Apparently mine is on its way. No emails except a shipping email with no tracking #.

Ordered Oct. 3, Saturday
Received Oct. 6, Tuesday

A little slow getting their orders out.
Ordered 90 Watson Soma's
Received 89 pills
They are the real thing. They have that characteristic bitter taste on the back of the tounge and throat. They are very effective too.

On the downside, the shorted me, yet again, for the second time in-a-row. The first time was 17, this time it was 1 pill. I know. One pill but still they shorted me. It looks like no one there can count out 90 pills correctly. Also looked up the pharmacys' 866 number and found out it's a cell phone number and not the actual pharmacy number. No warning stickers on the bottle either.

I'm thinking of trying The Pharmacy Express next time and going for their 400 pill offer. That's a much better per pill price.

I can tell you they are honest. They have problems with certain pharmacies.

I once got two orders from different pharmacies so I had to get in touch with them. I decided to pay for both and then I was set for a long time.

Mistakes do happen and some pharmacies run out of a particular med and need to order from another pharmacy .

That happens at Walgreens too.

FC came through for me once again. Order 90x Generic Fioricet on Wednesday (10/7/09) and received today (10/9/09). Included one extra pill as well.

Still top notch service.

Does anyone know if they take those Greeen Dot prepaid visa cards?
I have never used one of these - it doesn't even have a "card" in it at all - what the heck?

After you purchase the Green Dot "card" you have to activate it and can use it right away, but you will receive a real card in the mail with the Visa or Mastercard imprint and your name. You can use it anywhere that accepts regular CC's. Just be careful when you place orders online. Just put the amount you need and leave about $5 on the card at all times. Seems like a lot of these places are getting the CC numbers and running the charges up for all sorts of things from porn sites to other pharmacies.

Another thing about the GreenDot thing joebend, make absolutely sure that when you purchase it that it's designated for "international use". Don't buy the domestic kind that just can be used in the US. Even though FC is a domestic pharmacy, their billing & call center is located in India or somewhere.

no confirmation email, even after 24 hours, not a word. The coupon code worked for me, though. I just hope an email pops up eventually, at least acknowledging my existence.

I just received my Rx from friendlyclinic. Counted tablets and came up short. Talked with "George" who offered to refund for missing tablets or re-ship them. I opted for re-shipment and am supposed to receive them within 5 days. Will update when (if) I receive them. I am otherwise very pleased with service.

Quick question. Do they call you every time you place an order or just the first time? This would be my second order. Very pleased with the quick turnaround with these folks.

Update: Though they told me they would replace the missing tablets, they instead issued a partial refund to my credit card. I would have preferred the tablets but oh well . . . I guess I can't complain other than I'm sure the shortage was not a mistake. At least they did promptly issue a refund. For what it's worth, the prescription was filled by a pharmacy in NJ.

I have never had to call friendlyclinic but now i might need to. Has anyone had success calling and dealing with someone at their posted customer service #? I usually just let the automated system do it's job and any other contact I use the webform. Thanks

Yes, you may have to call back a few times but eventually you will get to speak to someone and they are very helpful. Your other option is to leave a message and they should call you back, though I have never tried that. When I get voicemail, I just hang up and call back.

the first time they had to verify my order (none after that), I talked to the chat line and gave them my # and they called right away. no spaming numbers on that line either. But, I always go to the site and not the links and don't check the 'remember me' button.

They say the Fioricets are 40mg. I thought Fioricets were supposed to be 50/325/40 Butalbital/APAP/Caffeine. Can anyone give me the imprint code on the generics they send?

Sometimes it just shows w/no tracking sent. Pkge usually rec'd w/in 2 or 3 days. But remember xmas orders always seem extra slow, meaning 4 or 5 days.

check on the live chat (keep trying). I do that so they don't have any current emails, plus, I'm impatient. Or, check the order status and it'll give you some help, it's fast.

So in years of giving Friendly-Clinic my business many many times I have finally had a bad experience and one that will end my business relationship with them for good. The ridiculous thing about it is that I didn't even place an order!

So here's the situation my good DBers:

I wake up today and among my daily routine (as I'm sure most people also do) I checked my email account. I see an email timed at 3:37am EST last night from one of their @cartadmin 'service reps' with the subject of "Friendly-Clinic Order #XX: Declined". My first thought was, "What the hell? I didn't try to order anything from Friendly...". So to make a long story short (& not to bore you all to frackin' death with 5,000 paragraphs) this is what happened:

Over a month ago I placed an order for 30x Remeron 15mg @ ~$160 (yes crazy I know). It soon came back declined and I then realized that I had used the wrong credit card, one that I had paid off eons ago and had canceled. I then saw the error of my ways for trying to pay over $5 per pill of an antidepressant/sleep aid and let FC know that I no longer wanted the order.

So evidently, out of nowhere, on a random night at an ungodly hour of the night EST they decided to try and put my order through again! I mean, seriously, what is that? If that isn't the epitome of immorality and an unethical business practice then I don't know what the [insert your favorite obscenity here] is!

This is the first time this ever happened to me but I had to post this on drug Buyers.

*EDIT: Just as a note to anyone that uses this place in the future. For the past while they have not let me use either of the DB.com discount codes. When I spoke to a rep they just said if it doesnt go through they don't accept it. Go figure...

Ugh, haha, as much as I hate to do it I guess I will have to choke on my pride and say that I have gotten every order I have ever placed with them so...

Hello,

(this is not a reply to any specific post)

I'm thinking of placing an order with FriendlyClinic.

I see that some have said that they call to verify your order, and also that some have complained that they have been receiving "spam" phone calls.

Finally, after several years I hardly ever get those irrating calls from "pharmacies", so I was thinking of giving a bogus phone number.

Would this cause problems? Do they in fact call to verify your order? I don't mind getting a legit call, but I really don't want to start receiving a lot of spam calls.

Thanks for any input.

Don

Well... when you place an order with a canceled card, a card that is not good, anything can happen. Obviously you lost nothing... no big deal...

I have used them a couple of times, and those couple of times, they never had me call or never called me, and I didn't have to verify my order. They do send you allot of email post order, so just use a disposable account and if the email spamming gets to bad for your taste, just let the account die.
