I have used friendly clinic for about 4 years. I have never had not even one problem. Today when I got home I had a door tag from fedex. I thought it was strange because I had not ordered anything. I called fedex, and told them to hold the "package", then I logged onto my bank account and I had a charge of $69.99 from allmedicine-rx.com (charged the day after I had ordered from friendlyclinic.com....the same amount)......has anyone actually gone to pickup the "package" to see if its actually legit? If I knew it were, I would go ahead and pick it up so I don't have to order next month. Has anyone else has gotten they meds when this happened? I have read a lot of other posts from other websites that mention this exact same scenario, but no one has posted about actually receiving anything. The number on my bank statement is:8774251105 (allmedicine-rx.com).......when you call the number you get an international ring tone and then voice mail. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I've had that happen twice now. I receive a package, and 2 days later receive another one of the exact same item. Of course, I'm double billed, but I did get 2 prescriptions.

Friendlyclinic is well known for having people accessing their accounts and sending out the same medicine. They always come from pharmacies and the med count is always the same.

I thik you are safe if you had a door tag from Fedex saying they missed you and will try again the next day.

I don't know of anyone else's experience with this-only mine. It happened to me last month as a fact. I ordered an item that is weaker than the pain clinic offered, received it the next day, and 2 days later got it again.

I have also had this happen. I was basically double-billed, but also double shipped.

The last time I used friendly about 4 months ago, they also double billed and double sent the Soma. Wasn't the worse thing in the world but it can bite when not planning on the second charge. Has anyone received a reasonable explanation as to why this keeps happening?

From what I've read on this site, it appears that other sites in the same community are trying to cash in on Friendly's large client base. I believe, but couldn't prove it, that if you click on the link they send in the emails, that it's not actually friendly clinic sending the link, but another pharmacy. So Friendly clinic is getting your order, and so is another pharmacy. I won't give my pharmacy grief over what happened since I got two packages, but I've decided not to click on the links anymore. (in my case, it wasn't friendlyclinic, but it was another pharmacy linked in that same network of about 1,000 pharmacies that do the "fill out the form and get your order the next day community).

I always clicked on the links my pharmacy sent me, and have been for several years with absolutely no problems. The problems started maybe 6 or 8 months ago (? no sure of dates) for other members.

So I've decided to play it safe and go directly to my pharmacy's site, fill out the form and therefore try to prevent someone from filling me twice. The small amount (less than $100.00) doesn't bother me, but it bothers me that some day whoever is hacking and taking numbers will go on huge shopping sprees with our cc's and we'll have to clean up the mess the next month when our bill's come in.

All of this is just conjecture, as I don't think any of us know for sure. It could be Friendly doing it, one of the other pharmacies doing it, etc. as a way to bring in extra money, but in a way I can't believe that because if you tried to refill early on the site that you use constantly they will automatically tell you it's too early. I simply wait until I get an email from some made up name saying it's time for a refill, then I go to my particular site and fill out the information in the morning and get the package the next morning. The one item I order is scheduled but not controlled like pain medicines, and in real life you'd need a prescription to get them outside of cyberspace.(everything on those websites would require a prescription and no pharmacist could just fill a prescription if you walked in and said I want "so and so" so they have to be scheduled)

Just my thoughts on this after reading around a bit for months, especially when it first started happening. Since it didn't happen to me I continued to click on the links every month since it literally has all information and all you have to do to check "yes" to a few questions and you're done, versus filling out huge parts of the form over and over. Now I open an old email, copy the parts about my condition so I don't have to retype it all, and then hit submit.
I could be completely off base.*shrug*. JMHO

I tried to order from Friendly Clinic, but they never sent me a confirmation email. When I looked on the site to see what my order status was, it said, "No orders found." But I have a confirmation number? I filled out all the CC information? It's a little worrying, that they just lost my order, but still took my CC info.

I need to cancel this somehow, or make sure they don't charge me by accident, as I decided to go elsewhere. Yet, since they have no idea that I even made an order, this may prove to be difficult.

This might sound obvious but it's happened to me.. Did you make sure to use the exact came email and CC # when you do the order status inquiry? If so, and it still says no orders found, I'm not sure. I have had them tell me they never got an order and for me to redo it, but I was still able to do an inquiry on those and get a confirmation #. They just never got it on their end. But I wasn't charged. Luckily I'm sure.
Weird.

IMO Friendly is complete [censored]. You all's experiences don't surprise me. I had great luck with them at first but now it's just a big hassle. Sometimes my order will go through and other times I get an "L" for the status of my order so I call them. They tell me they don't have an order for me. I don't know what happened with them but there's other NROPs that are wonderful.

I had a couple of annoying incidents with Friendly. Basically just taking forever to ship out the prescription. Even after I had ordered the same thing from them, wasn't a new order/precription, just a refill. So two times of being held up for 4-5 days before receiving and listening to excuses, I finally gave up and found Universemd. So far so good, and I have the product next day usually w/o any problems, like overcharging or incorrect product. Just wish they would use a more padded package b/c those bottles do not hold up well in a regular envelope getting tossed around by UPS/Fedex!

Guys!

Wanted to post a followup. I did actually receive a "legit" shipment. Now I'm wondering if I should go ahead and cancel my Check debit card.

Thanks for all the responses~

One last thing I wanted to add. I had to cancel my card about a month ago (from the same credit union checking account). That time, I hadn't logged on to check my balance (usually I check it like a hawk).....anyway, I got hit with $39.00 charges every day for 7 or so days......I was able to call the number listed on my online account statement, and got an actual person. Turns out they were a billing company for porn sites. The company it's self refunded all charges, but of course I had to cancel the card (since they were hitting my account each month).......I'm not sure if that had anything to do with friendly or not. What I can say is that this incident as well as the incident with "allmedicinerx" never happened until now.......I had never had to cancel my card with this Credit union which I've been banking with for over 5 years

So which is safer, going into friendly's site each time ordering a new order, or using the refill reminder email which takes you to the cartadmin form? Assuming you are indeed using the correct email reminder and not a fish.
I've been burned both ways.

Strangely, I just received a package from God knows who, but I assume it's Friendly because it came without a COD. So they did charge my card, while the whole time claiming I had no order history with them? And not a single email, yet this thing shows up, unexpected.

Not that I'm complaining, but I'd prefer to be somewhat notified of my own purchases.

Also, I already went elsewhere, so now I have to pay again. I suppose these pills will just be back-ups, I may need them eventually. Weird.

Exactly what happened to me a few months ago. Also, since my bank has an extra fee for foreign transactions, I see that all these cartadmin run sites use a foreign card processing service. The site is in US, the Dr's are (I assume), and the pharmacies they use definitely are in the US, but the foreign transaction fee still occurs each time.

wow, thats crazy. better check you bank account and see if there is a charge for it. You CAN fight that charge and get your money back.

Yep, same thing happened to me. I ordered some meds online and like 48 hrs later fed ex was at my door with a script from allmedicine. I called my bank and I filed a dispute for the money they took out even though I kept the medicine because I did not allow that transaction. I won the dispute and I doubt allmedicine will try that one again. Good luck
