I ordered from them I ordered on a Monday, got the tracking information Wednesday afternoon. On the third day, not bad.

Now ordered on a Friday and its Monday. You think I shouldn't expect the tracking information because of the weekend?



And elenta you are totally right. $44 should definitely buy you a working tracking number that you should get immediately. It sounds like your situation is a little unique though. If your package got seized or destroyed Pal probably won't want to give you the tracking number for that package. Maybe they are even hesitant to give it to you for the re-ship. But you should get it regardless just so you know what exactly is going on at all times so you can feel safe. The only thing you can really do at this point though is send polite emails and make contact with someone if you can. Save the chargeback for the last resort. Its probably not necessary yet.

I think in all honesty that Palmira is trying in earnest to keep themselves together and running smooth as much as they can. As it would only benefit themselves to keep their service up, running and delivering. The unfortunate turmoil in the country is going to make things much more chaotic and I'm surprised that a lot of people are still receiving no problem and they are still operating working through it.

If they could only weather the storm and stay on top. C'mon Pal!

My reship was received today without any fuss or begging. I did not have to send an email to get a reship They let me know it was seized, did get an LL though, which is a bummer& have still never received a tracking number from themm on any order but who needs it when they are depenandable & honest. Prior to this 5 days was the longest ever waited for order. Trying not to share too much info on this board such as who courier is, I feel it leads to seizures.Keepimg quiet will keep them around

They said they raised their shipping to avoid seizures and
goes thru 3! couriers.Must have ordered 20x and that courier
delivers like clockwork. As far as tracking numbers are concerned, they don't care or have the time to give it to you.
If you persist, they might give it to,but by that time my order
is already delivered.So don't worry about a tkg # and watch for that courier.Always comes in 5 working days,the courier delivers
about the same time, so I just wait on the porch reading a paper.

I got one recently from these guys. It was a big order and came like clockwork. I always get a tracking number too.

Ordered 10/22 (thursday) - came today 10/26 (monday) WOW

Super pleasant emails, got tracking number which was accurate but didn't show in shipping site but that's always been my experience with this shipping company.

Product is brand name - everything appears as it should. One oddity - not blister packed but loose in plastic... however overall packaging is substantial and well-done.

CHARGEBACK Iv been ripped off paying W.U and have no recourse someone has to keep them honest.Rude emails "not or falt your customs siezed your order" for 44 dollars for shipping should insure a reship.

Thanks, I wont ever use them again most meds weak to bunk. Charge to much for shipping and medss stright ripped me off last order. two years ago you could get brand xanax for 19 bucks. 21 dollar shipping fedex, sent correct tracking in hours. order arived in 2 to 3 days before 10:30 am.

Multivitamins are BUNK

but Circuplex is beautiful!

What do the multivitamins look like? There are only a few types of that med around. Think we could identify it as something else by looking up the markings?

They were white, round, scored on on side, and MC on hte other side.


I've tried searching the net for that description, but haven't came up with anything that looks like that.

You could always drug test yourself for codeine and see if it shows up. No telling what they are that sucks. I only order one thing from there and it's quite legit.

Well now I know what to order from Toprx... this was my first time ordering.
