New - seems to be a problem with Pacific NW. I am in Oregon as well. BUT, having said that, there are many services trying to set up docs in OR and WA. When? Can't say.
I'd email various services and see what they have to offer. Depending on where you are in OR, Idaho could be an option. Or No CA. I think persistence is key. While frustrating, this seems to be CPers only option.
A local doc is best. While not inexpensive, it is less so than having a "middle man" (so to speak). It takes time. The doc needs to get to know you (and you him/her). But for immediate relief, investigate the services, call or email - find out the closest doc to where you are.
I know this advice isn't concrete. "Go here, go there and get this or that". It takes some work on the CPer's part.
If I could give you some advice - don't be taken in by "scammers". Where you pay big bucks and get nothing or fake meds.
I wish you well in your chronic pain travels. May you get to your proper destination.

There are a couple places working in OR. EclinicMD.com has one and maybe 2 drs. working in the Portland area. 1st Class Care is supposed to be getting a doctor, but it's not up + going yet.
I don't really know what the problem is here. Oregon is a very liberal state when it comes to meds. Actually, that may the problem. If you can get a personal referral to a compassionate doctor, that will be your best bet.

So far, no one here has mentioned a good doc in the Portland area. I know several of us here would love to find one. Do you have insurance? If so, or if you can afford to pay out-of-pocket, you may just have to try a few doctors to find one who will help you.
