Hey everyone,

I recently ordered from an OP, operating in the US, and was expecting an overnight package today from UPS. Everything looked normal until I noticed the package never moved out of the airport's arrival status. It just went to "Delivered" and signed by someone who doesn't work at the mailbox store I was having shipped to. In fact... there's no "Out for Delivery" at all listed. It just stops at the airport location as "Arrived". All the address info was correct and the automated telephone system even gives me back the correct information. The customer service says it was delivered, the internet says it was delivered.. but I am wondering if the driver took or if it was intercepted?

The problem is that I never picked it up and there's nobody, at the store, with the name who signed. When I logged into the site, I noticed someone add a package id (and name.. not mine) under a referral field. This wasn't there before. Now it's gone.

A little concerned here...

Were the contents worth stealing? Have you called UPS, and talked to a human? Have you tracked using iship (which sometimes has more detailed information that the shipper's site.)

Shipment was for approximately 100 anxiety meds. I called UPS and they said the package had been delivered and verified the address back with me. I told them that there is nobody there by that name. I've been at this location for years and know the folks running it. They said all they could do is open a tracer via the shipper. I'm not going to do that.. kinda like calling the police over some stolen drugs or something. I'll take the hit :-( I don't have the tracking number anymore. Anything even remotely related to this purchase has been wiped.

I would take the hit too. I had a package get lost in Illinois once with Fedex never to be heard of again. You can still track it after all these months but it stops in Illinois.
