I recently got some of these, but all the information in the package is in german, blah. Just wondering if these Dihydrocodeines (Imprint DHC 90, other side has a breaker)are instant release or time released. Thanks in advance!

I would be very surprised indeed if they are instant release, despite the score. The modified-release mechanism may allow you to break the pill in this case; I don't know. I have never heard of anything above 40mg being instant release.
